I just want to let you know how pleased Mum is with her carer. Over the last few years, Mum has expressed how professional, efficient and friendly she has been and without her help Mum could not have coped after her accident. Mum said it was just the “little things”, like her carer polishing the
taps after her shower and her willingness to help out when needed. Thanks and kind regards.

Poorly trained staff. Did not arrive at the specified times. Would not recommend this service. Did not have the same carers every day. Did not know any details about my health, or the medication I was on.
