Carers are kind, considerate and pleasant. We have found the female staff to be most efficient but some of the male staff need supervision and instruction.

I have been with the company for over a year and find the staff very helpful and caring and always ask if there is anything more that I wish for them to do. I am glad that the company review the situation with the clients so they maintain an excellent service for their clients.

The carers give us confidence that Mum is safe every day and that she has taken her medication. The carers look after Mum even though she is difficult to handle.

All the carers are very friendly and kind they will contact me if they feel they need to. All are considerate and make my father feel comfortable at all times. They all seem to make him laugh and cheer him up. They help make him do exercises to keep him mobile.
