My father was discharged from hospital with a terminal diagnosis and chose to have end-of-life care at home. The NHS trust appointed Trust Homecare Solution as our service provider and with no prior knowledge of them or their services the first carer arrived within one hour of Dad coming home by ambulance. From our very first contact to the end every single carer, manager, receptionist was quite superb. The carers came in pairs four times a day. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they were constantly attentive, compassionate, friendly, professional and reassuring. We could not have hoped for better service and at a time when everyone feels so vulnerable and so anxious, the carers and their management were a constant and essential part of our lives. We are all so grateful for the wonderful service and care they provided to Dad. He was more comfortable, the family came to admire every single carer and to respect their knowledge, their skill and their experience. Thank you all.

My wife has received continuing health care for six months, provided by Trust homecare Solution. We have developed full confidence in the group of women and men who provide the care four times a day. They are invariably cheerful, compassionate and patient and their visits are welcom3ed by us both. I value their competence and reliability in all aspects of care for my wife and we enjoy their visits as friends.

We are very happy with the care that Trust Homecare provide. It also helps for my husband to have a continuation of care with the same carers as they talk to him and stimulate his conversation which is all part of the care package.

Our experience of the care company has been faultless. The carers always treated my Mum with care and kindness and also gave us great support even though we were not in their patients. They also answered any questions we had or referred us in the right direction where we could find the answers. The carers were in the most part, very punctual but if they were a little late they always apologised. The carers we were given are a credit to your team and always arrived in smart appearance and we felt we were in safe hands. Thank you.

All carers are very professional and obviously well trained. All very happy and engage my father in conversation. We always get a phone call if they are likely to be later than advised.

The carers came four times a day to look after my son who had a severe disability and complex problems. They treated him with dignity, patience, good humour, and an excellent level of care. He looked forward to their visits and they made it fun for him every day. The level of physical care was excellent, they worried about his well being and built up an excellent relationship with him. If there were any issues, they were dealt with straight away by an excellent management team. Thank you all.

Carers were always courteous, kind and supportive. The help was particularly invaluable in the last few days of life and we were very grateful for the speed and efficiency in increasing our package of care.

We are extremely pleased with the level of care and compassion shown by every single carer that has attended to mum. Without fail they are all wonderful. Very diligent in their work and of a very high standard in terms of hygiene. Mum never feels rushed by them even though they are very busy. They do anything and everything she needs and only leave after ensuring she is settled and comfortable. They are all lovely people as well, always chatty and engaging. We really couldn't manage without them.

They came 3 times a day and were very professional and also caring and respectful to me.

The staff at Trust Homecare are friendly, professional and extremely caring. They formed a real bond with my partner and were always there for both of us. I would gladly recommend their services.
