The care and support we have received from Jewel H.S is excellent. We have confident in each carer. They are very professional and caring. I would give a positive statement for the individuals who come to us. We like we are not swapped around every day. Thank you.

I had used a few care agencies but was never happy & became very stressed out before I found Jewel! I have been cared for by Jewel now for the past year & have nothing but praise for all of the staff. They always arrive within the slotted time. Each person who comes to my home is respectful and
extremely professional. The staff are very kind & mindful of my dignity at all times. The staff always ensure that all tasks I need are done & always ask if i'm happy or need anything else before they leave. If I ever speak to the office staff they too are very helpful & proffessional. I can't recommend Jewel enough & would personally never use a different care company again.

I'm Dhanbai's husband, and I am giving this review on behalf of my wife. The carers are always punctual, they provide good care and behave in a polite and respectful manner.

We are very grateful to Jewel for the care and support they are providing for my mother. We could not cope ourselves were it not for Jewel carers because mother is now bed-ridden. The carers arrive on time and know exactly what is needed for mother. What has also helped is the continuity of care
from the same small group of carers who know mother well and we know them. They are professional in their care, treat mother with respect and dignity and report to us any issues of concern. We would like the continuity and familiarity to stay as it is. We also welcomed the incongnito assessment undertaken by the management team. Would like comms to continue.

The carers always ask how we are while is nice, explain what they are doing and why, they put you at your ease by telling us who is coming to the next visit and what time. They work so well as a team, they are so efficient.

Have been dealing with Jade and Kath at Jewel Homecare for over a year and have always found them both to be very helpful knowledgeable and approachable.The carers are also a credit to the organisation as I have found all of them to be caring and are always willing to listen to any changes proposed
by the client.The lady they look after is also very happy with the carers and has built up a good relationship with the ones who come along all the time.She is very comfortable with all of them.

The carers are always friendly and polite to my father, they are very caring and gentle with him.
He always looks forward to their visit and has a very good rapport with them and they always leave him happy. His needs are always met, he is always clean and leave the home tidy and clean.

Have had this company caring for my mum for a long long time now great staff without the staff and the carers they have coming to my house and other this company won't be number 1 in north west great service never had an issue always polite caeres have a select few that come they are great and

I have a very good relationship with the management team at Jewel and all the carers I have are excellent and I couldn't manage now my life without them so I give them really top marks for looking after me and I'm so very grateful.. I started if I can remember rightly three years ago am I experience
with Jewel and their Carers has been excellent and I couldn't. I couldn't give them any better respect than I have already and the time. Oh I'm most importantly what other people don't seem to have all my carers come on time and are very very good and I've never had one late ever except just maybe through our extreme circumstances but I can't even remember that so well done Jewel...

My husband has had carers from jewel for the last two years all the carers are very good the 2 regular ones that. Come at the moment are excellent and go out of there way to be very helpful also anyone that fills in on the day off are very good

I wish to say on behalf of my mum and myself that all the carers have been superb. Their care, compassion and patience shown and continued to give have surpassed our expectations. In particular, six ladies, who are lovely, caring ladies who go above and beyond.
