Bloom and Care have been outstanding in helping my parent recover after traumatic surgery. Their carers are compassionate, professional, and truly committed to helping each person in their care, to be at their best. They provide excellent support for both physical recovery and mental health. They pay attention to keeping the apartment really clean and organised as well. I feel completely confident and at ease knowing my parent is safe and well cared for. Not all care companies are the same. Bloom and Care come highly recommended by us!

Bloom and Care have been proving care for my parents since August 2025 and they have been exceptional. From first contact they made the effort to fully understand my parents care needs and understood what was important to them. The carers are wonderful and go above and beyond to build relationships and meet my parents needs, whilst focusing on supporting their independence. My parents have built a great relationship with the carers, and are very happy with the care. Bloom and Care also support with prescription reordering and management and dealing with the GP surgery when needed which is a huge help to me as I live 300 miles away from my parents. I feel as if they have taken a big weight off my shoulders! Their communication with me, as my parents power of attorney, is excellent and they respond to any of my questions and requests quickly and efficiently. I'm so glad we use Bloom and Care as care providers and would highly recommend them.

The staff at Bloom & Care were very friendly, supportive and caring to our mum and the family. They met all of her needs and the communication with the family was excellent. We are so pleased mum was in their care before she was admitted to hospital.

After an emergency admission to hospital, I was medically fit for discharge, however, I was confined to bed unable to walk and with a catheter fitted in. I needed assistance with personal care at very short notice. My son thoroughly researched local care available and after in depth consideration and discussion we decided upon Bloom and Care. I've never been in a position where I needed this type of service before and right from their initial assessment I felt the warmth and genuine desire to help me. Their kindness and compassion shone through and this was the beginning of an extremely positive experience for me. Every care assistant greeted me cheerfully at the start of their visit, washed their hands, and always wearing aprons and gloves during their stay with me. Once a carer was running a bit late and telephoned me to let me know which I really appreciated. My personal care was given protecting my dignity. I would recommend Bloom and Care.

Bloom and Care had been recommended to us for our Auntie to have some care visits twice a day and from the moment we all met the manager and field care supervisor at the assessment stage we knew we were in good hands. Their professional friendly approach was much welcomed and they included Auntie in all conversations building that trust from the start. All of the staff made it so easy and it was a weight off our minds. Auntie thought all of the carers were lovely. And she enjoyed their visits. The professionalism & communication with us all was really good, we felt we could approach them for anything - they got back to us in a very speedy timeframe and we would be more than happy to recommend their services to anyone in need without hesitation Again we would just like to say a big thank you again to all at Bloom and Care and wish you many more years in your successful business looking after your clients & families so well and with such compassion

My Wife and I are in our 70's. My wife was diagnosed with Alzheimers in March of 2024. I took on the necessary care care requirements until I just could not cope anymore. I took on the job of finding the right care providers to help me. My research led me to Bloom & Care. I made contact and they came to see us very quickly, discussing our needs and carers were visiting very quickly. They have now been caring for my wife for 3 months plus. My wife is very happy with her care from the fantastic team of carers it is really rewarding to hear my wife laugh and enjoy their company. Some are regulars and some give cover for holidays and rest days etc. They have all become our friends in these last few months and taken some of the load from my shoulders. We highly recommend Bloom & Care and thank them most sincerely.

My mum has had Bloom & Care for nearly two years, 2 hip replacements and illness in between, the staff have never been anything but kind, professional, caring, knowledgeable, and helpful to mum and myself through difficult times, and calmer times. Mum can look after herself when things are calm, but it's always nice to know someone is there just to keep an eye and hand to help. Mum likes the idea that the same people come all the time and know her quirky ways. Thank you always to all the staff from Bloom & Care, from the end of the phone to all the care staff.

My brother and I are very grateful for the excellent care provided by Bloom and Care. My father had been living independently but after an illness in June 2024, he could no longer manage and in something of a crisis, I contacted Bloom and Care. The field care supervisor responded immediately and in a highly professional manner, setting up twice daily visits from carers within a few days of my contacting the agency and providing the greatest reassurance in a difficult situation. My brother and I have done everything we can to keep dad in his own home where he very much wants to stay and the carers have enabled him to do so. Any time I contact the field care supervisor and the carers with an update about dad's needs, there is a very quick response. Dad has been pleased with the kindness shown by the carers and we know that he is cared for and safe. My brother and I would certainly recommend the agency.

We cannot recommend Bloom & Care highly enough. Trusting someone to look after our mum, in the way we thought best, was a difficult decision. The manager and carer put our minds at rest from the first visit. Always punctual, cheerful, honest and respectful, the care and support could not be faulted.

