High standard care, our dad is very happy with the service and very kind loving staff, what more would we want but to say thank you very much for all you've done and doing. Even when it's so hard due to Dad's dementia the staff always stay calm as much as possible. Thanks.
Thank you uncle is a pleasure to support he gives us blessings that outweigh everything we could ask for.
The wonderful girls at Love in Care looked after my aunt for the last 6 months of her life but particularly the last 3 weeks. They allowed her to end her days in her own home with the best care possible and with the dignity she deserved and we will be forever grateful for that. We can't thank them enough.
We thank you too for giving us the honour of supporting your aunty. Thank you for all the love and appreciation you have given to all the team it makes a huge difference to us. These months have been teamwork with you and your family members. We wish you all the best for the future.
Although we only used the service for a short time due to the passing of my dad, it was always a very professional and compassionate service. All employees treated my father with dignity and respect taking time to speak with him even though he couldn’t respond.
It has been our honour to meet your dad to have had that short opportunity to support him and to meet you and your wonderful family who were all deeply involved in the love and care of your dad. We wish you all happy memories of your dad and thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us.
Love In Care was able to respond quickly when we needed help, and their carers were gentle, patient and compassionate. The whole service always felt personal and kind, from the first phone call right through to having a regular carer. I would highly recommend them.
It has been an honour to meet and support your loved one. Our focus was to keep them comfortable and in control of their wishes which was achieved collectively.
All I can say is this company has the most amazing people for my father-in-law. I have had many companies through our door. Going away on holiday means I don't have to worry, I know the team I have in are fantastic people.
Thank you so much for your confidence in us we try our best at all times. It is a pleasure to work with you and your father in law we are a fantastic team together. We appreciate your ongoing praise of the team iT is priceless for us all.
I will start by saying what a lovely professional team they are. They all worked so hard. They make time to put you at ease and have a conversation with you and treated you like family. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The care they displayed with my parent was absolutely wonderful to see. I wouldn't hesitate to have them again in fact it would be a pleasure!
Thank you so much for sharing your experience we have enjoyed being part of your recovery process and you worked hard at it to reach the level where we were no longer needed. We wish you and your family a healthy and safe future. Thank you for your support and cooperation with the team.
Love In Care have supported our relative who has a brain injury and physical disability since July 2021. They offer a wonderful caring service to our loved one and to us as family carers. Management value our input and respect our relative’s and our views, making adjustments to the care when needed. We have used care agencies to support our relative to live as independently as possible for 25 years and we have rarely experienced the kindness, dedication and honesty that Love In Care offer. Our relative is treated as an individual and they work with us to offer care specific to his disability. Management are excellent at communicating and available to discuss things if needed. They actually do what they say they will do which makes life as a family carer less stressful. Support staff are of a high standard and eager to learn about brain injury and are adaptable. Love In Care maintain a vital strong and consistent staff team who genuinely care about our relative as if he were their own.
Thank you for your ongoing support to enable us to support your family member, your briefings and ongoing support make a huge difference to ensure the schedule of community-based activities and day-to-day living routines are always enabling and engaging to maintain the maximum level of independence...
The carers were very caring and compassionate with my mum. She was always happy to see them. They treated her with dignity and nothing was too much trouble for them. Thank you to your staff. Also thanks to the managers for keeping in contact when my mum went into hospital.
Thank you so much for taking the time to give us feedback it has been our pleasure to have met your mum and we all wish her the best of health for the future we miss her lovely smile.
Decent service ladies very approachable one lady was very caring and very helpful, the only negative point was the times in the evening as I appreciate different people have different needs, but when trying to gain my independence back coming to help me into night clothes at 4.30’in an afternoon was a tad too early so please just take this little criticism as a positive and think about this when putting people to bed thank you
Thank you for taking the time to review, we welcome all feedback and always learn. The support we provided you has been within our partnership work with NHS North Neighbourhood Hub the visit times we were required to make were on mornings and tea times hence the 4.30 pm visits. This service has a...
I was impressed by the care Mum received and any concerns or queries were dealt with promptly by the very efficient manager. The carers were kind and friendly and put Mum at ease and she got on with them really well.
Thank you so much for your support it has been a pleasure. We wish your mum the best of health and long-term independent living. Happy to assist if ever required in the future.
Dad is a very private person and before his accident, totally independent.
The care he receives from the agency is excellent, each and everyone in the team that looks after my dad are professional helpful and very caring. He receives encouragement from them to be independent. Over the last few months, Dad has improved enormously with the assistance of the team. I hope once his care package is sorted, he can remain under the care of Love In Care.
