High standard care, our dad is very happy with the service and very kind loving staff, what more would we want but to say thank you very much for all you've done and doing. Even when it's so hard due to Dad's dementia the staff always stay calm as much as possible. Thanks.

The wonderful girls at Love in Care looked after my aunt for the last 6 months of her life but particularly the last 3 weeks. They allowed her to end her days in her own home with the best care possible and with the dignity she deserved and we will be forever grateful for that. We can't thank them enough.

Although we only used the service for a short time due to the passing of my dad, it was always a very professional and compassionate service. All employees treated my father with dignity and respect taking time to speak with him even though he couldn’t respond.

Love In Care was able to respond quickly when we needed help, and their carers were gentle, patient and compassionate. The whole service always felt personal and kind, from the first phone call right through to having a regular carer. I would highly recommend them.

All I can say is this company has the most amazing people for my father-in-law. I have had many companies through our door. Going away on holiday means I don't have to worry, I know the team I have in are fantastic people.

I will start by saying what a lovely professional team they are. They all worked so hard. They make time to put you at ease and have a conversation with you and treated you like family. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The care they displayed with my parent was absolutely wonderful to see. I wouldn't hesitate to have them again in fact it would be a pleasure!

Love In Care have supported our relative who has a brain injury and physical disability since July 2021. They offer a wonderful caring service to our loved one and to us as family carers. Management value our input and respect our relative’s and our views, making adjustments to the care when needed. We have used care agencies to support our relative to live as independently as possible for 25 years and we have rarely experienced the kindness, dedication and honesty that Love In Care offer. Our relative is treated as an individual and they work with us to offer care specific to his disability. Management are excellent at communicating and available to discuss things if needed. They actually do what they say they will do which makes life as a family carer less stressful. Support staff are of a high standard and eager to learn about brain injury and are adaptable. Love In Care maintain a vital strong and consistent staff team who genuinely care about our relative as if he were their own.

The carers were very caring and compassionate with my mum. She was always happy to see them. They treated her with dignity and nothing was too much trouble for them. Thank you to your staff. Also thanks to the managers for keeping in contact when my mum went into hospital.

Decent service ladies very approachable one lady was very caring and very helpful, the only negative point was the times in the evening as I appreciate different people have different needs, but when trying to gain my independence back coming to help me into night clothes at 4.30’in an afternoon was a tad too early so please just take this little criticism as a positive and think about this when putting people to bed thank you

I was impressed by the care Mum received and any concerns or queries were dealt with promptly by the very efficient manager. The carers were kind and friendly and put Mum at ease and she got on with them really well.

The care he receives from the agency is excellent, each and everyone in the team that looks after my dad are professional helpful and very caring. He receives encouragement from them to be independent. Over the last few months, Dad has improved enormously with the assistance of the team. I hope once his care package is sorted, he can remain under the care of Love In Care.

We are so grateful to Love in Care for providing an excellent care service for our mother. Both management and carers were very professional, approachable and always went out of their way to be helpful. They provide a highly personalised, empathic and culturally sensitive service. We would highly recommend Love in Care to anyone seeking care for their loved ones.

All the staff are polite, caring and professional. Cultural understanding is vital when caring for people from different backgrounds. My father can communicate easily in his own language with all the staff.

I called the Manager after my grandparent's health took a rapid turn. My grandpa is the main carer to my gran, who has dementia, but his poor health meant we needed support for both and in the night. Gran can become quite agitated at night and Grandpa was not sleeping and was exhausted with anxiety.

Despite a last-minute call during a bank holiday weekend, the manager couldn't have been more helpful or compassionate. The care she and the team showed my grandparents was fantastic- and feeling as though we had someone in our corner as a family was a huge relief.

I can't recommend Love in Care highly enough. Thank you so much for all you did for us.

The staff are friendly and talkative with family members and look after my mother well. They are punctual but could look more the part if they wore uniforms instead of their own clothing. It would be nice for them to do more with her, for example, read to her, they could also be a bit more tidy.

The quality of service means that I have no stress regards to my parent's needs and I feel reassured and confident in their abilities. To add, the cultural needs are met which makes my parents comfortable and happy.

Excellent service that shows compassion, empathy and care. I cannot fault the service provided. We are updated regularly with regards to any concerns. The owner is approachable, hands on and takes ownership of any situation that may arise. The service has catered for the needs of my mother-in-law, taking into account 24 hour care and complete service for a bed-bound patient. All the staff are friendly, caring and professional. It is really nice to see that they take the time to actually get to know my mother-in-law to care of her personal needs.

My grandma has dementia and is bed-bound and needs a lot of care and Love in Care is always there to provide an absolutely fantastic service, always punctual and provide such good care for my grandma. The care and support provided is second to none.

It's a very good company, very trusting people. They are excellent at taking care of my mum. They go above and beyond. We are very comfortable with them. They are very experienced and treat my mum respectfully. I am very happy with their service. I would recommend the live-in care company to whoever needs it. The manager is excellent, and she goes beyond the set expectations of her role and provides great service.
