The care I have received has been first class. All carers are pleasant, professional, well trained and importantly respectful. They have taken care to make sure that I feel clean, tidy and comfortable after each visit.

The team looked after my husband with great care and kindness for 6 months until he died in April. They were a great support for me and the family. Can't recommend them highly enough. They made him laugh and made his final days as comfortable as possible

This has provided a good level of care and has been very observant and responsive to the clients' needs. They have been very communicative with me, which is useful as I hold the LPA - finances are controlled by me. The local manager is excellent.

Trust Homecare have provided excellent care since commencing looking after my daughter. They have never let the family down with the fulfillment of shifts required. The day nurses are fully qualified in complex care and the night carers are qualified to manage my daughters complex needs. All staff are aware that they have the main family member, who knows the service user best, at their beck and call should it be needed, day or night. They are all very attentive and vigilant and my daughter loves the attention they provide. I would recommend Trust Homecare to anyone.

Very happy with the service

Clair is happy as always with her care. They are always cheerful and talk to Clair even though she cannot talk herself. They are very good.

We engaged them after my father-in-law died in February to look after my mother-in-law largely because she knew the staff, on an arrangement that included morning and night care. Once again the carers themselves were good but they turned up at all sort of hours. Eleven o'clock in the morning to get her up and five o'clock in the evening to put her to bed. These times were hours out of contract. The management obviously were not managing this properly.

Overall very pleased.

The carers we have coming to visit my husband after his spell in hospital have been very good and supportive. The sit-in day carers have been exceptional in every respect, looking after my husband. He has been unable to walk well so they have also made sure he has been doing exercises once or twice daily. They are dedicated to their duties. All the carers are very caring.

They have never treated Mum (93 yrs) with anything but respect, patience and care, giving her the time needed, which isn't always easy. They also cover my respite time.

Very pleased with all the carers at Trust Homecare looking after my husband and engaging with him, makes my life so easy.
