I would like to thank all the lovely carers who cared for my grandad before he went into his care home. They all made him feel very comfortable, and I know he enjoyed his little chats. All the carers were kind and gentle with him and also my nan, who very much appreciated all the help with him.
Thanks for the excellent service we received from Bridgewater Care. My father was able to spend his last few weeks at home peacefully rather than going into a home. It was very reassuring to know dad was being looked after in such a kind, sensitive and professional way.
Thanks for your lovely comments. It was a pleasure to support and get to know you dad.
My father lived on his own. Bridgewater Care provided him with kind, efficient and supportive care for nearly three years. They were increasingly supportive as his health declined and referred to medical services when needed and responded to extra visits at short notice. The family had confidence that he was being looked after safely and with respect. We would recommend the agency.
Bridgewater commenced a care package provision for my mum at the start of the pandemic. The concept of accepting care and support was alien to my mum and she experienced a decline in memory and cognition. The care team navigated this new experience for my mum with great perception and sensitivity. They have been quick to anticipate her needs and communicate very well with me her next of kin.
I have found this care provider to be efficient and reliable and I feel confident in their care.
It was with great relief after mum passed away, that I engaged Bridgewater Care Ltd. I have found without exception a great team who treat dad with total dignity. Working in a mobility shop I hear horror stories about care companies. It is great to be able to praise Bridgewater.
From the initial enquiry about the availability of care for my disabled husband and I have been treated with great kindness, promptness and professionalism. Memory and visual problems coupled with physical challenges of being wheelchair-bound catheterised and with severe breathing difficulties mean I review for my husband. The delegation of service care coordinator invaluable. We have her mobile number and she does much of the care herself. Limiting carers to a small team is good. All have been reliable, competent and friendly. Their experience aids communication with district nurses and the OT Team.
The carers of Bridgwater I could not manage without them. My husband and I rely on their visits, the carers always use real care and dignity.
The management comment is based on my contact with the care coordinators and not the senior management, who I have limited contact with.
I have the good fortune to be cared for by this wonderful care company. Since becoming wheelchair-bound I have had to rely on a few care companies but Bridgwater by far outshine all others. The staff are caring both to myself and my husband, who is my main carer, showing courtesy and friendship above and beyond their positions within the company. They are totally reliable with their timekeeping and so professional in their work ethic. The carers also show me nothing but respect in my personal care which makes me feel still valued and not just a burden. I cannot thank them enough for giving me the incentive to keep fighting in life and brightening my days by their visits.
The manager and care team involved with looking after my mother were exceptional. She is always treated with kindness, encouragement, respect and dignity. As her daughter, I was also treated with kindness and assistance when needed. I am extremely grateful to all the team for helping my mother to stay at home in the last months of her life.
Staff very helpful and caring to my husband. Most helpful to myself and members of the family. Most became friends in short time they look after my husband.
An excellent service from all at Bridgewater Care. Staff training excellent. Any queries dealt with promptly. All staff sensitive to Dad's needs especially regarding his personal care which at first he found difficult to accept. Always looked forward to their visits as they supported and encouraged me as well as Dad.
Always communicated very well with the family on any significate matters.
Professional, competent and consistent. In addition, there has been sympathetic support shown to myself and family throughout some very difficult days.
The management was very professional and very helpful for our cards needs for my mother. Nothing was too much trouble. The carers gave my mother the utmost respect and dignity in all aspects of her care. She always had a smile on her face when she saw them. The carers were also very supportive to the family towards the end of life of my mother and stepped in with extra hours of help at very short notice. Excellent service.
Wonderful care fro firstly my mother and then my Dad. The care team treated my parents with true compassion and humanity and often went beyond the call of duty. Special thanks to all the staff.
Bridgewater Care is brilliant. The company's team is bright, cheerful, kind and conscientious. My 103-year-old Dad was reaching the end of his life with increasing fragility and all I can say is that he was cared for wonderfully. All the carers became part of the family and it was a huge comfort to us all that Dad was in such good and capable hands. The carers genuinely care and I shall never forget them. Thank you.
The carers of Bridgewater Care Ltd gave 110% effort into looking after my father. They were amazing. Devotion to duty all the way. They looked after dad to the moment he died. I cannot thank them enough.
I would not hesitate to recommend Bridgewater Care Ltd. The company has provided excellent care. The staff are friendly and dedicated and, in my opinion, have provided the highest quality care of all the companies we have used.
