I first came across Enabling care when they were called out as emergency carers for both my parents when they were discharged from hospital suddenly early 2025 and they were absolutely brilliant. Fast forward over a year later and my parents are now needing regular help and I didn't hesitate to
contact Enabling care. They are consistent, kind, patient and professional and I can not recommend them enough. My mum 81 has Alzheimer's and my dad 87 who has PTSD really struggle with accepting anyone coming in to the house but Roseline has made them feel so comfortable they really look forward to seeing her which gives me peace of mind.
Thank you to everyone at Enabling care especially Teresa for your time and understanding when arranging exactly what my parents need I really appreciate it, you really do care.

The team helped look after my dad when he came from from hospital on 29th December until he passed away on 31st December.
It truly was exceptional care and dignity which the whole team showed my Dad when they attended - be that washing him or making him more comfortable.
Without exception they
made sure to speak to him before they did anything as he could still hear even though he couldn't communicate very well.
Philippa popped in on one of the days with some paperwork to sign and she too was lovely, understood we were having a difficult time and got out of our hair as quickly as she could.
The care team were a credit to the company. We were nervous about the level of care that might be provided but it was absolutely excellent and despite very short notice (less than 3hrs) they even attended on Dad's first night home.

I have needed support for over 1 month after having a fall. The staff who come to care for and help me are always cheerful and professional in manner, despite their sometimes challenging work circumstances. I wouldn't have been able to cope at home without their kindly attentions and look forward to
their daily visits.

Enabling care have been coming in to my mum for only a few days and I can say I am actually impressed with the care and compassion they have shown to her in the early stages of her care I know that when I am away from her she will be looked after as if they are her family.

Enabling Care For You have been absolutely wonderful. They made my mum feel so happy and well cared for. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them. They always rang me straight away if there were ever any changes to my terminally ill mums health. They were gentle and caring with mums fragile body.
They made mum feel special and always made her smile. Mum was kept pristinely clean and her creams were applied everyday. Mums visit times were set up perfectly to allow for her to have her 4 hourly painkiller right on the dot everyday. The carers very kindly rang me and waited at the property for me to arrive when they found my mum had passed away during the night. It was so comforting to know mum wasn't alone. We highly recommend Philippa, Teresa, Whitney, and all of the carers for all of their help and kindness. They made mums final months so comfortable and safe and they gave me huge peace of mind that mum was in such good hands. I can't thank them enough.

My carer has been amazing. She really helped me at a very traumatic time in my life. She was very efficient and reliable, too. I was treated with dignity and felt safe at all times. She also helped my mood by chatting and making jokes. I am so appreciative and grateful for her help and support. I
will never forget her excellent service and supportive care.

My husband (53) was discharged from hospital after 17 weeks following on from a motorbike accident. He's mobility is minimal and therefore we found ourselves in the position of needing carers.
Enabling care visit 3 times a day to support my husband and they have had a massive impact on his coming
home. We have regular carers who are lovely, and accept that we are young to need this kind of support, we have a crazy dog, a teenage son and that I work full time and am often on conference calls at 7am
They support my husband in getting up and ready for the day and then return later in the day to support further.
I am incredibly grateful to both carers for their kindness, compassion and support - and for going with the flow in our crazy home.

In nearly three years we have had a very good relationship with the management and carers.
The carers are very friendly, compassionate and caring.
The company always accommodated early morning calls for hospital appointments etc.
I have recommended this company to my family and friends.

We really appreciate the help and support given by the wonderful carers who came four times a day and cared for my mum so beautifully during the past five years when she was bedbound with advanced Alzheimer's. Overall we were very pleased with the care given, and the kindness and compassion shown
meant a lot to us particularly when Mum became very unwell during the last few weeks of her life. As a whole family we felt very supported by the carers and also the staff at the office who were always very responsive and helpful regarding any queries that we had.

It took a while for dad to get used to having carers come in to his flat to help him shower, but he soon had nothing but praise for the quality of care he received and described the carers as being "very professional". We used "Enabling Care for You" a few years ago to care for
my mother in her last few weeks and I felt very supported by them. The office staff are also very organised and helpful.

At a time when I was overwhelmed with emotion and difficult decisions, the Enabling Care For You Team were extraordinary. We needed two carers four times a day and the level of care and attention for my mum was outstanding. They each expressed deep care, patience and understanding which enabled mum
to spend her remaining days at home with comfort and dignity.
I will always be very grateful for everything that was done and the kindness shown.

From leaving hospital in April my husband has been looked after by the most wonderful carers. They are highly professional, kind and considerate. He completely bedridden and totally dependent on them for personal care. They are unfailingly cheerful and we both look forward to their four visits a
day. We couldn't ask for pleasanter people.

It is a difficult time when a parent has reached a level of infirmity that requires care from a professional care provider. The management and staff made this difficult time easier by providing an excellent service and level of care with endless patience, understanding and kindness to not only the