It has been a pleasure to support your dad, he is so polite and gentle-natured, and staff have fantastic conversations with him. We are really happy at the progress he has made and the ongoing changes he is persevering with, to bring his independence back to the highest level possible. Thank you for your support as working together has facilitated the progression.
We are so grateful to Love in Care for providing an excellent care service for our mother. Both management and carers were very professional, approachable and always went out of their way to be helpful. They provide a highly personalised, empathic and culturally sensitive service. We would highly recommend Love in Care to anyone seeking care for their loved ones.
We are all honoured to have had the opportunity to meet your mum and appreciate the support you and your family gave us to work together to provide the best possible support for aunty.
All the staff are polite, caring and professional. Cultural understanding is vital when caring for people from different backgrounds. My father can communicate easily in his own language with all the staff.
Thank you it is a pleasure to support uncle the team enjoy the softly spoken conversations. We appreciate your families respect and support to the team to enable them to give the support needed for uncle.
I called the Manager after my grandparent's health took a rapid turn. My grandpa is the main carer to my gran, who has dementia, but his poor health meant we needed support for both and in the night. Gran can become quite agitated at night and Grandpa was not sleeping and was exhausted with anxiety.
Despite a last-minute call during a bank holiday weekend, the manager couldn't have been more helpful or compassionate. The care she and the team showed my grandparents was fantastic- and feeling as though we had someone in our corner as a family was a huge relief.
I can't recommend Love in Care highly enough. Thank you so much for all you did for us.
It has been a pleasure to meet your family and to be able to support you during those few days when our involvement has made a difference. Thank you for your feedback we wish your grandparents a happy and safe future.
The staff are friendly and talkative with family members and look after my mother well. They are punctual but could look more the part if they wore uniforms instead of their own clothing. It would be nice for them to do more with her, for example, read to her, they could also be a bit more tidy.
Thank you for your feedback, we will address your points regarding appearance as all staff are issued uniforms and ID badges with our logo. As you are aware of the nature of support required there is little time left for tasks such as reading to your mum. The room is swept at each of the visits and...
No other carer service has tended to my parent's needs with a polite, patient and caring manner along with respecting dignity.
The service has improved the lives of my parents by implementing and applying adaptations which no other service or even social services had ever informed us of what we can have to improve the life of my parents. After three years of being in a hospital bed, my stepmother can now sit in a seat and even have lunch in the garden on sunny days.
The quality of service means that I have no stress regards to my parent's needs and I feel reassured and confident in their abilities. To add, the cultural needs are met which makes my parents comfortable and happy.
Thank you for all your feedback on how our support has made a difference to you, especially your parents it has been a pleasure to see the positive changes in their lives whilst we are unable to impact their medical conditions we are certainly committed to making their lives as comfortable and safe...
Excellent service that shows compassion, empathy and care. I cannot fault the service provided. We are updated regularly with regards to any concerns. The owner is approachable, hands on and takes ownership of any situation that may arise. The service has catered for the needs of my mother-in-law, taking into account 24 hour care and complete service for a bed-bound patient. All the staff are friendly, caring and professional. It is really nice to see that they take the time to actually get to know my mother-in-law to care of her personal needs.
Thank you for your feedback. The small dedicated team we have developed has made all the difference to your mum in law as the familiarity and cultural awareness of foods, beliefs and language is an added factor to the positive experiences of our support. We are committed to making it safe and comfortable for her and the family to be reassured at all times.
My grandma has dementia and is bed-bound and needs a lot of care and Love in Care is always there to provide an absolutely fantastic service, always punctual and provide such good care for my grandma. The care and support provided is second to none.
Thank you so much for your feedback. The team love to visit and support your grandma as she has become familiar with the regular staff and appears to feel at ease at all times during the support.
They are caring, kind, patient and understanding, and go over and above their call of duty.
Any concerns that arise, they always alert me, for which I am extremely thankful.
May their good work continues.
Thank you; you are an excellent role model of support for us to follow suit. It's a huge help for us to have you to hand, as it is reassuring that we can make a difference in the life of our customers.
It's a very good company, very trusting people. They are excellent at taking care of my mum. They go above and beyond. We are very comfortable with them. They are very experienced and treat my mum respectfully. I am very happy with their service. I would recommend the live-in care company to whoever needs it. The manager is excellent, and she goes beyond the set expectations of her role and provides great service.
Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate that you are happy with our team and support; it's an honour to support your mum.
