We were so fortunate to have such excellent care provided for my very ill uncle. The team showed not only professionalism but also genuine compassion. They treated him with dignity and patience at every stage, making sure he was comfortable and that his needs were met with kindness and respect. What stood out most was the personal attention and the way they went beyond simply providing care - they took the time to listen, reassure, and offer comfort. I will always remember how he would relax on hearing any of their voices knowing he was in great hands. We cannot thank them enough for their dedication and empathy. Their commitment brought peace of mind to us all, and we will always be grateful.

The care my uncle has received for about the last 2 years has been outstanding. Bridgewater are caring, attentive and loving, being the family my uncle needs as we live too far to support him daily. In this last month they have gone above and beyond to give 24/7 care so that he can remain at home. They have also been at the end of the phone at all times to keep us informed or to answer queries. Their communication with, and support of wider family is amazing. They have also offered practical help such as sourcing plumbers, electricians, cleaning and shopping - sorting the everyday issues that can arise. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

My experience of Bridgewater Care has been excellent. They have consistently provided superb care for my uncle. I live at the other end of the country to him, so they arranged for his regular carers to visit him in hospital, to care for him there, and to provide a familiar face for him when he was confused. They have gone above and beyond their basic duties, providing him with friendship, dignity and respect alongside their detailed care for all of his needs. As a family, I'm not sure how we would have coped without Bridgewater Care being there for him and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone. This applies to all the staff, those involved with the hands on care, as well as the office staff. Thank you.

My parents have been using Bridgewater Care Ltd for about the last 2 years. They have been fantastic. The staff are very caring and have become friends with my parents over the time, supportive when required and occasionally firm when needed! Sadly it was time for them to move from Dorset to be closer to me. They will miss the morning and evening visits,

Bridgewater have been caring for my Mum for 18 months. The carers have met all Mum's needs and adjusted to new routines as time has passed, showing kindness and empathy at all times. The office staff have been very efficient and accommodating with any queries or changes required. I would definitely recommend Bridgewater to anyone seeking care for their loved ones.

When it was evident my dad needed extra care at home it was a decision I had to make which he was reluctant to accept. Bridgewater Care made this transition very easy with an initial meeting where dad's worries and concerns were met & discussed with him. The care & support my dad received was exempary. The carers were professional in their administering of medication & left daily messages on the app reporting on any concerns or just to say all was well which gave me peace of mind. He was treated with dignity & kindness and I felt he was in very safe hands. I felt on occasions one particular carer went above & beyond to ensure my dad received the care & support he needed which I appreciated so much. It felt like they were very much there for my dad & he enjoyed having chats & looked forward to their morning & evening visits. I have friends in similar situations who I have highly recommended Bridgewater Care, and will continue to do so. Thank you all so much

I cannot rate Bridgewater highly enough. Reliable and courteous staff : willing to change rotas as necessary according to needs even at short notice. Happy to do anything that was needed and as the need increased so did the care. Three people came to came to the funeral. Brilliant.

Bridgewater have provided brilliant care for both my mother and father over the last few years. They have always gone above and beyond with the support they offer and have taken so much off my shoulders with the care they have provided. The daily carers have all been lovely. They have really looked after dad and taken the time to get to know him. I can't thank them enough. I would highly recommend Bridgewater.

All the staff at Bridgewater Care were friendly and professional from the office staff to the carers. The care rotas were able to be changed at short notice to accommodate the changing needs of my parents. The carers were willing to do everything that was needed to assist my parents and their live-in carer to ensure they were comfortable and well looked after, from sitting and chatting or taking them go out, to general household chores. Staff were always prompt and reliable. My parents would not have been able to live in their own home for as long as they have if they hadn't had the excellent care and support from the staff. I would highly recommend this agency.

I thoroughly recommend Bridgewater Care. I was in the position where I was near to having a breakdown with looking after my mum, who had lived with me and my husband for three and a half years. I rang Bridgewater Care and despite the short notice, they sent two carers round later the same day. I have since had carers provided by them for Mum and they are excellent. I can honestly say that they have made a huge difference to my well-being and without them, I couldn't have managed. A very professional and reliable company with excellent staff.

Very kind and considerate, personal care requirements well provided for in a very professional manner, couldn't have wished for better. Dad appreciated the care, conversation and kindness. Staff could do with basil cooking skills as this was the only issue we had however all staff are very willing. Office staff are always happy to assist and very approachable and helpful.

Bridgewater Care provide daily home care visits to my Mum. The level of care is outstanding and carers continually go above and beyond, they are discreet and compassionate and nothing is too much trouble. I receive a weekly rota in advance and carers and times very rarely change, generally, Mum has visits from the same 3-4 carers and has built up a wonderful rapport with them. I can access carers' notes about Mum's visits and it’s nice to see what Mum has had to eat and what the carers have chatted about. Mum doesn’t regard them as carers but as friends, they spend time reminiscing and help to keep her stimulated. Any concerns are always dealt with immediately and management are always available, even if it’s just to put my mind at rest. Bridgewater Care are highly recommended by myself and I have continually sung their praises.

The standard of care provided by Bridgewater Care for my aunt was excellent. All carers were kind and friendly and treated her with respect and much care. My aunt looked forward to her daily visits and enjoyed chatting with the ladies.

Bridgewater Care provided a twice-daily service for my mother from mid-2023 until her fall in December 2023. The service they provided was excellent, and nothing was too much trouble. My contact in their management team was one staff member who was immensely helpful, even coming up with a scheme to take Mum out once a week for a coffee at a garden centre or similar, which she enjoyed very much. Had Mum not fallen and broken her pelvis, she would still be at home and cared for by Bridgewater Carers, however, she is now in full-time care, and is very happy there.

Every single carer went above what was expected. Always cheerful, they helped not just Mum but us as well. They remembered what Mum had told them and continued conversations on their next visit. Mum would laugh and joke and ask about them all. From being on the phone 24/7, answering our need for advice as Mum became more unwell we were treated as though we were their only clients. We had regular carers assigned to us which meant Mum felt relaxed and comfortable in their care at home. Regularly review offered alternatives to help i.e. medical deliveries in daily pods. Major care issues received immediate attention with Mum's well-being and comfort prioritised, but Bridgewater Care paid attention to little things to make her (and our) life easier. Mum was treated with dignity, respect and kindness. She was never rushed. She loved that they styled her hair daily and dressed her to look her best. They encouraged her mobility to help with initial recovery, whilst balancing bad days with letting her know it was okay to rest. She was made to feel as though she was the only person in their care. Bridgewater put the care in caring.

When my dad died unexpectedly, Bridgewater Care jumped in at short notice to help my mum when others could not accommodate us. As her care needs increased, they quickly and efficiently added extra visits and were always so accommodating when unexpected events caused a change of plan. As the sole family carer, I very much appreciated the times they contacted places for me and helped set things up. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing friendly, efficient and flexible care.

The staff at Bridgewater Care have gone above and beyond to support Dad living at home. Dad has some challenging behaviour at times and this has been handled with kindness and care by all of the staff. The senior members of staff and managers have kept us informed and have liaised regularly with Dad’s GP to ensure he remains in the best health possible. All staff are extremely professional, caring and supportive. They have been a pleasure to work with.

My association with Bridgewater Care Ltd started over a year ago and has developed from a carer twice each week to every weekday. I have found everyone to be caring and helpful in many ways, showing their thoughtfulness, particularly as I am living on my own now. They are a company to be highly recommended.
