View Full Details of Enabling Care For You LtdIt is so reassuring to know that Mum is being so well cared for by you all. The care team are always friendly, efficient and compassionate towards Mum. We are very grateful as a family that Mum is comfortable and content. Thank you.
Carers always polite and obliging, supportive respectful and friendly.
My husband (53) was discharged from hospital after 17 weeks following on from a motorbike accident. He's mobility is minimal and therefore we found ourselves in the position of needing carers. Enabling care visit 3 times a day to support my husband and they have had a massive impact on his coming home. We have regular carers who are lovely, and accept that we are young to need this kind of support, we have a crazy dog, a teenage son and that I work full time and am often on conference calls at 7am They support my husband in getting up and ready for the day and then return later in the day to support further. I am incredibly grateful to both carers for their kindness, compassion and support - and for going with the flow in our crazy home.
In nearly three years we have had a very good relationship with the management and carers. The carers are very friendly, compassionate and caring. The company always accommodated early morning calls for hospital appointments etc. I have recommended this company to my family and friends.
We really appreciate the help and support given by the wonderful carers who came four times a day and cared for my mum so beautifully during the past five years when she was bedbound with advanced Alzheimer's. Overall we were very pleased with the care given, and the kindness and compassion shown meant a lot to us particularly when Mum became very unwell during the last few weeks of her life. As a whole family we felt very supported by the carers and also the staff at the office who were always very responsive and helpful regarding any queries that we had.
It took a while for dad to get used to having carers come in to his flat to help him shower, but he soon had nothing but praise for the quality of care he received and described the carers as being "very professional". We used "Enabling Care for You" a few years ago to care for my mother in her last few weeks and I felt very supported by them. The office staff are also very organised and helpful.
At a time when I was overwhelmed with emotion and difficult decisions, the Enabling Care For You Team were extraordinary. We needed two carers four times a day and the level of care and attention for my mum was outstanding. They each expressed deep care, patience and understanding which enabled mum to spend her remaining days at home with comfort and dignity. I will always be very grateful for everything that was done and the kindness shown.
Despite needing help for just a few weeks (before it became necessary to move my cousin to a nursing home), the team were invaluable to giving us peace of mind and the best care. They listened and quickly picked up on the important things, the special requests, and were kind, gentle and understanding.
Enabling Care for you. Looked after my dad in the last few days of his life. All of the carers introduced themselves, chatted to dad and did a good job. All friendly which put dad at ease. Thank you.
From leaving hospital in April my husband has been looked after by the most wonderful carers. They are highly professional, kind and considerate. He completely bedridden and totally dependent on them for personal care. They are unfailingly cheerful and we both look forward to their four visits a day. We couldn't ask for pleasanter people.
It is a difficult time when a parent has reached a level of infirmity that requires care from a professional care provider. The management and staff made this difficult time easier by providing an excellent service and level of care with endless patience, understanding and kindness to not only the service user but to the family of the service user. This is was something that really helped us all. Thank you so much.
Lovely carers, always friendly and supportive for Mum. They let her do what she can and then sort out the rest. Can't fault them Having had experience of other care providers, they are worthe their weight in gold
From the first day of getting home from hospital Care has been arranged at my home. Firstly I was a bit apprehensive about letting people into my house to help me. How wrong was I! All the teams that came morning, noon and night were so professional, kind caring and extremely gentle. The confident way they handle any situation, ie showering, getting me out of bed and making my meals throughout the day has been handled with extreme kindness for my situation. I want to thank them so much.
I would just like to say the care my husband is receiving is above and beyond. His carers are compassionate, empathic and always kind which means a great deal. Nothing is too much trouble and when he is struggling they never rush him and always give him time if he asks them to wait. They have taken the time to build a rapport with him which puts him at ease and due to his dementia has allowed him to remember who they are. I would have no trouble recommending Enabling Care For You.
My Uncle was in need of carers on his release from Maidstone Hospital at the beginning of February 2025. The carers were palliative and the hospital made the arrangements. The carers came in four day shifts/four times a day and I have to say we had four of the most caring, kind carers. They were so giving of themselves. They were gentle and kind and gave my uncle the dignity that sadly he felt he was losing. I want to thank you for your help and support. I am not sure how, without your team, we would have managed as long as we did. I appreciate there is a whole team sorting everything out behind the scenes and I would like to thank all of you for your support.
I am very pleased with the carers that I have. They are very kind and helpful. Before they leave they make sure I have everything I need. I couldn't ask for a better service or carers.
I cannot thank Enabling Care enough for everything they've done for my Father. I truly believe the extraordinary team helped speed up his recovery with their exceptional standards of care, kindness and attention to detail. They came into our lives at a very difficult time when the future seemed uncertain but as the weeks unfolded with the amazing support and care they showed to Dad he was transformed both mentally and physically. He is where he is today thanks to this amazing team of people for whom I will always be eternally grateful. They changed my life as well. Allowing me time to relax, safe in the knowledge that they were looking after my Dad as if he were a member of their own family. There simply aren't enough superlatives to describe them all. Thank you so much. You are the very best.
Mum was at home receiving palliative care prior to going into hospice. Mums care provision went from 1 person once a day up to 2 people 4 times a day. The manager was excellent at arranging the changing support. The carers on the whole were excellent. Thank you so much for supporting mum.
Cannot fault the care received by all the carers they totally put my dad at ease , and also took time to chat to myself. Many thanks to all of them, the only reason we are not continuing with the service is both of my parents are now going into respite . The admin and office staff were all great too nothing ever to much trouble to ask them .
I would like to thak you for your carers coming in. They have been very caring & professional. I do have panic attacks, they talk me through them, we would have a chat in the morning. I cannot fault them at all. I looked forward to seeing them all everyday. They knew that I had to have cream on my legs, didn't need to tell them, got into a routine very quick. I would have loved to keep them. Please make sure this goes on their record - they deserve a pay rise, yours sincerley.
