View Full Details of Time2Care (Barnet) LtdWe were daunted at the thought of finding carers for our parents, due to Mum's memory impairment followed by Dad's cancer. We interviewed three care agencies, and unanimously chose Time2Care. They had been recommended by a friend, whose mother was cared for by them until her death. Time2Care visited, listened to my mother's reservations about having carers in, since she didn't they were needed. They bore this in mind and introduced just one carer, gradually increasing her hours, to help Mum get used to having someone around. Now Mum often says "Thank God for Sanika!", she is completely won over and can see the benefits of having someone on hand. Then they introduced 3 other carers to make a team. Time2Care gives us peace of mind, that our parents are cared for. They are still mobile and go out, but need help organising shopping, reaching things etc. Dad will need more intense care eventually. We are glad he is getting used to Time2Care now, so they are familiar,.
Very pleased so far with the level of care ,kindness and attention to detail shown. Carer is very willing to do whatever is asked of her and shows good initiative.Genuinely seems to care about her client.
Time2Care helped to care for my mum for several years, including during lockdown. They provided an excellent standard of care, visiting at least twice a day to assist with care. The carers were reliable, caring and thorough helping my mum to feel comfortable and well looked after. We were usually able to have the same carers so that they were able to build up a relationship with our mum. I felt well supported by the agency and could ring up and speak to the manager when there were difficulties. I would recommend this agency for their diligence in providing a professional personal service for our mum.
Excellent service, caring and nothing is too much trouble the communication is excellent if you need to speak to anyone! Also, regular carers so not to confuse the client who needs a daily visit, and couldn’t be happier with the service, recommend very much.
The managers and their team of carers have done a lovely job in caring for my wife for almost 2 years. She looks forward every day to their visits. They are so kind and caring. I would also like to give thanks for everything they do for me. Without their help, I do not think I could have coped for the past two years.
Time2Care have been providing care to my 96-year-old mum for nearly 2 years. Throughout this time their care has been exceptional and they have gone over and above to look after mum, including making an extra visit if she's been poorly or needs extra meds, even blending her food and helping to feed her when she was very ill recently. Visitors have commented on how well she's cared for and always looks clean and tidy.
We cannot recommend the manager and her team highly enough. Things were at a crisis point caring for my dad - he was miserable, feeling like a burden and we were exhausted caring for him each day, living 40 minutes away from his home. Dad had been reluctant to have strangers coming into his home but there came a point when we had no choice. The manager quickly won Dad's trust and he looked forward to her visits and we were able to manage much more easily. We trusted the team and so did Dad. The manager and her colleagues worked so hard to support my wife and I but especially my dad and we will always remember the care and compassion with which she helped us all. The team went above and beyond and we are very grateful.
