An absolutely superb service. We always felt we were in good hands and my mother-in-law was well cared for. Most important for her was continuity of the same carers visiting her. Especially as they in turn would spot an issue straight away. I would have no hesitation in recommending this service to anyone needing support of a loved one.

My nan, Eveline who is 103 has recently been moved to a care home. Before this she had daily visits from loving angels. Two who were absolute angels were Nida and Humaira and were my nans favourites. They were both very kind to her, very attentive and made her feel safe in her home. Both were very friendly and felt like part of our extended family. Both were absolutely perfect and now nan is in a home, missed very much by her. She asks about them daily. Both would go over and beyond what was expected of them in the care of nan, and nothing was ever too much for them.

My husband is having care having Parkinson's and has care three times a day every day We are so pleased with the care we get especially from Ash and Faun. They have got to know my husband and treat him with respect and take notice of his likes and dislikes. We were given loving angles after he came home from hospital in June and so pleased as we have continued with them and can only praise them for the care we are receiving

Found staff friendly and efficiently carry out all duties suggested. Only downsides are occasionally late (acceptable due to other clients' needs) and one occasion when the client was reluctant to take my wife shopping.

I just have to say that Kudakwashe is the kindest, most considerate and helpful carer. She is patient and really passionate about her work and it shines through. Thank you Kuda for helping me through most of my days. I could not do without you, you are a STAR!! XXX

I cannot praise the careers enough for the care they gave my husband. He was treated with compassion and respect and could not do enough for him. Washed from head to toe every day and made comfortable. Took the time to talk to him and ask him about his own life.

I have been extremely satisfied with the care my mother has received from Loving Angels. They are professional , reliable and caring. I have confidence that they do everything in my mother's best interests and always have a warm smile!

Very polite helpful staff, Lotta, Belwinder, Jane and Irene are very professional kind and caring. I am extremely happy with their service. I can truly say that they are excellent at what they do, and just seeing them and speaking with them brightens my days.

I am with Loving Angels Company I am happy with the care that I get The carers meet my needs and even go extra to make me happy and they always put a smile on my face If I request for something I get what I request for which is good They prepare breakfast for me,do house chores and make sure I am clean and fresh They are so respectful and follow my house rules They are always on time,never late and they stay until their time is up

My daughter has been with Loving Angels for more than a year now. She is supported by a wonderful lady who helps with her self care, accessing the outside world and generally getting the best from life. They have a wonderful friendship and are always laughing and talking.

My father had the loving angels care. Was extremely happy with his carers. Kept me informed & my father was happy. The company have an app so I could check if my father had has his visit & medication. Great work

We currently have engaged 'Loving Angels' Northampton to provide care for our Mum and they visit four times a day. We met with the coordinator for our area, and provided a detailed plan of the tasks we wanted completed and they have been implemented. We are blessed to have been assigned such a caring and competent primary carer. She is exceptional she is very kind, and doesn't miss a thing. She's is very professional, capable and diligent, as well as having very good initiative. Loving Angels utilize a portal which allows you to access the notes from the visit. Carers have to log in and out of each visit and record their activity. Our ladies write concise notes for us to access each visit so we can check how our Mum is . We are very lucky to have been assigned such lovely ladies. We hope that it continues. Thankyou.

My mum has carers 3 times a day. I am very satisfied with the care she receives from Loving Angels. She has a good relationship with her regular carers and always feels safe in their care. We are confident as a family knowing that they will see to her needs when we are not around.

Loving Angels were a Godsend to my neighbour when she lost mobility; providing essential care support very quickly. The carers quickly gained her trust, being kind, caring and competent - and ensured she maintained as much independence as possible. They were lovely carers - extremely reliable, thoughtful and responsive and a huge support during a very difficult time.

Loving Angels have been caring for my 91 year old mother for the last 3 years. They assist her with washing/showering and breakfast. At night they assist her to get undressed and ready for bed. We are delighted with the quality of care and the caring and professional nature of the staff involved.

Overall very good service. My dad is very pleased. During the application staff were very friendly and helpful. Made my dad feel comfortable and happy with the idea of receiving support. His home is kept clean.

Our experience as a family has been positive. Very good communication with management and the carers are supportive and care. The app is really helpful to understand what happens throughout the day.

Loving Angels team looked after my mother when she came home from hospital. They came four times a day and provided outstanding care. They looked after my mother with kindness and gentleness and I felt she was in safe, caring hands, leaving me to visit her without having to the caring. I would highly recommend Loving Angels to anyone looking for a wonderful wrap around care service. I will always be grateful the Loving Angels were there for my mother.

Very happy muy mum love her carer's mum will be 90 this year and it nice to have someone who i nice we have had a good experience with them hopefully this will be the case in the future my mum is a nice person we are very happy with the service

Very good service. Staff very kind. A specific member of staff and management staff, always there to offer help and support. Always felt they were at the end of the phone if I needed advise and support. Followed up any problems straight away.
