Very pleased with my carers visits and attention recieved. Nothing is too much trouble and always have a smile to cheer me up on a daily visit. Attention to details and help needed is always priority. Management runs well with help if needed. Very happy with the service.

The team looked after my husband with great care and kindness for 6 months until he died in April. They were a great support for me and the family. Can't recommend them highly enough. They made him laugh and made his final days as comfortable as possible

Overall Experience
Mary-Jane the registered manager of Trust Homecare is exemplary. Not only does she make regular thorough assessments of my mother's continued deteriorating health she also has very good communication channels with mums GP surgery.
When we first registered with Trust Homecare, Mary-Jane more or less straight away referred mum to the Frailty Nurses at mum's GP surgery ( who knew such a service even existed?)
A very recent example of the exemplary service offered by Mary-Jane is when I became concerned about the deteriorating condition of the skin on my mother's legs. I tried to contact mums GP for an appointment but was told to ring the surgery after 8am the following morning. I called Mary-Jane who arranged for photos to be taken and uploaded to the Frailty Nurses the same night.

The following morning at 8.30 mums GP rang me, antibiotics were prescribed and hospital referrals were made. That is what I call an excellent service.

The service we received was excellent. The situation with our parents was quite complex but the care they received was excellent. The company owners were outstanding in their compassionate approach and accessibility. This company are 5 star and I would genuinely recommend them to anyone.

Overall Experience

Trust Homecare have provided excellent care since commencing looking after my daughter. They have never let the family down with the fulfillment of shifts required. The day nurses are fully qualified in complex care and the night carers are qualified to manage my daughters complex needs. All staff are aware that they have the main family member, who knows the service user best, at their beck and call should it be needed, day or night. They are all very attentive and vigilant and my daughter loves the attention they provide. I would recommend Trust Homecare to anyone.
