I cannot speak highly enough of this home care service team. Every member of staff is genuinely caring, compassionate, and consistently supportive-not only toward the person receiving care, but also toward the family. Their flexibility has made an enormous difference, always adapting to changing
needs with understanding and professionalism rather than making things feel like a burden.
The standard of care they provide is truly exemplary. From communication to day-to-day support, everything is handled with dignity, respect, and real kindness. It's clear that this is not just a job to them, but a vocation.
Having worked in care myself for a brief time in my twenties, I have seen firsthand how services can vary. This company outperforms any care provider I have encountered-by a significant margin. Their dedication, empathy, and attention to detail set them apart, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone seeking outstanding home care.

My mum's 94 year old partner went into hospital after a fall and infection. He then went into a Care Home temporarily to recover. He was getting worse so we brought him home. Greenleaves Homecare Services Ltd was recommended. My mum didn't want to have carers at home but needed to get her partner
out of the care home. Greenleaves have been wonderful. They came at the times that my mum needed them and changed times when required. They were so professional and caring with George. They got him out of bed and cleaned him from top to bottom, even between his toes. They were so friendly too. I've heard stories about Care Agencies and was worried. But Greenleaves put the person and their family first. Whatever the requirements are they do it, even walking the dog if required. They helped with all the admin of arranging the DP payment with Herts Adult Care Services. I would 100% recommend them to anyone needing care. Thank you so much for all that you are doing.

This care team are amazing I worked as a carer in community and care homes for 30 years so I no how it should work, this care company I can't fault at all there 2nd to none I was recommended to them by a nurse I no they just get on with making my partner clean and comfortable nothing is to much
trouble and very caring and treat him as a human being not a child so if anyone is looking for care for there loved one then go to greenleaves

Received excellent service. From the initial call they attended the next day. Nothing was too much and they fully understood the needs of my sister and made various recommendations to make her comfortable. The carers were kind, considerate and compassionate and were always willing to go the extra

Just want to say a very big 'Thank you' to the Team of truly wonderful ladies for all the support and advice you gave us whilst looking after our dear mum at home during her end of life.
They gave mum such amazing care everyday, twice a day and she loved and enjoyed all their visits so much.
They
were all so kind, caring, thoughtful and very respectful and nothing was ever too much trouble. Without their support we couldn't have done it.
They enabled mum to maintain her dignity right up until the very end and for that we are as a family so very grateful. We miss her dearly and knowing that she was cared for so brilliantly during those last 5 months gives us great comfort. Thank you so much Greenleaves.

My mother has dementia, and finding the right support for her was incredibly important to us as a family. From the very beginning, this care company has been outstanding. The team is kind, professional, and truly understands the needs of someone living with dementia.
They took the time to get to
know my mother as a person-not just her condition-and provided care that was thoughtful, compassionate, and consistent. Every carer we met was respectful, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure she felt comfortable, safe, and valued. They helped with everything from daily tasks to simply keeping her company and bringing a smile to her face.
Communication has also been excellent. We were always kept informed, and any concerns or questions were handled quickly and with great care. It gave us real peace of mind knowing she was in such good hands.
Highly recommend this company and team. Thank you all so much.

I would definitely recommend Green leaves; they provided an excellent level of care for my Dad towards his end of life. They treated him with the upmost respect and dignity and built a great routine with them.

I have been thinking about how to summarise and how to put into actual words and describe the care provided by Greenleaves for a few days, basically I am still at a loss as there are not the adequate words in the English vocabulary to express my thanks and gratitude as words are totally inadequate.
My mother was released from hospital into my care of which was totally devastating as she given a terminal diagnosis of which was was shocking in itself, very frightening and extremely lonely. A care package was discussed with us and mother was sent home. I then received a call from the director and it was as if I was wrapped in in huge comfort blanket, no longer were we alone and isolated. From there forth we were visited by her angels walking this earth, and I do not say this lightly. The empathy, compassion and love given by her careers to mother was outstanding, I do not hesitate to call them family as that is the respect and dignity they gave to us all.

My grandad has been looked after by Greenleaves for the past 3 years. Sadly, he recently passed away but he absolutely loved his carers. They always went above and beyond for him and their care was second to none.
We were left in a difficult situation after he was discharged from hospital without
a care package in place and one staff member in particular was able to put something in place and get someone out on the same day. It really was a life saver.
I am struggling to put into words how grateful we all are for their consistent care not just for my grandad but they also were there to help us as a family with financial, medical and wellbeing support. These last 3 years would have been infinitely more difficult without them on our side.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you!

Greenleaves were excellent in their care of my mum in the 4+ years that they looked after her. Nothing was too much trouble. Getting Mum's prescription or getting any extra shopping that she needed. I know that she enjoyed the company of many of them and it was much appreciated that they sat and
listened to her many stories. I would like to thank all the carers over the years but especially those in the last days and weeks of her life. They looked after her like she was a member of their own family. This did not go unnoticed and it made leaving Mum in their care much easier.

I cannot praise this company enough. My husband is being provided with brilliant care and time is always available to make sure I am OK too. All staff are extremely polite and friendly and all care is always given with a smile. Nothing is ever too much trouble. All concerns and queries are answered
promptly. I would highly recommend Greenleaves.

I was so relieved when Mum was provided with palliative care from Greenleaves. The manager is extremely knowledgeable and reassuring and organised a rota to suit Mum's complex needs. The carers are very kind, gentle and compassionate. They quickly learned Mum's likes and dislikes and treated her
with humour and dignity. I would happily recommend Greenleaves.

Compared with the previous care agency, the management of Greenleaves Homecare has a much better understanding of what the client and his family require and they take necessary actions based on the client's feedback.
The carers are always on time and are willing to help.

We have been so impressed by the care my 91-year-old dad receives on a daily basis. Nothing is too much trouble. When needed he has been taken to medical appointments, shopping etc. We also like he has the same carer who my dad thinks it is marvellous. Finding Greenleaves and this support has been
an absolute Godsend for our family. The peace of mind and reassurance that he is being looked after so well and is happy is a huge relief for all of us.

Extremely pleased with the service provided. Greenleaves supplied a carer who was professional and spoke my mother's native language. My mum feels blessed to have a caring individual that also provides some friendship.
Greenleaves have been extremely professional throughout and provided
flexibility where needed. They are also knowledgeable on what support local authorities provide and the processes that need to be followed to get assistance.

I first came to know about Greenleaves through the local gurudwara, they were advertised on their notice board. I rang the owner and had a long conversation with them. Must say, she knew exactly where I was coming from, this followed a meeting with herself and me. I was so impressed with what they
offered, I wanted to go ahead straight away. To be honest, this is a blessing for our Indian community, it caters for all our needs. I wish them all the best.