Tremendous thanks to the manager, the field care supervisor and all the amazing ladies of Bloom & Care who have provided such kind, caring and professional services to my dad over the last two years. All Dad's family are very grateful for the splendid care and support he received which has enabled him to remain in his home for so long. Dad will shortly move to a care home which will allow him to have the 24/7 care he now needs. Again, thanks and I am happy to highly recommend Bloom & Care.

As my dad's journey ends with Bloom & Care, I can only say how lucky we were recommended to them over the last two years. Nothing has been a problem and for them to make my dad's experience so memorable, even through testing times, is a massive accolade to them. So professional and nothing too much trouble. I would recommend to anyone who values great service and empathy.

We only had Bloom & Care for my Dad's last month but in that time we found them to be professional, kind, friendly, and respectful. Nothing was too much trouble. They came twice a day, morning to get Dad up and dressed and evening to help him to bed at a time that was convenient to us. They also started immediately after their first visit to introduce themselves. I would definitely recommend Bloom and Care to anyone.

The last few months were difficult ultimately leading to my father passing away in January 2024. However, due to the expert, respectful, conscientious, well-trained and lead, kind and cheerful team from Bloom and care, my father's last weeks were as good as they possibly could have been. They had a good understanding of my father's needs with his frailty and dementia and also those of my mother as well and were a tremendous support to her, both during his last months and after his passing. Nothing ever seemed too much and they never seemed rushed and were always cheerful and polite. It soon felt like friends were visiting him three times a day as he was always pleased to see them. I am a retired GP and have seen many many people cared for or at home over the years but never by such a professional and caring team as that provided by Bloom and Care. My family would like to thank them for all that they did with all our heart and can only give 100% recommendation.

If you are looking for the best care for a loved one you won’t find better than Bloom & Care. They are all totally invested in looking after your loved one in every way possible. My experience with their management team is that nothing is too much for them and they get results My mother-in-law had lovely caring and hard-working carers who were so kind they understood that she still wanted her independence and dignity and did everything to give her this. We had a poor experience with the first care company we selected and were recommended Bloom & Care and were so lucky to find them. Communication was excellent. I cannot recommend this care company enough as it’s so important to get the right care for the people we love in their time of need. Their caring staff are well trained and have all the right qualities to do what can at times be a difficult and challenging role. My husband and I thank all the team for their quality of care.

As a family, we cannot recommend highly enough the service and care our father was given. Being able to stay in his own home, surrounded by his own belongings, was so important. Not only do they offer day-to-day support, they have a wealth of knowledge on what services are available and are on hand to advise. This is truly a company that goes above and beyond. We can honestly say your loved ones are in safe hands.

Bloom & Care supported our father when he relocated from another county to live with the family. From the very first meeting with the staff, it was clear that we had made the right choice. The level of care and support that he received in the following months was a huge improvement from what he had been used to. The staff were caring and considerate, responsive to his changing needs, and any necessary adjustments to his care plan. As they got to know him, they were able to have a laugh and a joke with him, which made the whole experience that much more bearable. The staff were also very mindful that they were coming into a family home. Our father was delighted with the support that he received. He might have told more than a couple of the team that they were his favourite!

Bloom & Care were absolutely fantastic. They enabled my mother to stay in her own home for longer than we expected. They were always reliable and so caring. We really felt Mum was looked after by well-trained, competent but above all, genuinely caring people. I think this is the type of service you only ever get from a local company, employing local people which is managed and run by a team that intimately knows what is going on with all their clients.

Our mother (91) has had carer visits from Bloom & Care for several months now, and my sister and I are highly impressed. For our mum, who has some difficulties with sight and memory, the visits have provided reassurance, affection, entertainment and friendship as well as assistance. She is much less anxious and is very fond of the carers, particularly those she sees most regularly. She is so happy to have help with bathing, choosing outfits and taking medication, and she loves hearing cheerful news about their hobbies and families! For us, we are relieved to know that we have a good communication channel with the carers and the company at every level, and that the care provided is personalised, warm, professional and vigilant. When we visit Mum, if our paths cross with the carers' visits they are always open and friendly. It has been straightforward to set up helpful and personal routines. We would not hesitate to recommend Bloom & Care, and we're very happy to have found them!

I cannot stress enough how fantastic the care had been for my father. Without it, he could not stay in his house. He was reluctant at first to have care at home, but now he positively looks forward to the morning and evening visits. Each of the carers have been considerate, engaging and most of all caring. There is nothing perfunctory about the service provided. It is all done with genuine interest and feeling. Bloom & Care have been simply wonderful in all respects. Our entire family is so grateful to the manager and the team. I would unequivocally recommend them.
