We would sincerely like to thank the care staff of Love in Care who have looked after our mum since June 2025 till now . Mum has now gone into a care home as she was falling during the night and was no longer safe at home. Our mum was recently diagnosed with Vascular Dementia and the care staff showed love , kindness and compassion always putting our mum's needs at the forefront of her care . Treating her as an individual with respect and dignity at all times even when she was very difficult with them which we witnessed. They knew exactly how to respond to her needs and we knew our mum was in safe hands. The name of their company Love In Care definitely represents what this company is about . If you choose this company your family member will be loved and cared by them. We are eternally grateful to all of the staff and managers who have supported us as we navigate through our journey with mum's recent diagnosis .
I cannot praise my 96 year old mum's carers highly enough! They always arrive on time and greet her with warmth and cheerfulness, even though she does not engage in conversation due to her stroke. They treat her with dignity, handle her personal care with professionalism, and gently and patiently encourage her to eat and drink. What really touches me is their dedication. So as not to rush or cause stress and anxiety to my mum, they have often stayed a bit longer than scheduled to make sure every single need has been met. Every member of the team is so caring and compassionate. It is a huge weight off my shoulders knowing that Mum is in such good hands, especially as I've had to step back a little because of my own health. I would recommend this company without hesitation in a heartbeat!
We are very happy we chose this care company. All the staff is brilliant, experienced,,well mannered , My mum use to feel very relaxed and happy when they came, even mum feels so free with them like her own daughters.Girls been handling the hard situations very smoothly
I am very pleased by the care provided for my mother whilst I was away on holiday. The team ensured that she was looked after well throughout the two week period. Her physical needs were catered for really well. The team treated mum with great kindness. Mum indicated that she enjoyed the company of the ladies and that she was treated with great respect. I felt that mum was in safe hands over those two weeks.
I have found the whole team at Love In Care to be very professional and effective at their delivery of the required care. The management were very easy to work with and were contactable and approachable which is not always the case with service providers today. The carers were polite, respectful and friendly. I would be happy to recommend this team.
Very happy with the company must say i was sceptical even having carers for my mum been a carer myself . Wonderful management very adaptable to all your needs were possible . Communication between us is so valuable we are kept up to date with any slight worries amazing security . we all love as a. family . Carers friendly which we think is very important to build good relationships . Mostly on time give and take but in this line of work very difficult as to what each client requires . Management feel passionate throughput from management to carers . My mum loves them all and wish them every success so makes us happy as a family
At a moment when we needed urgent support for my mother, the manager and her team picked us up with love, compassion and care. The team are amazing, as a nurse with over 30 years of experience I know good care when I see it- Love in Care deliver excellence. We will never be able to thank them enough.
The staff are so caring and understanding of my parents needs They are always helpful with all aspects of care and are very polite and respectful at all times My parents are very satisfied with the level of care they are receiving They have got to know the carers and have built up a wonderful relationship with them

Love in Care provided a 24-hour sitting service whilst my mum was awaiting a residential care placement. The carers were absolutely lovely, and respectful and provided personal care to a very high standard. I could not have been happier with the level of care provided and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
I was recommended to "Love in Care" by a friend. I had considered a couple of companies and wasn't happy. I met with the owner of Love In Care. Her knowledge and understanding of what we needed for our father aged 91 years. They are very caring and she understood our needs. The owner helped us put a plan together, as this was the first time we had ever had to do this for our dad, he was now needing extra care. We don't want him to go into a home. Two lovely ladies in particular care for our dad. We are so happy with the love and care he is getting. Dad (which is our main concern is also happy) best recommendation we have ever had Thank you Love In Care.
When our mum returned home from respite in a care home 4 months after losing our dad my brother and I were nervous about how she would cope in terms of independence, confidence, her mobility issues, and ongoing depression without the 24/7 care she had become used to. In daily visits Love In Care have been nothing short of superb in providing Mum with all she's needed to overcome these issues, and the change in Mum in such a short timescale has been remarkable. We've also been kept up to date with feedback from visits via the group chat that was set up.
We started receiving care for our 6 year old son nearly 12 months ago. We had never left our son with anyone other than family before as he is non-verbal and has autism as well as global developmental delay. We have a regular carer, who is amazing! She has developed a bond with our son and he trusts her completely. He always looks forward to her visit and waits at the door for her. It has been a huge help to us, meaning we can spend time with our youngest son, without worrying about how T will react. We have a handy mobile app group set up, so that we can communicate, and the manager is understanding in last-minute changes and will always accommodate if possible. We're very happy!
Really happy with the care provided by Love in Care. All staff are friendly and professional. They always go the extra mile to support my mum and make sure all her needs are met. Keep up the good work guys!
Excellent management, great communication, and my mom loves her caregivers. Very positive experience. Excellent caregivers! They are very attentive, responsible, and caring. Many thanks to the whole team of carers and organisers who have all been friendly, caring, professional, flexible and understanding. They gave us the comfort and reassurance that Mum was being looked after when we couldn't be with her.
Love In Care came to help us just when we needed it most. I cannot overstate how good they were. We had three carers in rotation 24 hours a day and they were absolutely what we needed. Professional, capable, experienced and above all caring, not just for Mum who needed care but for all of us who were trying to cope with a difficult life event, so much more than mere service. Real, human, loving, I cannot thank them enough.
I have been receiving support from Love In Care for about a month, and I am feeling much more empowered in my life already. I am feeling less overwhelmed because I know my carer is coming to help me every week. I am not depressed anymore because I am not doing it on my own. I have learned how to ask for help. When I first got in touch, the manager was so welcoming and kind. She first helped me figure out how I can be best supported, and also told me about their ethos. Her story was inspiring and I respect how the company is compassion-focussed. Thank you Love In Care.
We as a family are very satisfied with the services we receive from Love In Care. The carers are empathetic and provide homecare for my disabled brother who has severe learning disabilities and is also incontinent. My mother has also recently made progress in trusting Love In Care to complete more tasks and a mix of staff both male and female. Also, all the staff can speak my mother's first language (which is not English) so this avoids the language barrier which is invaluable.
I have found Love In Care very straightforward, caring, and easy to communicate with. The manager is very helpful in listening to my son's needs and arranging for the carer to be available when needed. The carer is always on time, kind and friendly, and clearly has my son's interests at heart. It remains a very positive experience, and we are so happy to have the consistency of the same carer each time, so a good relationship is building up.
The service being provided is of good quality and my dad is content with it. The only slight issue I have is the communication as at times if the times are changing the notification process is not the fastest to inform the user or her daughter.
