We are delighted with Care in my Home. We have had the same carer on a regular basis. Times have been adjusted to suit my mum. They communicate regularly with mum's day carer.
Excellent service and would and have recommended to others.

Lovely manager and carers.
Couldn't fault them.
The girls go above and beyond, the manager and the team really care. Very friendly and approachable management.
I feel that Care In My Home team are my family.

Mum is very glad to still be able to stay in her own home which the care provided by your company allows her to, thank you. She always writes on her memory board that everyone is very caring and efficient (which is a great compliment from Mum). I like how proactive everyone seems to be and how you
talk to me about any problems or things that will make both Mum's life and your job easier.

I have been with them for just over 2 years. They're on time and always carry out the care I need.
I have the same carers the majority of the time, they discuss ongoing topics and take an interest in what I say.
When they leave I'm very satisfied with the care.

With my up and down moods I get, I find the carers I have are very considerate.
I feel the office listens to my needs with asking for continuity of care with the same carers as I get anxious with new people.
At times I feel useless but the girls make me feel better.
I feel one of the carers goes
above and beyond with helping me with my mood swings. Another carer also goes above and beyond if I need help with anything, she gets on with it without having to ask.
All the carers I have visiting me now are great.

Generally, the carers are very good to excellent. They mostly arrive on time which is much appreciated.

As I said on the phone today, your staff, who help me in the mornings and evenings, are very efficient at their job and are very caring and friendly.

I am afraid I did not use the service to full capacity. Each morning I was up, out of bed, washed and dressed, eating my breakfast by the time my carer arrived. In the evening she came as I was having my dinner (cooked by me). She sometimes made me a cup of coffee, did the washing up after
breakfast, put out my rubbish bins and brought back once a week and from time to time, carried things up the stairs. Brought down both seat and three-wheeled rollator.

I had approximately 10 different care staff over the first two weeks. I found this very hard to cope with as I had to keep saying the same thing over. Only one girl I found was not as hard-working as all the others. She didn't even take her coat off. All the others were excellent.

I required early morning care following spinal surgery and needed help to wash and dress. My care was always attentive, professional and most friendly. I had absolute confidence and trust in my carer, who was excellent.

They look after my brother really well. They come every morning and night on time without fail. Gives us all a break when we need it. Couldn't rate them highly enough!
