My son uses amg for all of his meds needs, administered through way of peg tube, he also uses hydration bags as he struggles to to take enough fluid orally, I'd like to take this opportunity to give a huge thank you to the three main carers that attend my son as his needs are highly complex with his
level of disability and they are Roz, Debbie and Lorna! Thank you so much for getting to know him and his quirks in order to provide for him and his needs as we know this takes time.. you all do an amazing job at treating him like the human he is.
From an on ground experience this service is faultless! Communication is great at working around us and my son's other personal care providers.
I will say that a little more from those above in terms of communication, understanding my sons situation before switching staff around would make this whole experience absolutely top tier! Overall, very good, thank you amg

Had the pleasure of having care for my late wife and then myself for a short time. The carers were always kind and gave myself and my wife valarie the respect and dignity needed to make us feel cared for. We both enjoyed visits from Ros and Lorna especially as they were very professional in their
role as carers to us both.

One carer in particular is the most kind caring dedicated person I have ever known dhe is amazing she is part of the family whilst remaining very professional. All of the carers have been very good I can not fault the care they give my Mum.

I will always be grateful to the Lincoln branch who cared for my late Father. I will be forever grateful to Ros and Debra for the care they gave my Dad. They treated him with such kindness and dignity and always went the extra mile. It meant more to me than words can say and I feel incredibly lucky
to have had them looking after him right until the end.

The team from Lincoln branch providing palliative care to my Dad were just amazing and we could not have managed Dad's last few weeks on this earth without them. You truly have the most caring and professional team. We have spent today planning his order of service. The song he will leave to is
"see you later alligator" which was one of the last things he said to one of the AMG team whilst I was with him. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your support and kindness and excellent care.

We want to send our heartfelt thanks to AMG Nursing and also working alongside St Barnabas in Lincolnshire for the sterling service provided to our Mum and Nan. There were so many people to thank, and some people we didn't meet but in particular wanted to pass on a personal thank you (some
associated with St Barnabas) some of whom we met and got to know as superb carers these past few months. We know there were others and apologies didn't get all the names. Your amazing service and attentive care allowed her to pass away peacefully in her own home, which was indeed her dying wish. Thank you.

My mum received a terminal cancer diagnosis and her wish was to be cared for at home. She deteriorated very quickly all of a sudden and the Community Nursing team arranged for AMG carers to come and take care of her three times a day. They were brilliant and took excellent care of my mum, ensuring
that she was comfortable and reassuring her, even though she was not really responding to them by that stage. They also took care of my dad and I, providing us with much needed support. They always had time to answer any questions we had and we never felt like they were rushing us. They truly made such a difference to us during the most stressful, awful time, we don't know what we would have done without them. Thank you AMG.

My mother was released from hospital last month with a palliative care package and was looked after by carers from AMG during the rest of her life.
The ladies that attended her were kind and considerate and very professional making her last few days as comfortable as they could be.
We are
incredibly thankful for their kindness and professionalism.

AMG cared for my mother at home shortly before she passed away. The staff were absolutely amazing treating her with kindness, compassion and dignity at all times. They were also a tremendous source of support to both myself and the rest of the family at such a difficult time and made the situation
much more bearable for us all. I cannot thank them enough for their support and understanding. What an amazing staff team you have.

All your staff were caring and kind and my partner was treated with dignity at all times and staff communicated with him, showing kindness and humour.
They were also very helpful to me, giving lots of useful advice and tips. I cannot thank them enough.
