Carers looked after my mother very well and coped when she was difficult. They always rang me if there was a problem. The company were very amenable and did everything they could to provide me with the service I needed when I needed it. They were all unfailingly polite and helpful.

The staff are always caring and compassionate, will always ask if there is anything they can do to help, be it simply washing up or sweeping the floor. Managers do regular check-ins and review care plans regularly and they ensure that as needs change they are still met.

We have had a very good experience with Trust Homecare Solution. The staff have all been very professional, kind and friendly. Our particular case has been very complex and this has been managed well. We have had good communications from all of the team. We have also been extremely fortunate to have
a fabulous day sitter/companion who has been reliable and always treated my friend with the greatest respect and compassion. We would definitely recommend their services.

The live-in care provided for my mother starting end of 2023 was a very reassuring experience for me,(and as a knock-on result, also for my family) for which I was, and will continue to be, very grateful. I could be at home, safe in the knowledge that no harm would come to my mother, that she would,
overall, have the best support, and that someone would contact me if required. All the carers were kind. If I was to look to improve the experience it would be for more carers to be able to cook and be comfortable at preparing meals from fresh, not just processed food in a microwave. This is not easy for Trust Homecare to make happen, which I appreciate. In the future, maybe more in-depth training on specific illnesses might be possible. During March the dynamic between the carers and my mother was particularly good and inclusive. We had carers who looked to make a difference, to make the right decisions and not to take the easy option. Admin office support was very good. Trust Homecare is a slick operation.

We had no experience of home care services and were not sure what to expect, however, your staff were absolutely fantastic with my father-in-law making him feel easy and helping him at the same time. This gave my wife and I some comfort in knowing that we could leave him on occasion for your team to
look after - this was a great comfort to us. Your staff are extremely engaging and friendly whilst being highly professional at the same time. For the regular carers who visited we were able to welcome them into our home and have a pleasant engagement with them.

The team were very quick in coming back to me when I first enquired about their services. We managed to set Mum up with carers very quickly. The carers were all lovely treating my mum with respect and giving her the care needed. They spent time having a little chat with her and always left making sure
everything was in order.
They always were quick to contact me if there was a problem like when they noticed she was a bit sore and needed some cream. Or if her hearing aids were not working or if she was worried about anything. Mum wanted a lady to wash her and that wasn’t a problem they made sure that happened.
When mum had a fall and ended up in a home it was very easy to pause the care until we knew what the situation was.
I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for carers.

My dad received the very best of care from Trust Homecare. All the staff were so kind and supportive and really tried to do their very best for my dad. I am a carer myself and the care my dad got was outstanding. I was also impressed at how they updated the care plans each time his condition changed
so every area of his care was covered.
