Today (15th July 2026) Deljit and Reema came to see to my wife's personal care, they unfortunately do not come as often as we would like them to, (they used to?) they are the most caring couple of carer's you could wish to have care for you, they treat my wife with Dignity, respect and friendliness, they also interact with my wife perfectly, always making her laugh and getting her to join in with her care, given my wife's condition this is really a marvelous thing, it brightens her up, not only while they are here by also throughout the rest of the day and this also makes me feel better, so infact they are not only helping my wife they are also making my day better. Please send them to my wife more often, they really help her. Bless them both.

My nan, Eveline who is 103 has recently been moved to a care home. Before this she had daily visits from loving angels. Two who were absolute angels were Nida and Humaira and were my nans favourites. They were both very kind to her, very attentive and made her feel safe in her home. Both were very friendly and felt like part of our extended family.
Both were absolutely perfect and now nan is in a home, missed very much by her. She asks about them daily. Both would go over and beyond what was expected of them in the care of nan, and nothing was ever too much for them.

We were given loving angles after he came home from hospital in June and so pleased as we have continued with them and can only praise them for the care we are receiving

We currently have engaged 'Loving Angels' Northampton to provide care for our Mum and they visit four times a day. We met with the coordinator for our area, and provided a detailed plan of the tasks we wanted completed and they have been implemented. We are blessed to have been assigned such a caring and competent primary carer. She is exceptional she is very kind, and doesn't miss a thing. She's is very professional, capable and diligent, as well as having very good initiative. Loving Angels utilize a portal which allows you to access the notes from the visit. Carers have to log in and out of each visit and record their activity. Our ladies write concise notes for us to access each visit so we can check how our Mum is .
We are very lucky to have been assigned such lovely ladies. We hope that it continues. Thankyou.

My mum has carers 3 times a day. I am very satisfied with the care she receives from Loving Angels. She has a good relationship with her regular carers and always feels safe in their care. We are confident as a family knowing that they will see to her needs when we are not around.
My mum has carers 3 times a day. I am very satisfied with the care she receives from Loving Angels. She has a good relationship with her regular carers and always feels safe in their care. We are confident as a family knowing that they will see to her needs when we are not around.

Loving Angels have been caring for my 91 year old mother for the last 3 years. They assist her with washing/showering and breakfast. At night they assist her to get undressed and ready for bed.

As the Registered Manager at Loving Angels Care, I’m responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of our care service. I work closely with our amazing team to ensure that every client receives the highest standard of personalised care, tailored to their individual needs and preferences. My goal is to make sure everything runs smoothly, responding to client and family enquiries with warmth and efficiency.
I take great pride in making sure our service stays fully compliant with CQC regulations and local authority guidelines. This means I regularly review care records, complete audits, and make sure our safeguarding and risk management practices are up to date. I also prepare for inspections and take any feedback seriously to improve the quality of care we provide.
I’m also closely involved in creating and reviewing care plans, making sure they reflect each person’s wishes, health needs, and lifestyle. I keep in regular contact with clients and their families, and work alongside GPs, district nurses, and social workers to make sure care remains responsive and effective.
Ultimately, my job is to lead with compassion, ensure quality, and always put people at the heart of what we do. I’m proud to be part of a team that truly makes a difference every day.

I work behind the scenes to keep our service running smoothly, overseeing rotas, managing supervisions and appraisals, and making sure our carers feel supported, valued, and equipped to deliver outstanding care.
One of my core responsibilities is to ensure that our staffing processes are compliant with current employment legislation and best practice. I take pride in maintaining clear records, upholding safer recruitment standards, and ensuring that policies and procedures are followed consistently across the team. I also stay on top of training requirements and work closely with new starters to support a positive and thorough onboarding experience.
Staff wellbeing is at the heart of what I do. I firmly believe that a happy, supported team provides the best care. I hold regular one-to-one supervisions and appraisals with our carers, creating space for honest conversations, recognising achievements, and identifying any areas where support or development is needed. I also take time to check in on morale and well-being, offering a listening ear and practical solutions when challenges arise.
Rota management is another essential part of my role. I work closely with our scheduling team to ensure shifts are covered efficiently and fairly, balancing client needs with the well-being and preferences of our carers.
