View Full Details of Care Givers LtdOverall I have a positive experience, mostly the carers are kind and caring and very attentive.
I am very grateful to care givers who have enabled my mum to stay at home where she wants to be, they care for her very well, treating her with dignity and respect.
A very safe, sound and professional approach. No complaints.
My care is expertly given with compassion and professionalism. They are always on time (within a 30-40 minute window). Nothing, it seems, is too much trouble or hassle. Thank you guys, so much, if I don't understand, they will, and do, explain; whatever their nationality, their command of the English language is excellent. Thanks again.
I've had good and bad experiences but the management people have always tried to correct it. My good experiences are the carers try their hardest to provide care. You can always have a talk to them and a laugh. and if your having a bad day they will try their best to listen
Following knee surgery I had a fall and have not been able to walk since. I use Care services together with a wheelchair and hoists to get me around the house. Carers give me 3 good meals a day as well as washing and dressing. I live alone and at night I have a I have a house phone and a mobile to use if needed. I pay for this service and a private physiotherapist and am ever so hopeful I will walk again. I cannot say how grateful I am to have the care service I get. Thank you.
Regular carers. Regular times. Good care.
We have found all the carers have been very professional as they arrive and depart with a greeting and smiles. There appearances are very neat and tidy. They have performed their duties with kindness, care and efficiency. They are a true credit to their profession.
I am very pleased with all my carers. They are all kind to me. Work very hard, on a daily basis. Always very helpful and polite. Always see me as me "a whole person", not just a person with problems who needs help. Very approachable and understanding. Carers always try to please. Many thanks
I can't Thank your staff enough for the kindness shown to me, they are all so thoughtfull and helpful, and as I am on end of life support it is appreciated very much; so Thank very mich all of you
Efficient, on time, friendly, polite, helpful + works well with live-in carer. No complaints - communicates well & lets us know if they're delayed.
Care givers have provided appropriate and timely care. Some carers have been excellent but others have been less proficient.
I like a regular time each morning not always possible. 11am is late to be getting up. I want just a few carers so I get to know them. Doing personal washing etc. rather than having to explain the routine to new people. Lovely regular girls very kind and helpful.
We havent had care givers long enough to give a detailed review. My mother worries when the carer is running late, it is not an issue if I am about, but problematic if I'm not. The carer is gentle when washing etc and helpful with dressing. Today Mum asked for a piece of toast but was told she was running late.
I could not get better care well pleased.
I'm very happy with the standard of care and the respect shown by all carers who have attended. The office have, on occasion, not passed onto the relevent carer if I have had to cancel for any reason.
Most of the time I have a good experiance with my carers. you get the odd 1 that is not good. I usually just have 2 carers all the time unless there off. had a bad expiernce when my bathroom, clothes and me got flooded.
A wonderful service. Well trained carers - all without exception, gentle, caring, good at what they do. Caring and patient with the service user. I have complete confidence in all they do - lovely people.
While the main purpose of care is being fulfilled, basic hygiene and food safety procedures often fall short. This is often due to infrequent staff rotaion, lack of communication with the client, and either a misunderstanding of, or a failure to read the briefs setting out the procedure of care for the client. It presents almost daily frustrations and continued dissapointment in the standard of care provided.
My husband has received very good care. Just the occasion where a new carer doesn't know where his tablets/meds are. As my husband has opened meds before these are now kept in the middle drawer in kitchen in a pinafore. Carers have been good with his sometimes being awkward.Carers who come regularly are trusted by my husband. He does not get on with male carers, so female carers are preferred as he doesn't feel threatened by female carers. Happy with his care.
