The staff at Bridgewater Care have gone above and beyond to support Dad living at home. Dad has some challenging behaviour at times and this has been handled with kindness and care by all of the staff. The senior members of staff and managers have kept us informed and have liaised regularly with Dad’s GP to ensure he remains in the best health possible. All staff are extremely professional, caring and supportive. They have been a pleasure to work with.

My association with Bridgewater Care Ltd started over a year ago and has developed from a carer twice each week to every weekday. I have found everyone to be caring and helpful in many ways, showing their thoughtfulness, particularly as I am living on my own now. They are a company to be highly recommended.

We have found Bridgewater Care staff to be competent and cheerful with unending patience. If required they have gone out of their way to cater for unexpected care needs, often at short notice. I highly recommend them.

All the carers that I have experienced are very pleasant and chatty, but occasionally I have to remind them of things they have omitted, like washing the back of my legs and around my midriff (I always wash my private parts myself). Some are more thorough than others, but usually, I have to clean the wash basin afterwards and rearrange the bathroom, Hanging my dressing gown and flannels using the loops instead of any old how.

All staff are extremely good.

The carers are friendly, helpful and supportive and I am very pleased with the service I have received. I have found the service to be reliable and flexible and responsive to changing circumstances.

Excellent, caring team of staff who treat their client with genuine compassion and go that extra mile to help when crisis gets in the way- for example, hospital admissions and discharge which result in different client requirements. Flexible service provided when possible, easy to contact and access to the electronic system provided gives me the ability to monitor care and needs.

Bridgewater is an efficient and caring provider compared to others who offer similar services. A good example of a business that actually achieves its promises on a daily basis.

Bridgewater Care have been looking after both my aunties for the last three years and they have been fantastic. Always treated both my aunts with respect and dignity. Nothing was ever too much trouble. They are always there to talk to if you have any concerns with a family member and they help you to make the best decision to do what's right for each client as both my aunts were very different. They help with all aspects of care also speaking to the doctor when needed, always keeping ahead of any medical problems before they got too big, so as to avoid any hospital visits. The best thing was the peace of mind my sister and I had knowing that our aunties were getting excellent care and they were able to stay in their own homes. Extremely grateful and can't thank them enough. Would definitely rate them outstanding!

Bridgewater Care was outstanding. Everyone from Bridgewater who helped to arrange and provide care for my mother was highly professional and paid attention to the smallest details. My mother felt comfortable and very looked after whilst in their care.

Bridgewater Care Ltd provided home care for my mum for over three years. The quality of care and attention to detail was first class. The carers and office support staff were all amazing and nothing too much trouble. They all treated mum with respect and dignity right to the end and we don't know what we would have done without them.

Since my relative required care at home at the beginning of this year, Bridgewater Care did the utmost to fulfil our needs, despite having a very large existing workload. We were able to contact the supervisors at any time and likewise, they would contact us asap if any concerns/changes. The carers were lovely and my relative never felt rushed. An excellent service.

Bridgewater are the best care company my wife and I have had dealings with over the last few years. From the owner, to the carers in the field, we both have only ever been met with the highest level, of care and courtesy. Nothing is too much trouble and each carer comes in and is very competent and aware of my wife's needs from the onset. Any issues are dealt with immediately and each and every one of the carers are willing to go the extra mile to make sure that my wife is comfortable and ready for the day or settled at night before they leave her. Through the Covid situation, they have shown nothing but sheer professionalism and managed to cover all calls, maintaining a very high level of infection control throughout. Thank you for everything, life is so much easier with Bridgewater Care in it.

I used Bridgewater Care for over two years for my late wife. I found them friendly, caring, obliging, willing to go the extra mile. The management was good and helpful. The service staff were usually regular and minor changes made if there were any slight personality clashes. They were punctual.

My father said that these were the most competent carers that he came across in any setting. His and my mother's only persistent complaint was the lack of a schedule of care stating which carer would be attending. A discussion re mode of entry would have been preferred e.g. ring the bell and walk-in.
