This has provided a good level of care and has been very observant and responsive to the clients' needs. They have been very communicative with me, which is useful as I hold the LPA - finances are controlled by me. The local manager is excellent.

Trust Homecare have provided excellent care since commencing looking after my daughter. They have never let the family down with the fulfillment of shifts required. The day nurses are fully qualified in complex care and the night carers are qualified to manage my daughters complex needs. All staff are
aware that they have the main family member, who knows the service user best, at their beck and call should it be needed, day or night. They are all very attentive and vigilant and my daughter loves the attention they provide. I would recommend Trust Homecare to anyone.

Trust Homecare made a tremendous difference to my parent's lives. The carers were always professional but at the same time they were kind, caring and compassionate. Seeing the carers' friendly, smiling faces at each visit was always appreciated. The carers were always willing to do whatever needed doing,
whether that was personal care, going for a walk, taking a few minutes to just chat, or even learning how to make perfect poached egg on toast for dad's breakfast. Although there were obviously time constraints we never felt that their visits were rushed. Last minute requests and changes were fulfilled whenever possible and several times they went out of their way to help. Over the last few months when dad's care needs were changing rapidly they adapted quickly and we would have found it very difficult to get through that time without them, so thank you from the whole family.

I have 2 regular carers who are both very caring, friendly and understanding of my needs. Although it is only a month since my carers have been, I always look forward to their visit and always feel well cared for and safe, and secure when they leave.
