My dad was end of life and discharged from hospital on 11th June 2025. The carers were on hand the very same day we were so overwhelmed as we have never dealt with this type of life event before.. the carers were always so on hand done a thorough assessment on the same day and cared for my dad as if he was their own father. They washed my dad everyday and changed him, turned him and cared for him properly.. I am very grateful for such good carers thankyou so much I will never forget what you did for my dad you are trustworthy, respected my dad, and genuinely cared for my dad. Thank you so much.

Excellent service provided by very respectful Carers. The Carers provided my Father the Care as they were providing Care for their own parent. My Family is thankful to all the Carers who provided Care for my father. Very humble, understanding & polite people in the team of Carers. My Humble words can not express the quality of their services and the respectful manner of providing the services. May God bless you all. That's only the thing I can say.

In my mother's final days, we were blessed to receive care that went above and beyond anything I could have hoped for. Though the time was short, the compassion, dignity, and gentleness shown to her made all the difference-not just to her, but to our whole family.

I would recommend this service to anyone that is in need of extra help. The care provided was excellent. We felt very safe and very well looked after. The carers were kind and understanding and totally professional.

For the past two years, Excellence Healthcare has provided exceptional care for my father, who has Alzheimer's. As his condition has progressed, he now requires dedicated support for his daily routine. Compassionate carers assist him in getting out of bed, showering, and eating - care that is thoughtfully repeated in reverse during the evening. Their unwavering kindness, professionalism, and attentiveness have made a profound difference in his life. Every visit brings him comfort, security, and a sense of trust, knowing he is in capable hands. Excellence Healthcare truly lives up to its name and motto, 'Bringing quality care to your home,' as they embody excellence in every aspect of their service. The carers don't just provide assistance-they bring warmth, dignity, and understanding. Their presence has become an essential part of his daily life, offering not only practical care but emotional support that gives him happiness and reassurance, which means the world to our family.

The carers were kind and friendly and came 4 times per day on CHC scheme. I had no problems with them, and everyone was very helpful and kind. This was provided via NHS trust under the continuing healthcare package

Excellent compassionate and genuinely caring carers. They supplied end-of-life care to my husband throughout his last weeks. They all went above and beyond for both my husband and our family unit. All my husband's care needs were met to a standard that exceeded expectations. They were genuine it felt as though we had known them for a very long time becoming friends was such an easy task for them with my husband and my small children alike. I can't praise them highly enough and would definitely recommend 100% to any family looking for a loved one's care needs to be met.

The carers from Excellence are absolutely amazing and I would recommend them to anyone. They looked after my husband with such care and respect at all times. They were always so friendly and took time with him to understand exactly what he needed as he couldn't really communicate. The whole team is absolutely brilliant and I am so grateful to them for all they did for us all.

We found the carers experienced, very caring and friendly. They treat my husband with care and dignity and even managed to get a smile or two out of him. The rest of the family have been very pleased with their care and visitors have remarked on their friendliness. I have been particularly grateful to Lara for her kindness and support. I would not hesitate to recommend Excellence Healthcare

I can only reiterate the previous comments. The excellent team are professional, and caring, treating my mom with kindness and dignity. They have always arrived on time, chatted with her and calmed her. It is/ has been a difficult time, but as a family, we feel reassured and supported by the team. Thank you all.

Care provided was above and beyond that I expected. Carer's were very understanding of mum's specific needs and were very patient as she deteriorated and if we requested anything to be done differently it was addressed immediately. The team were very gentle and caring but professional. Always on Time and called to let us know if there was a change or problem. Highly recommended team and would use them again if need be.

My father was discharged from the hospital to home with end-of-life care in place. The care and respect that the Excellence Health Manager and his assistants have given to my father over the months since then has been consistently high. The manager has always been approachable should my sister or myself have concerns about my father's needs and capabilities. Consequently, my father has since recovered enough to return to independent living at home. We would not hesitate to contact Excellence Health Care if at some point my father (or mother for that matter) needs care in the future.

Excellence Healthcare cared for my beloved with the utmost respect and dignity at all times. At every visit, my beloved was treated with kindness. They were gentle yet professional at all times speaking to him to make him feel at ease. They were extremely helpful and supportive. His comfort was our priority and the manager and his team went above and beyond for our family. I feel blessed that they were able to give my beloved the best. Friendly staff that engaged well with my nan and made her feel comfortable. Communication was great and was key to making sure my nan had everything she needed, when she needed. Would recommend this company.

Excellence Healthcare the name speaks for the service we received for my father, my father received care from the team for his last month of life, the team was very considerate, respectful and caring nothing was impossible with the care of my Dad. As I was the main carer for my dad up until Excellence came in, I made sure main priority was dad's dignity, he was comfortable and independent as long as possible, however as my father's health deteriorated the team at Excellence where here to assist they went over and above to make sure dad was comfortable as possible, my dad was just over 81 and up until 10 days before he left this temporary world Dad was very independent, the manager and his team developed not just a caring relationship with my father but a highly respected relation my dad was very comfortable with the team. Me and my family will never forget how much the team at Excellence did for my dad they cared for him as the way I would myself. 5-star service from Excellence Healthcare.

Overall Experience 5 out of 5. Our family can truly say the care and support that was given to our father was very professional and dignified the overall care was appreciated by all the family, especially at such a difficult time. Nothing was too much trouble for the manager and his team The duty of care and comfort to our dad was the Manager's main priority. Our family cannot thank you enough for being there for our father and also for all of the care and support you gave us as a family in such a short time. They provided excellent end-of-life care.

Excellent service provided by very respectful Carers. The Carers provided my Father the Care as they were providing Care for their own parent. Excellent compassionate and genuinely caring carers. They supplied end-of-life care to my husband throughout his last weeks. They all went above and beyond for both my husband and our family unit. All my husband's care needs were met to a standard that exceeded expectations. They were genuine it felt as though we had known them for a very long time becoming friends was such an easy task for them with my husband and my small children alike. I can't praise them highly enough and would definitely recommend 100% to any family looking for a loved one's care needs to be met.

The carers from Excellence are absolutely amazing and I would recommend them to anyone. They looked after my husband with such care and respect at all times. They were always so friendly and took time with him to understand exactly what he needed as he couldn't really communicate. The whole team is absolutely brilliant and I am so grateful to them for all they did for us all.

We found the carers experienced, very caring and friendly. They treat my husband with care and dignity and even managed to get a smile or two out of him.
