Very good carers. Trust keeps me informed of what is going on with my dad.
The live in carer has an exceptional relationship and is able to manage my mother very well.
Her colleagues are professional and provide excellent support.
We have had your carers with us for several weeks now and find them extremely helpful and really go out of their way to make their client comfortable. We find all your carers to be of equal standing.
I cannot praise the company enough. They are extremely caring and very professional. Any request I made was done and I really cannot praise them highly enough. I also found them very trustworthy and would not hesitate to recommend them.
My sister and I feel our mother received a high standard of care. This enabled her to remain in her own home with the support she needed to remain safe. This gave our mother choice and control which was extremely important to her. Sadly our mother passed away in June. Her condition declined so we employed, along with the daily visits, a waking night carer. It has been of some comfort to my sister and I to know the night carer, who was with our mother at the time of her passing, provided an exceptional level of care, consideration, and love when our mother needed this.
Excellent, caring lovely people. They always talked to my husband and included him in everything. Always bright and cheerful.
All carers that have looked after my husband has treated him with expert care, kindness and compassion.
If they were likely to be at all late, they would always telephone to advise a possible time of arrival.
We are hoping to return for further care following the lockdown and look forward to meeting the carers again and welcoming them into our home.
My wife did not want to go into a care home, so I looked after her at home for the last few months and having a regular professional carer come in, only once a day but it gave me the confidence and support that I was doing the right things. As the Covid19 lockdown came in, the carer was the only visitor she would see during the day. She was nervous about having male carers but the attitude and respect of all the carers that visited us were brilliant and my wife soon got to know their names and have a chat about all sorts of things. I doubt if I would have got through the final stages of my wife's illness without the support of the NHS and private carer support.
I would like to thank the care team who support my parents-in-law. They go in each morning to help my mother-in-law and support my father-in-law, who is her main carer. My parents-in-law are both in their mid-nineties, and without regular and reliable support, my father-in-law would find it difficult to cope with my mother-in-law's dementia. Thank you.
One lady, in particular, struck up a rapport with mum, who looked forward to their ‘chats’.
Thank you so much.
The various workers have always treated my wife through her declining dementia with the greatest care and attention. I have been able to leave my wife in their attention with ease as they have shown that they are interested in her as a person and not just as a client. In addition, the management have been very flexible in accomodating my wife's changing needs.
I was very pleased with the professional, competent and caring attitude of the carers who looked after my husband during the last 4 weeks of his life. Nothing was too much trouble. They were very friendly and at the end of the visit they always tidied up and asked me if I needed anything else doing. They are a lovely team.
I have had Trust Homecare Solution carers since August 2019 and have been very happy with these services, nothing is too much trouble for them to help me in any way. I couldn't wish for a better lot, when I do pack up having them, I will miss them all very much.
During my stay with Trust Homecare Solution, I have met with some really wonderful carers who have shown care and concern for my well-being.
We were pleased to have this service started at short notice to follow on from Intermediate Care Services. It has worked well for us on the whole except that sometimes the Carers come too early when we are in the middle of a meal. Overall the service has been good and we are pleased with it.
I was let down by another agency and had to find cover for carer breaks at very short notice. I rang Trust Homecare and was told they could help me out. Very impressed with the service. Each time I rang nothing was too much trouble. The carers were smart, polite and very pleasant with my father. I have no complaints and was grateful Trust Homecare could help out at such short notice.
We have experienced kind, caring, thoughtful care. All the carers are professional and considerate. I am very happy with the care received. At the beginning, there was some issues with timing but everyone is on time. Overall, the carers are genuine and treat us with respect and compassion.
My mother was cared for by your team very briefly, but in that time, I was very pleased with the service given. The lady, who I consider the main carer, went above and beyond for my mum and I was delighted with her. She was warm and caring, made a very difficult job as dignified and 'normal' as possible. She was a credit to your company.
Very helpful to my husband and myself, very friendly and enjoy there singing.
