I cannot recommend Love in Care Services highly enough. From the very first day we needed support with my father's mental and physical health, they have been nothing short of absolute angels to our family.
Aquila and the team are incredibly kind, compassionate and understanding. What makes her particularly special is that she truly understands what families go through because she has experienced it herself. There is such a genuine, personal touch to the care she provides, and you immediately feel that you and your loved one are truly being seen and understood.
The carers who came into our home were wonderful, and there was a lovely consistency in the people caring for Dad, which was so important to him. He never felt as though he was constantly surrounded by strangers. Everyone was respectful, kind, courteous and incredibly considerate. Can't recommend them enough.

We cannot thank the care team enough for the care and support they provided to my mum and our family. From the beginning, they were incredibly caring, compassionate and adaptable to my mum's changing needs. They always treated her with dignity and respect, while making sure she felt comfortable, valued and well cared for. What really stood out to us was how well they managed to build and maintain a positive relationship with my dad. He can understandably be quite difficult at times, particularly given the circumstances, but the carers were patient, understanding and professional throughout. They handled situations with kindness and never allowed difficulties to affect the quality of care they provided. They also communicated extremely well with me, keeping me informed and listening to any concerns or requests. I always felt that they genuinely cared about Mum and wanted to do the best for her, rather than simply carrying out a job.

We used Love in Care as a rest bite so that we could go on holiday for 10 days and make sure that my mother was looked after (she has dementia & Alzheimer's) and someone was popping in on her. Aqila was very professional and caring when she first came round and took all the relevant details, also taking an interest in my mother. 2 staff attended over a 10 day peri0d and my mother stated they were 'extremely nice, very friendly, polite and knowledgeable' and enjoyed them coming round. This was the first time that she had Carers but we had no need to worry.

We are extremely grateful for the care and support this Homecare provider gives to our elderly father. He has a wide range of needs, and the carers are always sympathetic, patient, and understanding in the way they support him. All of the carers are very amenable, kind, and consistently obliging, always willing to help and ensure he is comfortable and well looked after. They have built a trusting relationship with him, and he genuinely feels comfortable having them around, which gives our family great reassurance. Communication is excellent, and any concerns are reported promptly and professionally, allowing issues to be addressed quickly. The management team is also very responsive whenever we request changes or adjustments to his care. It is clear that they sincerely want to provide him with the best possible quality of life and are committed to delivering compassionate, person-centred care.

Dinner to make sure she is okay and again on an evening to help her undress and go to bed. All the staff have been amazing and caring. Showing compassion for us as a family and also mum.communication is amazing from the team and they give 100%. Cannot thank them enough for helping us at this difficult time with our mum and for communicationg with us always. Mum has fallen a few times because of her inability to walk and they have communicated with us and been flexible in their approach. Would recommend them to anyone needing extra help.

Mum has now gone into a care home as she was falling during the night and was no longer safe at home. Our mum was recently diagnosed with Vascular Dementia and the care staff showed love , kindness and compassion always putting our mum's needs at the forefront of her care . Treating her as an individual with respect and dignity at all times even when she was very difficult with them which we witnessed. They knew exactly how to respond to her needs and we knew our mum was in safe hands. The name of their company Love In Care definitely represents what this company is about . If you choose this company your family member will be loved and cared by them. We are eternally grateful to all of the staff and managers who have supported us as we navigate through our journey with mum's recent diagnosis .

I cannot praise my 96 year old mum's carers highly enough! They always arrive on time and greet her with warmth and cheerfulness, even though she does not engage in conversation due to her stroke. They treat her with dignity, handle her personal care with professionalism, and gently and patiently encourage her to eat and drink. What really touches me is their dedication. So as not to rush or cause stress and anxiety to my mum, they have often stayed a bit longer than scheduled to make sure every single need has been met. Every member of the team is so caring and compassionate.
It is a huge weight off my shoulders knowing that Mum is in such good hands, especially as I've had to step back a little because of my own health. I would recommend this company without hesitation in a heartbeat!
