We couldn't have managed without Bridgewater for the past 14 months, exceptional care for Mum 6 times a week whilst at home. Enormous thanks to all the ladies who helped, including Jackie and the team in Ferndown who adapted and supported us as Mum's care needs increased...Highly professional and would recommend for those families needing help at home.

We're very happy that Mum-in-Law's cleaning lady recommended Bridgewater to us. M-i-L is profoundly deaf and spends most days home alone quite happily. We live 200 miles away and try to video call her every day, but sometimes are unable to do so. Knowing that a Bridgewater carer pops in every day, and reading their daily reports online is a great reassurance to us, and she enjoys the attention and company that they bring. The care my uncle has received for about the last 2 years has been outstanding. Bridgewater are caring, attentive and loving, being the family my uncle needs as we live too far to support him daily. In this last month they have gone above and beyond to give 24/7 care so that he can remain at home. They have also been at the end of the phone at all times to keep us informed or to answer queries. Their communication with, and support of wider family is amazing. They have also offered practical help such as sourcing plumbers, electricians, cleaning and shopping - sorting the everyday issues that can arise. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

My experience of Bridgewater Care has been excellent. They have consistently provided superb care for my uncle. I live at the other end of the country to him, so they arranged for his regular carers to visit him in hospital, to care for him there, and to provide a familiar face for him when he was confused. They have gone above and beyond their basic duties, providing him with friendship, dignity and respect alongside their detailed care for all of his needs. As a family, I'm not sure how we would have coped without Bridgewater Care being there for him and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone. This applies to all the staff, those involved with the hands on care, as well as the office staff. Thank you.

Since July 2017 we cared for this amazing lady - we miss her but are so grateful for having had the privilege of getting to know her so well. One of our earliest clients never to be forgotten.
The daily carers have all been lovely. They have really looked after dad and taken the time to get to know him. I can't thank them enough. I would highly recommend Bridgewater.

I thoroughly recommend Bridgewater Care. I was in the position where I was near to having a breakdown with looking after my mum, who had lived with me and my husband for three and a half years. I rang Bridgewater Care and despite the short notice, they sent two carers round later the same day. I have since had carers provided by them for Mum and they are excellent. I can honestly say that they have made a huge difference to my well-being and without them, I couldn't have managed. A very professional and reliable company with excellent staff.

Very kind and considerate, personal care requirements well provided for in a very professional manner, couldn't have wished for better. Dad appreciated the care, conversation and kindness. Staff could do with basil cooking skills as this was the only issue we had however all staff are very willing. Office staff are always happy to assist and very approachable and helpful.

I was very satisfied with the service I received. All the staff at Bridgewtare Care are friendly and respectful. I would recommend the company.
I receive a weekly rota in advance and carers and times very rarely change, generally, Mum has visits from the same 3-4 carers and has built up a wonderful rapport with them.
I can access carers' notes about Mum's visits and it’s nice to see what Mum has had to eat and what the carers have chatted about.
Mum doesn’t regard them as carers but as friends, they spend time reminiscing and help to keep her stimulated.
Any concerns are always dealt with immediately and management are always available, even if it’s just to put my mind at rest.
Bridgewater Care are highly recommended by myself and I have continually sung their praises.
Mum is always a pleasure to care for and always chatty and welcoming. Those who are animal lovers amongst us can't wait for her visits!
The standard of care provided by Bridgewater Care for my aunt was excellent. All carers were kind and friendly and treated her with respect and much care. My aunt looked forward to her daily visits and enjoyed chatting with the ladies.

Mum was treated with dignity, respect and kindness. She was never rushed. She loved that they styled her hair daily and dressed her to look her best. They encouraged her mobility to help with initial recovery, whilst balancing bad days with letting her know it was okay to rest. She was made to feel as though she was the only person in their care.

Such a lady, and such a pleasure to care for. We miss her dreadfully and wish we had known her for longer. We have so many lovely memories of all of you and some wonderful photos of Mum - particularly on Coronation Day with her crown and cream tea! As her care needs increased, they quickly and efficiently added extra visits and were always so accommodating when unexpected events caused a change of plan.
