As each individual is unique, our fees will vary depending on the type and degree of service user's needs, and the time and resources needed to meet these. We provide 30 minute, 45 minute and 1 hour calls accordingly. And we will always discuss with you the fit and proper calls with fair prices to meet your individual needs.

Trust Homecare were recommended to me by our GP surgery as offering a more person-centred care service and I have to say that they have more than fulfilled my expectation, they were absolutely magnificent in every aspect of caring for my 96-year-old mother while I was away on holiday. I particularly appreciated the comprehensive daily notes that I could access remotely allowing me to sanitise the information my mother supplies over the phone. Superb.

Excellent friendly staff. Excellent communication with myself. Currently using the service to give myself (as primary carer) much-needed time off. They are there whenever they are needed, called to ask if they could cover on short notice and they didn't hesitate to help.

Overall Experience

I have been delighted to bring Trust Homecare to help us with my dad's care. We have seen a big improvement in his overall presentation, his hygiene and general mood etc. The manager and another staff member have both been extremely professional and very considerate towards our family. I would highly recommend their services to any family trying to keep loved ones safe and happy.
