All carers are extremely professional and friendly. They are always happy and cheerful.

All are friendly, caring and conscientious. Delays are inevitable occasionally and carers will telephone to let us know they will be late. Some ask before they leave if there is anything they can do.

All carers have been very caring and courteous to my mother. They treat her with dignity and do not make my mother feel as if she is a problem. The system was very quick to set up and any problems we had were sorted very quickly. I would definitely recommend Trust Homecare.

The Trust Homecare team have been outstanding with Mum from the moment we appointed them. They have been responsive to her needs, and they have treated her with dignity, kindness and compassion at all times. The staff are professional in everything that they do, with a very stable team of carers. My mum was cared for by the same carers throughout. They really got to know Mum, which meant so much to us all. Communication was excellent; the app, email and phone contacts were fantastic. All requests were responded to immediately. We generally had a very good experience in the six months using Trust Homecare. In particular, two members of staff were incredible in their standard of care for her. Her needs changed dramatically during her illness with rapid onset paralysis, which required two people to attend to move her. We did on occasion have issues with; 1) only one person attending and hoisting her solo, which was not acceptable, 2) some language barriers on rare occasions, 3)some lateness to deliver care, but overall the team were very good, very caring and empathetic to her needs, and even made her laugh during her last few moments of life.

I have received the highest care during my time as a client. All have been caring, polite and kind to me. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to others, including all friends, neighbours and relatives, in fact, all the carers that have cared for me, no matter the age, have been excellent.

Their cheerful and friendly help on their morning visit is a good start to our day. Thank you.

The care and support to our lovely mum throughout was exceptional. Everyone was always very gentle, treating her with dignity and kindness always. Whether it was her personal care or ensuring she had the food to eat and drink she wanted. We must also praise how all the carers supported and communicated with us as a family throughout. Trust Homecare provided someone to sit with my wife (with dementia) to allow me some respite time. A full risk assessment was done in advance. The carer always came on time and was very caring and reassuring to my wife, who loved her company. The carer used her initiative and was very professional. The telephone support from the office was always calm and supportive and provided a quotation for other possible help which we didn’t need, as my wife had to go into a care home. I would recommend them as reliable, professional and excellent to deal with.

My sister has had many care agencies and this one is the best. I have peace of mind knowing she is looked after.

From the first visits from Trust care, my wife and I were very impressed. They showed complete professionalism and great care right up to the end of her death. Excellent carers with thoughtfulness and dignity to client and family. Supportive with advice and information when needed, and in the short time of caring four times daily. Almost were like part of the family. A good relationship was established.
