On reflection having had carers for about 16 years, Respectful Care has gone beyond what we have come to expect, words cannot express how happy and comfortable we are with their services.

Having carers allows Mum to stay independent.

Fantastic care team that gives me some independence back. Enables me to continue looking after my family and home. Makes me feel safe and gives me confidence to keep doing stuff. Feel well looked after, especially when I am having bad days.

Respect care claim to give you familiar faces haha you are joking.
You change carers constantly sometimes daily. Put on inexpensive carers who are barely adults. Who leave medication in reach of small 4 year old children. Medication which if taken would kill the child. Can't stick to allocated
times for calls. Had carers ask 11 year old children to deal with medication. Carers openingly chatting and slagging off clients and their families even by name. Finally, let's not forget Carer left a post it note containing names of each a client including full name, address and even key code labelled out loud Then leave them in another clients home putting them at risk of alsorts. Highly don't recommend unless you want your details or your love one details shared all over.

We have some excellent carers some not so good. I am upset as I read my rota and every time cares are changed around. I like continuity as it is the best for my husband, but today carers have been changed around also tomorrow, Monday and Tuesday.

We have been using respectful care for just over a year and they have been excellent with my mum. All the carers that have attended have been wonderful. They all go out of their way to help mum. Thank you.

The care has been very very good I am being very well looked after in all aspects. The carers chat to me as they do their tasks.
They keep my home clean and tidy, look after my laundry and prepare my food as I ask them to do. They are very cheerful and leave me feeling good a first-class company.

All the staff are very helpful and polite. They take the time to explain things to me and make my wife feel at ease. They make sure she's clean and comfortable before they leave and they all have a great sense of humour.

Every carer that I have met is wonderful with my mum. her care is next level, warm, safe, fed, cared for. What more could I ask for as a daughter. Ten out of ten for me and for my mum.

As a family, we are pleased with all the care we have received. Everyone has been amazing with Mum. She is at ease when the carers come. They have been really good with Mum and also us as a family. We are grateful for all the help Respectful Care has provided so far.

Respectful care have been amazing with the care for my mum. They are kind and considerate and they go above and beyond. I would highly recommend them. They have no problem with seeing to my mum's needs. Anything she requires is no trouble for them.

My carers are always pleasant and helpful, and I look forward to their visits. I'm not always ready for my tea etc, so very helpful in all respects. Also, they check my windows etc, to make sure I'm secure before they leave.
