Caring and compassionate service by the entire caring staff. Always approach the service user with dignity and respect and a smile on their face. It is important to remember that caring is a very chatty job, and many times the carers do attempt to practice and do well, but some carers need to understand that and give them a chance to excel. Long live At Home Care.

The general service is very good. All the carers are professional and efficient. They are all prepared to go the extra mile to provide the special help I may need.

The team in the office as well as the carers are amazing , nothing is a problem they are open and honest and treat the hole family with dignity and respect especially the client would extremely recommend

Looking after mum for some years, three visits a day. Administered meds and made sure her lunches were correctly cooked. Both carers and office staff very professional and friendly. Mum always pleased to see them and engage in conversation. Its a shame there wasn't a continuity of carers as lots of staff left. Sometimes mum had no idea who was coming. Only reason continuing care no longer required as mum decided to move to live with her son. Enjoying life immensely!

I honestly can not thank the carers enough for there support for my mother over the last few weeks. They care for mum with dignity and respect , and are always on time and give mum their full attention when caring for her . Couldn't ask for a better care company,they go above and beyond for mum and me (daughter)always informative and have a brilliant routine with my mother,who is more than happy with the care she receives. Excellent service received from start to finish .

I would like to say how brilliant home care have been . They look after my dad so well , 3 times a day they can't do enough for him , they are kind caring and supportive to all my dads needs , they keep him company and do anything that's asked of them from his personal needs to house hold chores and meals . They have become part of the family and we always chat but they are always very professional at the same time , I couldn't recommend them enough. They put me and my bothers minds at rest knowing dad is well cared for when we cannot be with him . My dad is very happy with his care and all they do for him .

Excellent staff who respects my mum's dignity,very reliable with good communication skills.The staff is very professional and excellent management.They looked after my mum at home for 6 months before she went into the Care home . All the carers were supportive and friendly. Would highly recommend

Having had some poor previous experiences with care agencies, I was relieved and impressed by the lady and her team who helped my father in his last weeks of life. They were polite and warm, came with a freshness into the house without being intrusive, they were responsive and willing to help in the best way for my father and the rest of the household. Thanks for being prepared to fit around the live-in carer as well, without being offended by her instructions or defensive about your role.

Reliable, lovely people who give me a break from my caring duties. They look after my husband so well; always ensuring he is happy and not worried about my not being at home. Gives me a chance to have lunch with friends, catch up on appointments, such as dentists, doctors and hairdressers knowing that he is well cared for, safe and happy. Thank you.

Excellent service by the team, The carers were not only skilled and knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly and approachable.Communication was excellent; the carers kept me informed about any changes in my grandmas condition and were always available to answer any questions I had. Overall we are satisfied with the services provided the team

Since Homecare took over the care of my mother some years ago we have received nothing but an excellent service. The delivery of the service has been very professional and friendly, and the administration has been equally good - both a welcome relief after the previous care provider! They have been very helpful when we have opted to change to level of service from time to time. Nothing seems to be too much to ask for. Periodic reviews are carried out by senior staff, who welcome my involvement in such discussions with my mother, who is hard of hearing.

Mum was happy & comfortable with nearly all the carers some of whom went above and beyond. Management were always on hand to take a call or use our social media group chat to help & reassure, nothing was too much trouble & assisted with any difficulties as they arose.

I found At Home Care to be very helpful and caring for my mum. All the carers were very polite and made sure she was well looked after. I can highly recommend At Home Care.

The Home Care Team were attentive and sympathetic to the needs of my relative and quick to respond to issues arising and keeping me informed. All staff were kind, courteous, considerate, friendly and efficient. Would recommend.

I find all carers very helpful and will go the extra mile if asked. Management is also very helpful.

Overall our experience has been good and it is now over 20 months since my wife needed carers following her stroke. We have never been let down and when they (At Home) have had an emergency they have always addressed the problem, usually by getting office based staff to step in. My only observation is that requested phone calls have not always have been done. Also changing the timing schedule has not always been advised.

Careers are very good and always very helpful. I'm happy to recommend At Home care, the carers treatment very well, they assist me with my personal care needs, make me meals and drinks through the day. The carers are wonderful people very kind companionate and very helpful
