The following morning at 8.30 mums GP rang me, antibiotics were prescribed and hospital referrals were made. That is what I call an excellent service.

Trust Homecare made a tremendous difference to my parent's lives. The carers were always professional but at the same time they were kind, caring and compassionate. Seeing the carers' friendly, smiling faces at each visit was always appreciated. The carers were always willing to do whatever needed doing, whether that was personal care, going for a walk, taking a few minutes to just chat, or even learning how to make perfect poached egg on toast for dad's breakfast. Although there were obviously time constraints we never felt that their visits were rushed. Last minute requests and changes were fulfilled whenever possible and several times they went out of their way to help. Over the last few months when dad's care needs were changing rapidly they adapted quickly and we would have found it very difficult to get through that time without them, so thank you from the whole family.

I have 2 regular carers who are both very caring, friendly and understanding of my needs. Although it is only a month since my carers have been, I always look forward to their visit and always feel well cared for and safe, and secure when they leave. They are always professional whilst remaining friendly, caring and happy! Thank you!

The care plan was arranged by telephone by our daughter, who does not live locally, who was impressed by the professional, caring way questions were answered; this gave her confidence that we would be in safe hands. This included a visit from our now regular carer. This reassured her that the care routine would not be changed. The male carer arrived promptly and was happy to answer questions and give advice, his medical background is also reassuring. He would chat with my husband and would occasionally ask a question to stimulate his memory (he's 96), which built a good relationship. Visits were never rushed, and made a break for both of us. We hope to continue using Trust Homecare for short term cover and would not hesitate to recommend the company.

My neighbour started having carers in a few months ago, the difference in her is amazing. Meds are taken, she's having her meals cooked, along with smart clothes on, also a bit of jewellery to make her feel special. The carers are so friendly to me when I am at the neighbour's house, they are all angels. I recommend Trust Homecare 100%. I am so happy my neighbour is being looked after so much. I thank every one of them.

Daily updates via the app and weekly invoices detailing hours and costs. Contacted Trust Homecare Lincoln July 2024 regarding home care for my sister. Meeting set up immediately with the managers outlining their capabilities and work practices, costs etc. I engaged their services from 14/07/24 for weekly daily visits three times per day on their advice which has proved to be sound advice, great service professionally carried out by the carers who are all trained nurses in all aspects of care for elderly clients who have Alzheimer's/dementia. All in all, no regrets - excellent.

The staff are friendly and very helpful. Short-notice changes have been dealt with efficiently and without issue. Messages are answered promptly and the service has been excellent so far. I would recommend this company highly.

Trust Homecare were recommended to me by our GP surgery as offering a more person-centred care service and I have to say that they have more than fulfilled my expectation, they were absolutely magnificent in every aspect of caring for my 96-year-old mother while I was away on holiday. I particularly appreciated the comprehensive daily notes that I could access remotely allowing me to sanitise the information my mother supplies over the phone. Superb.

Excellent friendly staff. Excellent communication with myself. Currently using the service to give myself (as primary carer) much-needed time off. They are there whenever they are needed, called to ask if they could cover on short notice and they didn't hesitate to help.
