All of the carers are very amenable, kind, and consistently obliging, always willing to help and ensure he is comfortable and well looked after. They have built a trusting relationship with him, and he genuinely feels comfortable having them around, which gives our family great reassurance.
Communication is excellent, and any concerns are reported promptly and professionally, allowing issues to be addressed quickly. The management team is also very responsive whenever we request changes or adjustments to his care. It is clear that they sincerely want to provide him with the best possible quality of life and are committed to delivering compassionate, person-centred care.
We would highly recommend this provider.

Aqila visited us at home when Dad first came out of hospital. She was professional & passionate about the service that her agency would provide & seemed to genuinely care. Aqila & her team were very accommodating of the needs of both my parents, changing rotas & carers to better suit their routines. The carers that we met in the short time Dad was home were lovely. They were caring, polite & friendly.
Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback. It has been our pleasure to have met you all as a family and to hear that you had good experience of our service. We look forward to reconnecting with your parents if they require any further involvement in the meantime all the best for their health.

Cannot thank them enough for helping us at this difficult time with our mum and for communicationg with us always. Mum has fallen a few times because of her inability to walk and they have communicated with us and been flexible in their approach. Would recommend them to anyone needing extra help.

We would sincerely like to thank the care staff of Love in Care who have looked after our mum since June 2025 till now . Mum has now gone into a care home as she was falling during the night and was no longer safe at home. Our mum was recently diagnosed with Vascular Dementia and the care staff showed love , kindness and compassion always putting our mum's needs at the forefront of her care . Treating her as an individual with respect and dignity at all times even when she was very difficult with them which we witnessed. They knew exactly how to respond to her needs and we knew our mum was in safe hands. The name of their company Love In Care definitely represents what this company is about . If you choose this company your family member will be loved and cared by them. We are eternally grateful to all of the staff and managers who have supported us as we navigate through our journey with mum's recent diagnosis .

What really touches me is their dedication. So as not to rush or cause stress and anxiety to my mum, they have often stayed a bit longer than scheduled to make sure every single need has been met. Every member of the team is so caring and compassionate.
It is a huge weight off my shoulders knowing that Mum is in such good hands, especially as I've had to step back a little because of my own health. I would recommend this company without hesitation in a heartbeat!

Your family was able to fulfil your mum's wishes by being able to remain home and be with family. Thank you for your kindness and for inviting us to say good bye.
I am very pleased by the care provided for my mother whilst I was away on holiday. The team ensured that she was looked after well throughout the two week period. Her physical needs were catered for really well. The team treated mum with great kindness. Mum indicated that she enjoyed the company of the ladies and that she was treated with great respect. I felt that mum was in safe hands over those two weeks.
It has been our pleasure to provide the short break you needed we are happy to know that you were felt reassured that your mum was in safe hands. This means so much to us. I have found the whole team at Love In Care to be very professional and effective at their delivery of the required care. The management were very easy to work with and were contactable and approachable which is not always the case with service providers today. The carers were polite, respectful and friendly. I would be happy to recommend this team.

Love in Care provided a 24-hour sitting service whilst my mum was awaiting a residential care placement. The carers were absolutely lovely, and respectful and provided personal care to a very high standard. I could not have been happier with the level of care provided and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
Thank you so much for sharing your experience it was our pleasure to be able to make a difference we wish you and your mum all the best for the future and will be delighted to return if required.
When our mum returned home from respite in a care home 4 months after losing our dad my brother and I were nervous about how she would cope in terms of independence, confidence, her mobility issues, and ongoing depression without the 24/7 care she had become used to. In daily visits Love In Care have been nothing short of superb in providing Mum with all she's needed to overcome these issues, and the change in Mum in such a short timescale has been remarkable. We've also been kept up to date with feedback from visits via the group chat that was set up.
Thank you for choosing us to support your mum who has made amazing progress to regain all the confidence to remain safe and independent and only a few weeks later she was ready to care for herself. This has been an incredible achievement for your mum and for us alike. We wish her all the best for the future.
I had considered a couple of companies and wasn't happy.
I met with the owner of Love In Care. Her knowledge and understanding of what we needed for our father aged 91 years. They are very caring and she understood our needs. The owner helped us put a plan together, as this was the first time we had ever had to do this for our dad, he was now needing extra care. We don't want him to go into a home.
Two lovely ladies in particular care for our dad. We are so happy with the love and care he is getting. Dad (which is our main concern is also happy) best recommendation we have ever had
Thank you Love In Care.
Thank you for your feedback it is our honour to make a difference in your dad's day and to provide you with the assurance that your dad is safe. You a doing a lot in the background to enable us to give the quality of support its teamwork and a pleasure to be your chosen provider.
We started receiving care for our 6 year old son nearly 12 months ago. We had never left our son with anyone other than family before as he is non-verbal and has autism as well as global developmental delay. We have a regular carer, who is amazing! She has developed a bond with our son and he trusts her completely. He always looks forward to her visit and waits at the door for her. It has been a huge help to us, meaning we can spend time with our youngest son, without worrying about how T will react. We have a handy mobile app group set up, so that we can communicate, and the manager is understanding in last-minute changes and will always accommodate if possible. We're very happy!
Thank you so much for your time and feedback. It is our pleasure to have met you and your wonderful family. Your planning and clear guidance for the support sessions are a huge help and the staff support works hand in hand. This is the strength of our partnership with you. Thank you for being so welcoming to us and we look forward to building on these experiences in the future.
Really happy with the care provided by Love in Care. All staff are friendly and professional. They always go the extra mile to support my mum and make sure all her needs are met. Keep up the good work guys!
Thank you for your support by taking the time to give your feedback. It is our pleasure to support your mum and to go some way to making a difference in the family.
Excellent management, great communication, and my mom loves her caregivers. Very positive experience. Excellent caregivers! They are very attentive, responsible, and caring. Many thanks to the whole team of carers and organisers who have all been friendly, caring, professional, flexible and understanding. They gave us the comfort and reassurance that Mum was being looked after when we couldn't be with her.
Thank you for your feedback. The team appreciate your and your family's support to enable us to give the best we can and always strive to improve. It is our pleasure to meet your mum and see the beautiful smile she always gives.
