The carers of Loving Angels Care are very helpful and kind. They are always willing to help my uncle and do whatever he needs. They communicate quite well with him and take proper care of his overall wellbeing. They are well-managed and efficient.
I'm the friend of someone who used the service of loving Angels and was extremely happy with the way the assessment was carried out I was made to feel very comfortable leaving the care of my friend with them and using the open pass was easy to access would definitely recommend them to anyone needing care thanks to you all at loving Angels.
Loving Angels Care are an extremely good care provider. They will complete any tasks you ask of them, the carers are all very friendly and will do their very best to ensure your loved one feels completely at ease and confident in their ability at all times. My father is almost completely blind and Loving Angels Care cater to his needs and always leave him feeling safe and secure. No tasks are too little or too big for Loving Angels Care and they will always do their very best to accommodate any request. Can not recommend this care service enough, they give me peace of mind in the knowledge that my father is well taken care of every day I cannot be with him.
My mother is extremely happy with her carers and says they are all very cheerful and happy. They leave all areas of her flat clean and tidy. She is very satisfied with her carers.
My overall experience has been quite positive as regards the care that my mum has received. There have been issues that have been resolved and still some outstanding. I have not been too impressed with the management side of the operation, but hopefully, that can be rectified going toward.
Our management team has been working tirelessly to ensure your mother has 4 regular carers covering all calls during the week. We have a dedicated field team leader to look after our growing service within the NN3 who's on hand to resolve any issues in a timely manner....
After not having any external care for 96 years, we were worried about how my grandmother would cope with her support. In the short time she has been with Loving Angels Care (Northampton) she has grown in confidence and has really bonded with her carers. A special mention to one of the carers who constantly goes above and beyond.
Your staff were very friendly and caring to my mother and treated her needs well. They became our crutch through some very difficult times and couldn't wish for more caring staff. My only exception was for one member who was a bit familiar and needed boundaries. All in all, they are loving angels.
I am very pleased with the carers who look after my mother in law. She is always looked after and they give her what she needs and keep her clean.
Hi Judy,
Thank you for your feedback. I am pleased that you are satisfied with the care your mother in law is receiving. As always, if you need anything, feel free to contact our office on 01604 439 771.

Meet the Team (3)
As the Registered Manager at Loving Angels Care, I’m responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of our care service. I work closely with our amazing team to ensure that every client receives the highest standard of personalised care, tailored to their individual needs and preferences. My goal is to make sure everything runs smoothly, responding to client and family enquiries with warmth and efficiency.
I take great pride in making sure our service stays fully compliant with CQC regulations and local authority guidelines. This means I regularly review care records, complete audits, and make sure our safeguarding and risk management practices are up to date. I also prepare for inspections and take any feedback seriously to improve the quality of care we provide.
I’m also closely involved in creating and reviewing care plans, making sure they reflect each person’s wishes, health needs, and lifestyle. I keep in regular contact with clients and their families, and work alongside GPs, district nurses, and social workers to make sure care remains responsive and effective.
Ultimately, my job is to lead with compassion, ensure quality, and always put people at the heart of what we do. I’m proud to be part of a team that truly makes a difference every day.
As a Registered Manager at Loving Angels Care, my focus is on supporting our dedicated care team and ensuring we meet the highest standards of HR compliance and staff wellbeing. I work behind the scenes to keep our service running smoothly, overseeing rotas, managing supervisions and appraisals, and making sure our carers feel supported, valued, and equipped to deliver outstanding care.
One of my core responsibilities is to ensure that our staffing processes are compliant with current employment legislation and best practice. I take pride in maintaining clear records, upholding safer recruitment standards, and ensuring that policies and procedures are followed consistently across the team. I also stay on top of training requirements and work closely with new starters to support a positive and thorough onboarding experience.
Staff wellbeing is at the heart of what I do. I firmly believe that a happy, supported team provides the best care. I hold regular one-to-one supervisions and appraisals with our carers, creating space for honest conversations, recognising achievements, and identifying any areas where support or development is needed. I also take time to check in on morale and well-being, offering a listening ear and practical solutions when challenges arise.
Rota management is another essential part of my role. I work closely with our scheduling team to ensure shifts are covered efficiently and fairly, balancing client needs with the well-being and preferences of our carers. I understand how important it is to get this right—for both staff satisfaction and continuity of care.
Being part of a team that puts people first, both clients and carers, is incredibly rewarding. I’m proud to play a role in creating a workplace where our staff feel appreciated and empowered, knowing that their care makes a real difference every day
The Medication Lead plays a critical role in ensuring the safe, effective, and person-centred management of medication within a care service. Their responsibilities include developing and maintaining robust medication policies, overseeing staff training and competency assessments, and conducting regular audits of Medication Administration Records (MARs), storage, and stock levels. They are expected to lead on medication error investigations, support person-centred care planning around medication, and liaise with external professionals such as GPs and pharmacies. The Medication Lead ensures compliance with CQC regulations, NICE guidelines, and local safeguarding procedures, while promoting a culture of safety and learning within the care team.
The Nominated Individual (CQC) is a senior representative of the care provider, responsible for ensuring the service complies with the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and all relevant CQC regulations. This includes providing strategic oversight, supporting the Registered Manager, and maintaining high standards across the five key questions (Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive, and Well-led). The Nominated Individual oversees quality assurance, safeguarding practices, incident reporting, and risk management, while ensuring the service is always prepared for CQC inspections. They are also the main point of contact for the CQC, accountable for ensuring that governance systems are effective and that continuous improvements are made in response to feedback, audits, or regulatory changes.
