It manages a small team of friendly, professional carers dedicated to meeting those needs and offers a totally flexible home care visiting service exclusively to private clients.


Its flexible services range from personal care routines, meal preparation, medication support and companionship to shopping, visiting friends and appointment attendance and all care packages are completely bespoke and tailored to suit you and your family.

It offers an entirely individual home visiting care service with friendly, well trained and experienced carers supervised by an attentive, professional and supportive management team - all willing to go the extra mile.

The carers are all really inclusive and supportive of my mum and remain flexible to add additional support when required.
The management comment is based on my contact with the care coordinators and not the senior management, who I have limited contact with.

I have the good fortune to be cared for by this wonderful care company. Since becoming wheelchair-bound I have had to rely on a few care companies but Bridgwater by far outshine all others. The staff are caring both to myself and my husband, who is my main carer, showing courtesy and friendship above
and beyond their positions within the company. They are totally reliable with their timekeeping and so professional in their work ethic. The carers also show me nothing but respect in my personal care which makes me feel still valued and not just a burden. I cannot thank them enough for giving me the incentive to keep fighting in life and brightening my days by their visits.

The manager and care team involved with looking after my mother were exceptional. She is always treated with kindness, encouragement, respect and dignity. As her daughter, I was also treated with kindness and assistance when needed. I am extremely grateful to all the team for helping my mother to stay
at home in the last months of her life.

An excellent service from all at Bridgewater Care. Staff training excellent. Any queries dealt with promptly. All staff sensitive to Dad's needs especially regarding his personal care which at first he found difficult to accept. Always looked forward to their visits as they supported and encouraged
me as well as Dad.

The management was very professional and very helpful for our cards needs for my mother. Nothing was too much trouble. The carers gave my mother the utmost respect and dignity in all aspects of her care. She always had a smile on her face when she saw them. The carers were also very supportive to the
family towards the end of life of my mother and stepped in with extra hours of help at very short notice. Excellent service.

Bridgewater Care is brilliant. The company's team is bright, cheerful, kind and conscientious. My 103-year-old Dad was reaching the end of his life with increasing fragility and all I can say is that he was cared for wonderfully. All the carers became part of the family and it was a huge comfort to
us all that Dad was in such good and capable hands. The carers genuinely care and I shall never forget them. Thank you.

A first class reliable and friendly service with a 'can do' attitude. My mother has dementia which can make her difficult at times but Bridgewater Care Ltd staff are professional, caring and sympathetic to her needs. Their kindness my mother was rewarded upon. Staff are willing to fulfil any task of
