Excellent job, good time keeping, also very friendly staff. They always do their best to make my mother comfortable and she is very happy with the staff because they speak her language. Also, I am happy with Love In Care.

The Love In Care Team at Leeds led by the Registered Manager cared for my elderly mother (96) at home for approximately eight months. Mum suffered from early dementia, and walking difficulties and was doubly incontinent.
From day one the Love In Care carers arrived to assist, mum became relaxed and was treated with the utmost respect and given every possible personal care and attention with getting washed, dressed and changed. Mum was always safely moved from bed to chair and chairlift and throughout bathing procedures. I was particularly pleased with the support received from the carer who many times went above and beyond her expected program to ensure that mum was given additional care on my request even out of pre-arranged visiting hours.

Mum, unfortunately, passed away unexpectedly but I spoke with her on many occasions regarding her care from Love In Care staff. Mum was totally happy and content throughout the short time with the team who she regarded, as not only carers but also friends. Thank you.

Love in Care goes above and beyond to give care to my father-in-law and his wife. They are extremely attentive. I would recommend their services to anyone wanting the very best for their family member. The manager and her staff are warm and friendly. My husband and I are very happy with the service they give. They give the utmost respect, dignity and care to my inlaws. Small details that make such a difference. Massive thank you for making a big difference in their lives.

Love-In-Care (LIC) looked after my mum who is immobile and has Alzheimer's. I'm an active member in the BAME Community for the City Council since 2016 and am passionate about care so felt compelled to submit this review, hoping that it helps other families who have loved ones who need care or clients themselves. I get no pleasure from submitting a disparaging review. Initially, LIC was helpful. Carers were always super! However, we quickly realised that negative feedback was not listened to by LIC but received with defensiveness and non-cooperation. Things will go wrong and that's normal; however, when that happens, communication and cooperation is needed; we didn't receive this. An informal complaint ensued against LIC after the first issue. Agreements made but LIC failed to honour these; when safeguarding issues arose later, repeatedly in succession, LIC failed to communicate but abruptly cancelled my mother's care out of fear. This was very hostile, left my mum with no care and was totally avoidable.
