We started receiving care for our 6 year old son nearly 12 months ago. We had never left our son with anyone other than family before as he is non-verbal and has autism as well as global developmental delay. We have a regular carer, who is amazing! She has developed a bond with our son and he trusts her completely. He always looks forward to her visit and waits at the door for her. It has been a huge help to us, meaning we can spend time with our youngest son, without worrying about how T will react. We have a handy mobile app group set up, so that we can communicate, and the manager is understanding in last-minute changes and will always accommodate if possible. We're very happy!
Thank you so much for your time and feedback. It is our pleasure to have met you and your wonderful family. Your planning and clear guidance for the support sessions are a huge help and the staff support works hand in hand. This is the strength of our partnership with you. Thank you for being so welcoming to us and we look forward to building on these experiences in the future.
Really happy with the care provided by Love in Care. All staff are friendly and professional. They always go the extra mile to support my mum and make sure all her needs are met. Keep up the good work guys!
Thank you for your support by taking the time to give your feedback. It is our pleasure to support your mum and to go some way to making a difference in the family.
Excellent management, great communication, and my mom loves her caregivers. Very positive experience. Excellent caregivers! They are very attentive, responsible, and caring. Many thanks to the whole team of carers and organisers who have all been friendly, caring, professional, flexible and understanding. They gave us the comfort and reassurance that Mum was being looked after when we couldn't be with her.
Thank you for your feedback. The team appreciate your and your family's support to enable us to give the best we can and always strive to improve. It is our pleasure to meet your mum and see the beautiful smile she always gives.
Love In Care came to help us just when we needed it most. I cannot overstate how good they were. We had three carers in rotation 24 hours a day and they were absolutely what we needed. Professional, capable, experienced and above all caring, not just for Mum who needed care but for all of us who were trying to cope with a difficult life event, so much more than mere service. Real, human, loving, I cannot thank them enough.
Thank you for sharing your experience of our short but meaningful involvement. Your feedback has had a huge impact on the staff supporting your mum. We shared the feedback with the whole organisation to celebrate their achievements. We wish you and your parents a healthy and safe future. Thank you for taking the time to give this feedback.
When I first got in touch, the manager was so welcoming and kind. She first helped me figure out how I can be best supported, and also told me about their ethos. Her story was inspiring and I respect how the company is compassion-focussed.
Thank you Love In Care.
It has been inspiring for us to to meet you and learn from you your expertise that we hope to benefit from in our team and our customers looking forward to it all many thanks for your support.
We as a family are very satisfied with the services we receive from Love In Care. The carers are empathetic and provide homecare for my disabled brother who has severe learning disabilities and is also incontinent. My mother has also recently made progress in trusting Love In Care to complete more tasks and a mix of staff both male and female. Also, all the staff can speak my mother's first language (which is not English) so this avoids the language barrier which is invaluable.
Thank you for sharing the progression and trust we have gained from your mum. We are really grateful for her to step back whilst still having oversight. This progression will give that little bit of respite during our visits and still feel assured that the care and support are person-centred for your brother and meet mum's standards. They are a joy to support!
I have found Love In Care very straightforward, caring, and easy to communicate with. The manager is very helpful in listening to my son's needs and arranging for the carer to be available when needed. The carer is always on time, kind and friendly, and clearly has my son's interests at heart. It remains a very positive experience, and we are so happy to have the consistency of the same carer each time, so a good relationship is building up.
Thank you for your support for the commitment to induct the staff member we will continue to develop our knowledge of your son's support preferences especially activities in the community that are amazing and varied.
Love In Care has been in contact with me from July 2023 - providing care for my mum so that my dad could have some respite as my mother was unwell with Cardiovascular Dementia. During this time, my dad was the full-time carer for Mum, therefore it was helpful to have Carers so that he could leave the house and have some time to do social activities. In January 2024, my dad was first diagnosed with internal bleeding, at this time it was confirmed that he had Pancreatic Cancer (stage 4). Love In Care stepped in with all the support they could provide, to ensure Dad had all the care he required, in conjunction with a local hospice. The care was provided daily, with a rota for Mum and a separate rota for Dad. Each time Dad's health became more strained, the Carers would change their approach to ensure he was safe, comforted and nourished as well as possible. I will always remember and appreciate, the efforts of Management and their Team, thank you kindly.
It has been a very exceptional time for you and your family's life and the progression of your parents' health conditions. I am grateful to you and your family for working with the team to keep your parents safe and comfortable. Thank you for your kindness to us all.
The level of care my parents are receiving is great. From the first visit, Love In Care made sure that we were all happy with the level of care and what would happen at each visit. The carers are always professional, extremely smart in their appearance, treat my parents with dignity and the visits are not rushed. It is a weight off my mind knowing that the carers are doing such a good job. I would not hesitate to recommend Love In Care to anyone.
Thank you for all the detailed information you have shared to inform us so we know all the preferences of your parents you have helped us to develop their person-centred plans that are working so well. The regular communications between us are also a huge help to keep all the care running smoothly.
My beautiful mum was cared for by the team at Love In Care for the last 3 years of her life. My support worker helps me with everything. She takes me shopping, to the hospital for my appointment and to go for a walk. She helps me to deal with my bills, she always helps me with everything, that changed my life.
Thank you for sharing the impact of the one dedicated support worker arrangement that has worked for you. We are happy to carry on making a difference in your life.

My mum has been cared for by Love In Care for many years. As a company, they have been very accommodating of her needs and done their best to ensure my mum is looked after by familiar staff. The staff who have cared for my mum over the years have been lovely and as a family, we have all built up strong relationships with them.
Thank you for your support throughout the years we have evolved and grown together with your mum and yourself. It is a partnership that is working fantastically we wish to continue and improve and be flexible in line with any changes in the support needs.

Overall very happy with the care my mum received and would recommend this company. The owner is always on hand if you need to discuss anything and really friendly staff. Always turned up each day and always made sure Mum was comfortable and asked if she needed anything additional doing after her stroke.
Thank you for working with us, this was an NHS funded project, we enjoyed our visits with your mum and wish her a happy and safe future with minimal support.
