Carers looked after my mother very well and coped when she was difficult. They always rang me if there was a problem. The company were very amenable and did everything they could to provide me with the service I needed when I needed it. They were all unfailingly polite and helpful.

The staff are always caring and compassionate, will always ask if there is anything they can do to help, be it simply washing up or sweeping the floor. Managers do regular check-ins and review care plans regularly and they ensure that as needs change they are still met.

Good communication for the needs required friendly staff very helpful overall. From the outset a little shaky start but once schedule was confirmed it worked well. Generally all was good and worked well.

The live-in care provided for my mother starting end of 2023 was a very reassuring experience for me,(and as a knock-on result, also for my family) for which I was, and will continue to be, very grateful. I could be at home, safe in the knowledge that no harm would come to my mother, that she would, overall, have the best support, and that someone would contact me if required. All the carers were kind. If I was to look to improve the experience it would be for more carers to be able to cook and be comfortable at preparing meals from fresh, not just processed food in a microwave. This is not easy for Trust Homecare to make happen, which I appreciate. In the future, maybe more in-depth training on specific illnesses might be possible. During March the dynamic between the carers and my mother was particularly good and inclusive. We had carers who looked to make a difference, to make the right decisions and not to take the easy option. Admin office support was very good. Trust Homecare is a slick operation.

We had no experience of home care services and were not sure what to expect, however, your staff were absolutely fantastic with my father-in-law making him feel easy and helping him at the same time. This gave my wife and I some comfort in knowing that we could leave him on occasion for your team to look after - this was a great comfort to us. Your staff are extremely engaging and friendly whilst being highly professional at the same time. For the regular carers who visited we were able to welcome them into our home and have a pleasant engagement with them.

My carer looks after me very well and I always feel safe when I am with her, if the weather is cold she will always have extra clothing to keep me warm.
