The carers who supported our mum at home were truly exceptional. They provided personal care with such dignity, kindness, and respect, and their day and night respite sits gave our family the reassurance and rest we so desperately needed, they supported us as a family through an incredibly difficult
time. Their kindness will never be forgotten. Knowing Mum was safe and cared for in her own home meant everything to us. We will always be deeply grateful.

While my dad is now fit enough to continue without care, the team really came through for the family when my dad was unwell. The support provided was really appreciated during a stressful time. I don't know we would've done without them.

The care received for my brother was exceptional. Professional, safe, kind, physical, person centred, clear communication, friendly, patient and numerous in line with our family. Caring to my sister in law and extended family when we were dipping in and out. The support from your many members of
staff has been above and beyond what we'd ever envisaged or expected. Our unpredictable changes led to short notice requests which you all delivered with good grace, you all made it possible for us to care for our loved one in his home environment with a feeling of continued support and cheery presence.

Even before the regular weekly care started a visit from the manager was very helpful and she explained the procedures in a clear and friendly manner. I was confident that I had made a good choice.
The care itself, with a regular carer on most occasions was excellent. She was caring, obviously
experienced in working with clients with dementia, and built up a good relationship with my husband treating him with patience and building on his interest of music.
A 2 hour break once a week to shop and have a coffee was invaluable to me as a full time carer and I could relax knowing that he was safe and well cared for.

We could not have got through my dads last few months without the amazing care from Right at Home. They genuine love and care from each member of staff not only made my dad comfortable but myself and my mum. We trust them with our whole heart and really feel like we got it as good as we could've
done given the circumstances. Staff were punctual and took a genuine interest in anything we had going on and they treated my dad with such dignity and respect even when he was at his most vulnerable. Can't thank them or recommend them enough.

The loving & attentive care for my husband was simply wonderful from Right at Home. Consistently gentle & caring; always treated with dignity & respect and happy to engage with my husband's humour from the outset and I always knew he was completely safe in their hands. My husband was completely at
ease and reassured by every carer who looked after him. As his needs changed & increased, the carers adapted easily & communicated clearly to each other. Friendly chat & a calming presence was a huge comfort to me also during such difficult times. Organisation and information of support from the office was also excellent throughout. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Thank you for all you did for us and I would highly recommend them without hesitation.

What an amazing team of people that cared for my Mum.
Care started in February 2023 when Mum was diagnosed with cancer. Throughout the 20 months Right at Home cared for Mum we found everyone was friendly, caring, respectful, thoughtful, and helpful, along with being extremely supportive to myself
and Mum. I really do not know what Mum and I would have done without you all.
We had chats and laughs that we all enjoyed.
Towards the end of Mum's life, things got very upsetting. Mum could hardly communicate and it was awful to see her in pain. Right at Home carers helped and supported me, as well as cared for Mum through this difficult end-of-life process. I cannot thank you all enough for being there for us. You all have a special place in my heart and I miss you all greatly.
Thank you for making Mum feel reassured, happy, and comfortable till the time she passed.
I have sung your praises throughout Hazel Grove and beyond. I can highly recommend it to anyone looking for a trustworthy care company.

The care provided to my Husband is excellent, the carers are friendly and take the time to ask what he would like. Medications and treatments are administered carefully, the whole experience is a pleasure for us both.

My sister has been having your carers for quite a long time now. She wasn't too bad for a while but is now bedridden and on end-of-life care. I have never met such a lovely bunch of people who have been looking after my sister they vary in age but are all so kind and thoughtful and do a fantastic
job. My sister always used to say they were all lovely. I cannot praise your team enough and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Thank you.

My mother was very reluctant to have any care at all, but following the first visit and an emergency package to see Mum through a crisis she now wants it every day. During the 48 hours of that crisis, the staff went above and beyond the call of duty ensuring Mum was settled and looked after. I would

They were all nice and wonderful. My dad really enjoyed all the carers company and everything they did for him. I couldn't recommend the company enough and everything they do for their clients.
They were very time efficient and always on time. They came to help out Dad no matter the time of day and
there wasn't anything they couldn't do. As well as coming in and helping my dad they also helped me with anything I needed help with. Me and my family are so thankful for everything right and home did and they couldn't have done any more if they tried.

From the very start of the process we were treated with respect and sensitivity as they took the time to understand the needs of my dad and what we wanted of them in terms of support. Nothing was ever too much. They encouraged us to get more support which gave them more time to get to know and look
after my dad as best they could and saw fit. When there was ever an issue they were quick to respond and make the right decisions that would benefit Dad. All in all, the team are excellent and would highly recommend them.

A brilliant manager; she is always so warm and helpful and is very keen to make sure we're kept updated on our mum's care and any issues that arise. She feels genuinely caring and happy to help, we have no concerns and only praise.

Mum had a major increase in her care needs after returning from the hospital this month and the Right at Home Team has been amazing. From the initial planning which we covered by telephone and email the service has been wonderful. The manager has helped enormously with all of our questions promptly
and has modified Mum's care plan as we needed - this has given the family much-needed reassurance. The carers have all been punctual, polite and extremely thoughtful. Thank you all for your professionalism and care.

What an amazing team of people that cared for my Mum.
Care started in February 2023 when Mum was diagnosed with cancer. Throughout the 20 months Right at Home cared for Mum we found everyone was friendly, caring, respectful, thoughtful, and helpful, along with being extremely supportive to myself

They were all nice and wonderful. My dad really enjoyed all the carers company and everything they did for him. I couldn't recommend the company enough and everything they do for their clients.
They were very time efficient and always on time. They came to help out Dad no matter the time of day and
there wasn't anything they couldn't do. As well as coming in and helping my dad they also helped me with anything I needed help with. Me and my family are so thankful for everything right and home did and they couldn't have done any more if they tried.
