This service has been incredible. Every single member of staff has been amazing. So thoughtful, caring and gentle towards my mum, maintaining her dignity, communicating with her, never rushing her, involving us in everything they do and making a very upsetting situation as best as it can be.(even
wearing feet coverings to protect mums precious cream carpet's) We have felt very supported throughout including the management staff. A service to be proud of. You will be in very safe hands

Dismal and highly impersonal service of very little use. Expected me to travel 20 miles a few times a week to explain my issues to a new person each time. Were unable to assist me with anything other than a prescription I could have gotten from the GP with far less hassle. Nice people, but a
complete waste of NHS funding.

I don’t know what I would have done without this amazing caring service that was implemented so quickly when my mother became ill and didn’t want to go to the hospital. All the carers were extremely compassionate, caring, effective, sensitive to mum’s needs throughout and delightful to have around.
Highly recommended. Brilliant to have a service such as this.

That is brilliant respond time Service was excellent.
Mum age 89 was going to toilet and could not sit on the toilet seat very confused so me and my husband tried to sit mum on to perching stool but mum lost balance and got legs trapped between Zimmer
frame,we retreated and lay mum on the landing to ensure mum was comfortable and call your team and the response time was fabulous
