My father has only recently started using Elite but we can't fault them in any way. The staff are genuinely caring, helpful and reliable. Communication is excellent. The management is very flexible if I need to cancel or change visits.

I AM THE DAUGHTER of the service user and therefore have FIRST HAND knowledge of the staff and services provided by this excellent company. From my first contact with the manager, I found them to be extremely helpful and understanding, the staff attend on time, in FULL P.P.E. protection, they carry
out an efficient and very caring service, doing everything possible to care for my father, who has very complex needs. I will not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone in the future. In my opinion, and this is coming from someone who actually witnesses these people working, they are ALL excellent, helpful, efficient and extremely caring professionals.

Rude, surly members of staff who cause disruptions and arguments with lies and distress to their clients. Members of their staff have no regard for public safety and when questioned make veiled threats that they will “sort you out”. They’ve not even been inspected by the CQC - let’s hope that
happens soon so they can have their registration withdrawn.

Very happy with the service. I changed my provider to these and have been very happy and settled with them. Caring staff go out of their way to help. Office staff keep in contact with me about any changes to times. Wish I had changed to this company a long time ago.

Absolutely disgusting care company, promise you the world and can't deliver the care that was needed to be given. I found them very false and rude in fact and call times, not turning up when they should, just turning up whenever they felt like it.
