Since Spring 2024 the team are caring and very empathic. Nothing appears too much trouble. The care package has helped my mother enormously. They are always polite to me, we have an open 3 way discussion about everything and anything. Engaging my mother in normal conversation.
The team are consistently
supportive with all mothers daily living needs.

Trust Homecare started to look after us when my partner was discharged home after nearly 6 weeks of hospitalisation. All staff we've encountered, including hands-on Carers and office/ admin staff have been professional, skilled and friendly, treating both of us with respect and compassion.

Trust Homecare's carers have all been extremely kind and caring towards my mother. They have helped with all her personal care needs in a very professional and empathetic manner, never rushing her and engaging her in conversation whilst they do so. They have consistently ensured that she has the right
medications at the right time and that she is safe. They have on occasion found that she has had a fall and in those cases taken the right action - including getting an ambulance if needed. The office staff has also been very flexible in adjusting visit times when asked and alerting me if any problems arise. A superb service.

Carers are kind, considerate and pleasant. We have found the female staff to be most efficient but some of the male staff need supervision and instruction.
