Very helpful, stepped in, and gave support. Trustworthy. Very good care. Any problems, needs, etc able to speak openly and with discussion, all things understood and accepted. Some things not always right, but this was due to the urgent need of ourselves, so the planning time wasn't as normal as
they would have usually. All got sorted out happily. Works above the call of duty. Thank you. God bless.

My experience with JS Care Agency is the best thing that has happened to me. They are able to assign a specific carer to my dad as the ‘Preferred Carer’ as this helps immensely with delivering person-centred care for my dad. This is a major plus. They provide super, really good care, I love their
great diverse team and the committed management.

Having carers at home regularly is peace of mind for me, company for my friend. It's made a tremendous difference to his quality of life. He has developed much confidence which shines through his verbal expressions. Dealing with JS Care is always pleasant and they keep me informed of everything.

Nothing is too much trouble for these carers. My wife is not the easiest client to work with. The carers do their work with a smile and concern for my wife's illness.
