Trust Homecare started to look after us when my partner was discharged home after nearly 6 weeks of hospitalisation. All staff we've encountered, including hands-on Carers and office/ admin staff have been professional, skilled and friendly, treating both of us with respect and compassion.

Thank you for your care and support throughout each year. Staff very warm and considerate, always work with a kind and caring attitude, also very importantly a good sense of humour.

Trust Homecare's carers have all been extremely kind and caring towards my mother. They have helped with all her personal care needs in a very professional and empathetic manner, never rushing her and engaging her in conversation whilst they do so. They have consistently ensured that she has the right medications at the right time and that she is safe. They have on occasion found that she has had a fall and in those cases taken the right action - including getting an ambulance if needed. The office staff has also been very flexible in adjusting visit times when asked and alerting me if any problems arise. A superb service.

I get very good attention and are very polite. Do all that is needed and always on time.

Carers are kind, considerate and pleasant. We have found the female staff to be most efficient but some of the male staff need supervision and instruction.

I have been with the company for over a year and find the staff very helpful and caring and always ask if there is anything more that I wish for them to do. I am glad that the company review the situation with the clients so they maintain an excellent service for their clients.

The carers give us confidence that Mum is safe every day and that she has taken her medication. The carers look after Mum even though she is difficult to handle.
