I've had care and support from Diadem for over a year. They have helped me to lead my care and gain more independence. The carers have always been kind and efficient. They have been reliable and supportive. They have been flexible with my calls when needed to be able to enable me to attend therapy.
This has been very helpful and has helped to lead to an improvement in my mental health. Recently they have helped to support me to reduce carers and gain more independence and more control over my medication. They have gone above and beyond to support me with this. Overall I can't fault the team and I am so grateful for the care and support. Massive thanks to all the team.

Social services introduced my father and me to Diadem Kidderminster. I can only say I would recommend this team to anyone who is requiring this type of care. The staff are all brilliant and always greeted my dad and me with smiles on their faces. They are very professional and caring. They took
great care of my dad's needs as such he gained in confidence and strength. Highly recommend this team.
