I can't thank R&L enough for a brilliant service to my mother. The cares are very dedicated. They did an amazing job , with lots of love and caring. My mother didn't speak english and the cares trying to communicate saying some key words. I feel very blessed to have them to take care of my
mother. My mother had a very good laughts with them , lots of jokes, I had to translate most of them. Was very important for me as well having those support from the cares. Thank you very much for your service, we had a very good time and happy moments that I will never forget. Thanks to all staff and cares of R&L.

My mother and I are having twice daily visits from the team at R&L Healthcare and even though we have only recently started using the service, already we are extremely impressed.
The carers that visit my mother and help provide her care are incredibly courteous, respectful and friendly but
also very professional too. They also help to support myself as I provide my mothers general daily care at home. All the team at R&L have been so supportive and are making a real difference for my mother.
Also the office team have been very supportive and welcoming and have been in regular telephone contact and nothing seems too much trouble.
Both my mother and I are extremely impressed and grateful to everyone at R&L Healthcare and I would 100% recommend the services they provide.

Carers always courteous and friendly. Treat my husband with respect and carry out his wishes. They give him the time he needs.

Management, office and all staff have gone above and beyond. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always there to help whenever I was struggling. I felt they were all just a big family and felt honoured to be a part of that friendship and trust. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for
everything.

The carers were amazing as this was my first time to have to use carers coming in. They treated my husband with the utmost care, compassion and dignity. Every person that came in to care for him was amazing. I can't thank you enough for all your help and support. I have recommended your company to

I cannot thank R & L Healthcare more for all the courteous, caring, sympathetic and professional care whilst caring for my husband. The carers attended to his personal and health needs every day. Sometimes sitting with him to talk and having a laugh which he so enjoyed. The carers wear smart
uniforms. Office staff were always available to give advice as and when required. I felt supported by R&L Healthcare at all times and would recommend them to others seeking help and care.

I find the girls and lads extremely pleasant and very helpful. They keep me updated on Mum's problems, ie sores etc.

I feel they always help me when I ask them. I feel they go the extra mile and even help my wife around the home even though it's not their job description. There are no concerns regarding my care and have no complaints. All the carers treat me well and with respect.

I would like to sincerely thank R & L Healthcare for everything they did for my husband in his last days; they enabled him to have his wish of passing at home surrounded by pictures of his family, they made him laugh in dark times and even sang to him. The staff were always polite, courteous and
professional, cannot praise them enough.

R & L Healthcare enabled me to meet my mums key wish, which was to die at home. They delivered a great service both face to face and over the phone once covid-19 started. They were also very responsive/flexible on the odd days when I had specific issues. Thank you

It was a difficult time for road closures due to floods and ill-health amongst the carers but they managed to arrive (not on time) every day. They had lots of patience and my husband was so appreciative of their work. They always asked if there was anything more they could do for him before they
left him. All carers were gentle, kind, thoughtful and caring. Thank you.

The care for my dad was brilliant, I could not ask for anything more. They did everything for my dad, even made him a meal if he needed one. I can't praise them enough. I would like to thank you all so much for what you all did. Thank you.

I am afraid I had no idea who you were. I assumed you were the NHS as you only came to us for four days. I did not realise you were a private company. The short time you were with us - I have no complaints - except I would have liked to be told you were providing end of life care.
