Bluewater were helpful and accommodating whilst caring for my mum. Nargas was a wonderful carer - generous and always thinking proactively to ensure that my mum had the best possible time. I would recommend Bluewater!

I am a service user of Bluewater. I am satisfied with the service. The staff in the office & the carers I have are friendly & approachable. Whenever I have had a question or issue, it has been dealt efficiently. I would recommend Bluewater to anyone that was looking for a care service.

I am a very happy client of the care agency, Bluewater Care. The carers are lovely and are well trained, professional and compassionate. I always recommend this company if I am asked and feel very happy and satisfied about all aspects of my care and social needs that this company provides me. They
work according to my care plan to make sure they provide the correct and best possible care and I am honoured to be their client.

Since BlueWater have been given care package for my daughter I feel relaxed and can have a sigh of relief, after experiencing a lot of stress from previous care providers.
Carer who regular comes in has understood needs and works alongside to meet them.
Care and consideration is very important in
a caring role and that is definitely present in the service we receive.
I am very content with Bluewater management and staff.

Very caring agency, always fulfils the needs of our poorly mother. The carers themselves are very polite and professional, always going above and beyond the call of duty to keep our mum safe and well, top marks to the Blue Water care management and staff. Thank you so much for all your help

I am very happy with the care provided for my son with complex disabilities by Bluewater Care. We have been with the care company for over two years now and I can't fault them in any way. The carers have built a great relationship with my son. The office staff and the carers have never let us down

Have had the service for my mother from Bluewater for over 2 years and couldn't ask for better. Very caring and supportive team from management to carers themselves, and I feel very comfortable with my mother in their care. They do their job very well and keep dignity and respect high too. I would highly recommend Bluewater Care, as the service and staff have been fantastic in taking care of my aunt. She has been under their care for the past year and has been seen 3 times a day since then, with zero complaints. The staff are very attentive to her needs and always stay in touch.

I have previously used Bluewater Care and I have now returned to use again.
The service is excellent, caring, reliable and professional.
They are prompt every day, well-mannered and polite giving respect to their clients and their needs.

This is a Wonderful service from Bluewater chaperones making our nine-year-old nervous foster daughter’s journey to school safe and pleasant. Always on time and excellent communicators. Would highly recommend.

We started using Bluewater Care today for my mother who's 97 years old and needs personal assistance with bathing and showering.
The carer turned up on time and quickly established a friendly and personal rapport with my mother who took to her immediately.
The carer then assessed the surroundings
and proceeded to shower my mom whilst laughing and talking with her all the time which I think is important when dealing with a situation that could easily become distressing to an elderly person.
Once finished the carer used the remaining time to chat with my mom, getting to know her better.
Once the visit was over my mom said it was a lovely experience and was looking forward to the next one on Wednesday.

The care provided for auntie is excellent. She looks forwards to her care visits as her carer is unfailingly cheerful, kind and respectful. Nothing is too much trouble and this company go above and beyond to solve problems and make suggestions based on their experience. Management and the carer
communicate regularly with me to keep me in the picture.

The care I received was a short notice arrangement but this didn't compromise the excellent care provided. The care worker was professional and everything was done with a smile on their face. I would have no hesitation in recommending the service to others. My needs were fully met and the manager
would always check if everything was ok throughout. It is obvious that everything is run very well and going by the care I received from the member of staff, they are a credit to the service. Thank you!

Bluewater Care staff have been very good with my autistic daughter when they have come to pick her up to take her to college and bring her home. The staff are always friendly and have a smile. They always greet my daughter every morning and ask how she is and say bye to her when they drop her home.

I am happy with my father-in-law's care the care staff are very friendly and supportive and nothing is too much trouble my father-in-law is very happy with them if any issues arise the provider is very keen to sort and resolve them straight away.

Absolutely brilliant ... from the top management to the absolutely fabulous carers. I don't know what my mother-in-law and our family would do without them all. They have never let us down and go above and beyond their specific duties .. a big thanks to them all.
