SureCare Trafford arranged carers to visit and look after me when I was home alone with multiple broken bones after a serious accident. All the carers were well-trained, enthusiastic, well-spoken, punctual and caring. They made my life so much easier when I was in real need. I couldn't cook, clean, get in/out of bed or make a cup of tea and they did all that for me. Fabulous support. I thank them very much for everything they did for me!

Always politely ask if he needs anything. Come back if he has not answered the door or let him in. Also office phones us if he not answered or let carers in. Medication given, bins emptied and other tasks as/when needed.

I have met a couple of the carers and they have been very nice. I know mum is too stubborn and proud to let them do much, but their attendance assures me that mum is okay, especially on days when I am at work in the office and can't pop around.

Since the first day of my father’s care we could not fault anything. All staff are professional, kind, caring, friendly and hard-working. Nothing is too much trouble. I can relax knowing what superb care he is receiving. All staff are a credit to the company.

Surecare is a great example of residential care in times when this industry is under particular strain within the UK. They have excellent management and even better carers who look out for the best interests of my dad. They are punctual with their visits which meet my father’s time-sensitive medication needs and have been consistent with this throughout their care. My Dad, Brother and I are extremely grateful for their continued diligence with their approach which gives us all peace of mind.

The carer is generally reliable, friendly and helpful. She does a good job and manages to get my mum's compression stockings on. My mum would prefer to always have the same carer, and this is nearly always the case. My mum looks forward to seeing her.

Although I don’t really meet any of the carers who come to my dad, those who I have met have been very friendly and courteous. My dad isn’t the easiest of people to deal with and they always keep me updated with any issues they come across in a polite manner. It is evident that the welfare of their clients is the most important value of the organisation. This is such a hard job and I have the greatest respect for everything they do.

Carers are good and caring but work lots of long days with very few days off. Management rubbish, no communication skills at all - appears to treat staff awful as though they should be grateful for a job, especially the people that are on a visa. Very high turnover of staff.

SureCare is a fantastic company who are looking after my mum with dementia. One staff member in particular understands my mum. l like the staff; caring, helpful and they care about family too when Mum's not well. They help her do some shopping and many more things.

Cannot praise SureCare highly enough. They looked after both my parents for many months, they were always very professional, helpful and we couldn't have asked for better carers. Even if we had forgotten to replenish some food items, they would collect on our behalf so that they were never without. Thank you so much.

SureCare has been great for my sister. She has moderate dementia and can be quite difficult with carers in the past, but SureCare has been really helpful, reliable and professional. Would recommend 10/10.

Brilliant, friendly staff. Initially a couple of admin problems; otherwise, all has been great. Everyone I have had care from has been great - always taking the time to make sure my needs are met! It's great to feel involved in my care rather than just being given care.

Really friendly, clean and welcoming environment. The staff were all very professional and caring and went the extra mile paying attention to detail and delivering a high standard of care. They appear to be a really happy team and enjoy working at the home, which was nice to see.

Excellent staff and management. They are doing a great job of helping vulnerable people to the best of their standards. The staff are very friendly and very professional. I really like one lady who gives her best to her clients.

Best care agency in the area. Very polite, helpful and understanding manager. Never had complaints. Very professional and competent staff, manager and owner. They are always on time and take extra measures towards their clients.

Excellent service and support, as well as feedback. Prompt response to enquiries and proactive to help families who are receiving the service of SureCare. The carer allocated takes time to ensure that the client is coping.

All the carers who came to see my husband were very friendly and professional. They never missed a visit and always made sure they had done everything he needed. I would have no hesitation in recommending SureCare as a care service provider.

I've found SureCare and its carers to be considerate and approachable. The carers at SureCare all have their own personalities. They are quick to provide advice and boost my confidence at the same time as providing the care I need on a daily basis. I have no complaints and thank them for the excellent service. I'd certainly recommend their services to anyone who needs them.

SureCare provides excellent domiciliary support for my mother while she tries to manage with a broken knee. The women who visit her each day do a range of practical chores that help her get through the days, but more importantly, they provide some emotional support and opportunities for her to socialise so that she doesn't get too lonely and bored while her movement is restricted. They are friendly, warm and funny and she really appreciates that, as do I.

The carers always arrived in good order ahead of pre-arranged time, and she told me of no problems or difficulties during my absence. I'm delighted with the trouble-free service, and she enjoyed the companionship and activities supplied.
