I'm very happy with the care provided by Peartree, in respect that my mother's needs are met. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly and take into account all my mother's requirements. She and I couldn't ask for more.

It so lovely knowing I have workers that are so understanding to my needs even as they change over time. Also knowing that when I am due for a visit the flexibility of the workers is a massive help as things I need help with vary from week to week over the years.

Peartree Ltd looked after my husband for over 2 years until he left their care in December 2023. The care provision was excellent and their staff were caring and courteous. Thank you for giving him good care, I really appreciate the good service you provided.

What a lovely team you have.
I am a 78-year-old individual with limited mobility, having the right carer makes a world of difference in my daily life.
l am currently receiving care from you, the carers who have come to help me have all been so kind, helpful and professional and their dedication to
caring for people is unbelievable, I have only just started with your company but I am so impressed I intend to stay for a long time.

I would like to thank the carers for taking care of my mum. All of the carers mum had were prompt, respectful, professional, and patient not just with my mum, but with us, her family, as well. I appreciated the fact that Peartree 1 tried to keep the carers as consistent as possible, that was a huge
help.
There are two carers in particular who were exemplary with their care, dedication, humour and compassion that I would like to publicly thank. They were with us at the most sad and difficult time and without being asked, took care of Mum for us.
I would recommend this company, and I wish them the very best.

We received care for my father for the last week of his life. We had a live-in carer and she was absolutely amazing, she showed so much care and compassion to my father and was so helpful always there and went above and beyond to help us. Other carers came in to help her during the day and they were
also very good. Thank you all for the help and kindness we received.

Peartree has been wonderful for our family. Both I and my sister’s daughter live far away and cannot easily visit her. She has care morning and night to supervise her meds but occasionally lapses into a psychotic period that radically changes her personality from being kind to being vicious. This
happens for all those who care for her most and so falls on her carers as well. They have been so forgiving and understanding and I am extremely grateful for their selfless care. I can only hope it is rewarding for them to see her recover each time.

Unfortunately, we only needed to use Peartree1 for a few months however we found them all to be patient, kind and considerate carers towards my father.
Peartree1 was very flexible with our ever-changing requirements, even at very short notice. They were prompt with responses, even when we needed to
make contact out of office hours.
I would definitely recommend them to others.

Your staff looked after my father. They looked after him, they gave him full dignity, they spoke to him, they rubbed his hands to comfort him, they cleaned him, and then they made him comfortable. I couldn't have asked for any more.

We can’t thank Peartree1, enough, at such a time of need they were an incredible team.
My dad only had weeks to live and the carers did everything they could to support Dad and make him as comfortable as possible.
Dad's main carer was like a friend to us all during those last nights, thank you
all.

Thank you for the care your team provided for my husband, he always admired the commitment they showed towards him and the relationship he developed with them. He was always made comfortable and they never left unless he was happy. Again, thank you so much.

Since coming under Peartree1 I can’t fault their care of me. Certain carers go above and beyond, it’s not easy needing help when you’re young and just want your independence, but they do what they can to not take away any independence I have left. When helping me with things like personal care, they
ensure my dignity is kept. My carers have advocated for me on multiple occasions when it’s been needed and the company as a whole always listen if I have any concerns and help to sort out whatever it is I’m worried about. I wouldn’t choose to be under any other care company as Peartree1 are fantastic.

Peartree1 quickly put in place a home care plan for my partner who required urgent assistance. The home help provided was carried out very professionally and with careful respect to my partner's needs.

Overall a very good service issued. Some issues with timings but like everything sometimes you need time to get everything running smoothly.
The carer relates very well with our daughter and listens to her needs. They connect very well and already have established a good bond even after quite a
short space of time.

I rarely write reviews but, in this instance, I felt it was absolutely necessary. My Mum is sadly end-of-life and, as a family, it is so important to us that Mum is compassionately cared for during this difficult time.
I cannot praise the carers highly enough for the support, understanding and
compassion they show Mum. They understand her needs and adapt to her varying pain levels, which can be tricky at times as Mum is not always able to communicate verbally.
As a family, we are so grateful for their care, understanding and patience. This is everything to Mum and us at such a sad time. Thank you!

The service offered by the team was excellent. So caring and very calming with my husband. They were very careful with him and attended all his needs that he required. The team always turned up with a very friendly face and always wore protective clothing. The times that they came to the house was
very useful and I wouldn't have been able to make him as comfortable as the team did.
A big thank you and wish you all the happiness in your lives.

My mum was on palliative care and eventually on end-of-life care. The carers that came in to help my mum were friendly and supportive, not only to my mum but to my brothers and I. They always greeted us with a smile and nothing was too much.
In my mum's last days we were worried about having to get
new carers in as they hadn’t been required to do much before, but all the carers we had slipped seamlessly into the role and cleaned my mum with dignity. They helped in making sure she was comfortable in her last moments.

On the whole, our experience using Peartree1 is very positive. The carers are caring, sensitive to needs and willing to help. Carers arrive on time if they are going to be late they always contact us. We know who will attend the call by using a nursing application. They always tidy up after
themselves. They address any concerns effectively and promptly.
