I have found that all carers and management have been kind and understanding of both my daughter and my circumstances. My daughter is only 8 and can have problems understanding yet all the carers have made her feel happy and at ease. They are always punctual and if ever they are running late due to
unforeseen circumstances (traffic, accidents etc), I receive a call from head office to inform me. Both me and my daughter feel comfortable with these carers in our home and they take health and safety very seriously, which in turn helps us feel safe.

The staff that come and look after my son are very good with him and he is always happy to see them. They have him a nice routine and I am happy with the relationship they have built up over the last year or so.
