My mum is still of the opinion that she doesn't need anyone to look in on her and that she can still cope with everything life throws at her and my dad. In the real world I know that she will occasionally forget her meds and my dads because he can't remember if he takes any in the first place.
Therefore it gives great peace of mind that someone looks in twice a day, and even though they are told they are not needed we all know it is a very helpful service. It is nice to get someone else's opinion when we need to step up the service or even if we are having a bad day.

We are really impressed with Mary who cares for Grandma and I know Gran is too. Alina are efficient and affordable! Great communication from Tayla. I would definitely recommend this company for all types of care but we use them as companion care.

It's comforting knowing that my Mum is seen daily, her medications are given and she has some personal contact as she lives alone and we live hours away. The feedback provided via the app is good to see.

I am submitting this review on behalf of my mum Overall she is very happy with Alina, the staff are supportive and professional, they provide all the care she needs with respect and kindness. The management team are obliging and try their hardest to meet any requested changes. The only area where
minor improvements would be appreciated is for better oversight when the rota changes at late notice, the management team do make efforts to inform but sometimes this is missed. In summary we would both recommend Alina as a high quality care provider.

The quality of care is excellent, carers are compassionate and competent, respecting dignity at all times, promoting independence wherever possible.
They are reliable and friendly, my Mum looks forward to their visits.

The Alina team were caring and responsive to my mum's needs. She enjoyed her regular twice daily visits. It was easy to communicate with the office and community teams. When we needed to increase her care the team was happy to help.

I am so grateful to the manager of the Ringwood branch for his compassion and competence. He and two of the carers in particular looked after me and my sister as well as after our dying mother - teaching us that there can be joy in life right till the end.
It was a heartwarming experience.

The staff at Alina have provided care for two of my elderly relatives for over two years now.
My relatives have no other family nearby and so have relied on the Alina staff to organise all aspects of their care.
Due to their previous independence, which changed relatively suddenly, they had
their own very structured routines which were quite particular and would take some time to get used too.
Alina have always been able to provide full time carers and provide increasingly complex care arrangements as my relatives needs changed.
The carers they have found to provide care have been very helpful and willing to take good care of my relatives and to accommodate their particular needs.
The extra carers who have been needed lately have also been most helpful. All the carers have added to the quality of life of my relatives, and as I live a long distance away I am very grateful to have the reassurance that they have such a dedicated team around them, both the management and the carers.

Christmas is a difficult time for mum due to family bereavement. The Alina carers all make a huge effort to cheer her up and listen to her stories, as well as keeping the rooms tidy and encouraging her to eat and drink properly and to take her pills etc.

I cannot praise the staff at Alina Care Ringwood highly enough. Their quality of care is outstanding, both to client and family of client in my experience. The staff and management have gone above and beyond by helping me to navigate a complex situation with my cousin who needs a lot of care, as
does her husband. Alina Care staff provide excellent standards of care and are respectful towards client dignity. Communication is excellent and managers show they care too, which doesn't always happen in the care industry. It's wonderful to know my relatives are in very safe hands.

I am writing this review with sincere gratitude for the manager and his Team at the Ringwood site.
I reached out with a request for my Husband's Stepmother (who has regular long-term care provided by Alina), to attend a surprise birthday event for my Husband.
I thought this was perhaps a long-shot
to ask, given that the requested day was on the carer's day off and that I had not had previous contact with Alina.
The staff handled my request with ease, care and dedication and worked seamlessly to ensure all measures were in place and most importantly, that it was absolutely kept a surprise!
The carer changed her day off to ensure my Husband's Stepmother could be in attendance and did her utmost to provide the best level of care and assistance on the day. The carer was wonderful company and it was a pleasure to have her as part of the afternoon.
I cannot thank you all enough and highly recommend Alina Home Care and their services.

Alina has cared for my grandad for the last 11months starting with companion visits 3 times a week to 4 visits a day in the last month . Making sure he was showered feed and happy . If I had a problem or need extra help at short notice the management team would do there best to arrange this . The
carers should kindness to my grandad without Alina my grandad would of ended up in a nursing home a lot sooner we are only leaving Alina now as his dementia has got worse and he has had several falls .
It's scary when you have to choose a care company for a loved one I choose the right one with Alina thank you

Alina are a great company with staff that genuinely seem to care about their clients. They are very professional and do their best to make sure that the carers are "matched" with the needs of the person they are caring for. The same carer comes on the same day at the same time each week which is
very important with someone with dementia and OCD. It ensures that there is continuity which is helpful to my father and gives me peace of mind that he is being properly looked after. The app is brilliant as I know what has happened during each visit. I would have no hesitation in recommending Alina.

What a hard-working and caring team Alina Ringwood is. The staff in the office work efficiently to ensure all runs smoothly and are quick to step in if something needs sorting. They found carers who met all of our Aunt's needs for both 24-hour live-in and break. They are highly experienced, calm and
practical and committed to providing the best level of service that they can.
We had wonderful 24-hour care for our elderly Aunt, who wasn't the easiest to please. She was handled with kindness, patience and understanding. The team allowed her to have as much independence as she could cope with, whilst gently supervising and getting the very best out of her. We would like to thank all of the very special ladies who lived in with my aunt, especially her last carer who is a little ray of sunshine, who must get a special mention as she was a brilliant break cover - taking her out on trips which were much enjoyed. Thank you so much you were all amazing.

I was very pleased with the care I had when I came out of hospital. I was bedridden for the first few weeks so had help when I could shower and they made my breakfast and lunch to start with. They were all very kind and thoughtful. They changed the bedding and put it in the washing machine. They
tidied the kitchen and bathroom as well.

The manager and staff have gone above and beyond trying to sort live-in care for our mother. Unfortunately, it didn't work out as we hoped but not the fault of Alina or its staff and they will certainly be our go-to care provider if and when we require more help in the future.

The live-in carer that Alina Homecare Ringwood provided for us has been with my 98-year-old father for the past two months. She is an attentive and compassionate carer, has fitted into our family life very well and is great fun to be around. She has made all our lives easier, and I am confident in
leaving my father in her care. One of the main reasons I chose Alina was their CQC accreditation and the care they take of their staff, as well as their clients. It has been reassuring to see first-hand the interaction between Alina's staff and the oversight that is in place. The manager and staff at Alina Homecare Ringwood have been extremely helpful and I have been impressed with their prompt response to any queries and concerns we have.

I can’t fault Alina Homecare - the manager and the team of carers were excellent and took great care of my mum until we sadly had to admit her to a care home. They always took the time to chat with my mum and dad and all of the carers were supportive and caring both to my parents and myself through
a very difficult period. Thanks to all the team.
