This has provided a good level of care and has been very observant and responsive to the clients' needs. They have been very communicative with me, which is useful as I hold the LPA - finances are controlled by me. The local manager is excellent.

Trust Homecare have provided excellent care since commencing looking after my daughter. They have never let the family down with the fulfillment of shifts required. The day nurses are fully qualified in complex care and the night carers are qualified to manage my daughters complex needs. All staff
are aware that they have the main family member, who knows the service user best, at their beck and call should it be needed, day or night. They are all very attentive and vigilant and my daughter loves the attention they provide. I would recommend Trust Homecare to anyone.

Clair is happy as always with her care. They are always cheerful and talk to Clair even though she cannot talk herself. They are very good.

In December 2024 we were issued with a bill for over £14,000 for one months care. This was over the Christmas period and there were live-in carers and night carers involved. We were more than happy to pay double time for the carers themselves but not happy that the management team were charging 40%
of the total fee for doing nothing extra ie £5,600 in total. Although I appealed to the management on behalf of my father-in-law on the grounds that were good customers who always paid our bills regularly, it made no difference.
We engaged them after my father-in-law died in February to look after my mother-in-law largely because she knew the staff, on an arrangement that included morning and night care. Once again the carers themselves were good but they turned up at all sort of hours. Eleven o'clock in the morning to get her up and five o'clock in the evening to put her to bed. These times were hours out of contract. The management obviously were not managing this properly.

The carers we have coming to visit my husband after his spell in hospital have been very good and supportive. The sit-in day carers have been exceptional in every respect, looking after my husband. He has been unable to walk well so they have also made sure he has been doing exercises once or twice
daily. They are dedicated to their duties. All the carers are very caring.

We have been lucky in having Trust Homecare reinstated as mum's care team after a stay in hospital.
They have never treated Mum (93 yrs) with anything but respect, patience and care, giving her the time needed, which isn't always easy. They also cover my respite time.

My father had help from Trust Homecare from October 2024 to March 2025. Over this time I met a number of carers, all of whom were really polite and endlessly patient with my difficult father. They gently tried to persuade Dad to let them help and tried many different ways over the weeks and months.
Staff in head office were very helpful, dealing with multiple medication changes, and suggesting equipment and clothing that could help make life easier. They are quick to respond to emails and always professional.
Unfortunately my father became increasingly resistant to care and needed to be moved to a care home with full time supervision - carers were helpful getting Dad clean and dressed and ready to set off.
My only minor recommendation would be for staff to give more warning of food and medication running out, since it could take me 7 or 8 days to arrange for more to arrive. I chose to track supplies myself to avoid any stress.
I would definitely recommend Trust Homecare

Thank you for the excellent care, help, kindness, realisability and support given from all the the carers my elderly mum has from Trust Homecare. The carers are truly amazing! they are all so kind, caring, respectful and helpful making my mums life so much easier and more enjoyable since she had
her stroke.
. The office staff are always so polite and ready to help with any queries we have, and always accommodating my elderly mums needs!
I honestly can not thank you all enough for making my elderly mums life so much nicer!

Thc has provided care for our mother for the past 3 years since her stroke.
The carers who attended to her were kind and very patient. They have become her friends/family.
Later with mum's dementia Thc was able to accommodate her needs until she has become too frail to live independently.
The
admin team is also very supportive, always happy to help and accommodate for changes and in emergencies arranged cover to take mum to hospital.
We would not have been able to keep our mother in her own home for as long as we have without the excellent and flexible care Thc provides.
We are very appreciative for the excellent work of Thc and we recommend them unreservedly.

Dad was a client of Trust Homecare for 2 years. He moved to a care home a fortnight ago when he became more unwell and required nursing care as well assistance with personal care, dressing and medications.
The carers were courteous and kind, both to my Dad and also to my Mum, always greeting both
of them. They were respectful about being in somebody else's home.
They would alert the office to any concerns and the office staff would contact the GP surgery or district nurse when necessary, and keep me informed. This gave me peace of mind that Dad's needs were being addressed and that he was being well looked after.
The office staff were friendly, efficient and professional with all phone conversations and email messages.
I am very happy to whole-heartedly recommend Trust Homecare. The wonderful team enabled Dad to stay at home with Mum for as long as possible, until his nursing needs became a priority. When he knew he would be going into the home, he said he would miss his carers!
