My father had the loving angels care. Was extremely happy with his carers. Kept me informed & my father was happy. The company have an app so I could check if my father had has his visit & medication. Great work

We currently have engaged 'Loving Angels' Northampton to provide care for our Mum and they visit four times a day. We met with the coordinator for our area, and provided a detailed plan of the tasks we wanted completed and they have been implemented. We are blessed to have been assigned such a caring and competent primary carer. She is exceptional she is very kind, and doesn't miss a thing. She's is very professional, capable and diligent, as well as having very good initiative. Loving Angels utilize a portal which allows you to access the notes from the visit. Carers have to log in and out of each visit and record their activity. Our ladies write concise notes for us to access each visit so we can check how our Mum is . We are very lucky to have been assigned such lovely ladies. We hope that it continues. Thankyou.

My mum has carers 3 times a day. I am very satisfied with the care she receives from Loving Angels. She has a good relationship with her regular carers and always feels safe in their care. We are confident as a family knowing that they will see to her needs when we are not around.

Loving Angels were a Godsend to my neighbour when she lost mobility; providing essential care support very quickly. The carers quickly gained her trust, being kind, caring and competent - and ensured she maintained as much independence as possible. They were lovely carers - extremely reliable, thoughtful and responsive and a huge support during a very difficult time.

Loving Angels have been caring for my 91 year old mother for the last 3 years. They assist her with washing/showering and breakfast. At night they assist her to get undressed and ready for bed. We are delighted with the quality of care and the caring and professional nature of the staff involved.

Overall very good service. My dad is very pleased. During the application staff were very friendly and helpful. Made my dad feel comfortable and happy with the idea of receiving support. His home is kept clean.

Our experience as a family has been positive. Very good communication with management and the carers are supportive and care. The app is really helpful to understand what happens throughout the day.

Loving Angels team looked after my mother when she came home from hospital. They came four times a day and provided outstanding care. They looked after my mother with kindness and gentleness and I felt she was in safe, caring hands, leaving me to visit her without having to the caring. I would highly recommend Loving Angels to anyone looking for a wonderful wrap around care service. I will always be grateful the Loving Angels were there for my mother.

Very happy muy mum love her carer's mum will be 90 this year and it nice to have someone who i nice we have had a good experience with them hopefully this will be the case in the future my mum is a nice person we are very happy with the service

Very good service. Staff very kind. A specific member of staff and management staff, always there to offer help and support. Always felt they were at the end of the phone if I needed advise and support. Followed up any problems straight away.

Loving angels have been caring for my Grandma for the last 6 months who has vascular dementia. The ladies are all very friendly, kind and caring especially one member of staff who my Grandma loves. She always goes above and beyond to make sure Grandma is happy, fed and constantly gives her the reassures she needs. She also keeps us as a family well up to date with my everything. On the odd occasion Grandma can have the odd carer in who can be on the phone constantly and even talking in a foreign language which can make her upset and anxious.

Very please with the service with LAC from February to end of June the careers where very nice. Was truly a blessing to my mum we will have them again..They helped her with her personal care. Washed her hair.. put cream on her feet ...so they were very caring..

We are finding that the carers are very helpful and My wife is very pleased with them the visit are good and make it quite easy for us to get on day by day. They have been caring for her for 5 months now and they are excellent

Loving angels have been caring for my husband from when he was discharged from hospital until he was more independent. They were all very pleasant and always made themselves known when coming in and giving their name. I would recommend Living Angels.

I have had two occasions where there was a need to call Loving Angels in an emergency situation, and both times they have responded and attended in a timely manner and rescheduled to accommodate the situation. The staff at management and care level always go above and beyond the call of duty regardless of the situation that they are dealing with, They also take time to build relationships with the other people in the clients daily life, like neighbours and other family members . When there is a medical situation they will also contact the G.P. and advise me so I can respond accordingly to the situation which often speeds this up in the waiting time to get a house call from the Doctor

Loving Angels care has been taking care of my daughter for five months. They have provided amazing service throughout and our carer is patient, understanding, loving and the perfect match for our family needs. I am more than happy to give five stars for all that they have done for us. It would be a ten out of ten if I were able to pick the hours that were most suitable to my schedule. However, I would not fault their service in any way especially if you have children with special needs. Highly recommend their services. Thank you so much Loving Angels Care.

I came out of hospital after a major hip revision and had loving Angels coming in 4 times daily. They came for just over 4 weeks until I was able to look after myself with help from my wife. Loving Angels were wonderful and I must mention one of the care team in particular, as he was very professional. All the carers that came looked after me and would recommend them to others. Nothing was too much trouble and they respected myself.

I'm with Loving Angels for 3 month , happy with care they provide. Staff are friendly , kind and supportive. My regular carer is amazing, so glad to have her as my carer.. I recomand thear cervice 100 %..

My wife used Loving Angles to help with her care. The people we had were very professional and always helped and never let us down. The local authority thought it best to farm our contracts to other agencies and treat those who had a need for care like dogs that required re-homing. If we were offered to come back to Loving Angles I would not hesitate to do so. They proved to be reliable and professional and the staff are a credit to your company. We were so sad to lose such excellent professional care.

I am so pleased with the care given to my sister over the past months. Her carers are cheerful, friendly, and efficient. My sister looks forward to their visits and is full of chatter about them when I visit. They are respectful of my sister and look after her physical needs beautifully. Loving Angels is an appropriate name! Lovely ladies (and gentlemen).
