The care my dad received was excellent. We were made to feel completely at ease from the moment they came in. Ade and his team were so caring towards my dad, every one of them went above and beyond in looking after him. I would not hesitate in recommending this company to look after a loved one. A totally professional service from beginning to end.

While I was at work communication was always clear and reassuring. We were kept informed and involved every step of the way, and it was evident that the staff genuinely cared about Mum's wellbeing. Knowing she was in such capable and compassionate hands gave us real peace of mind.

In my mother's final days, we were blessed to receive care that went above and beyond anything I could have hoped for. Though the time was short, the compassion, dignity, and gentleness shown to her made all the difference-not just to her, but to our whole family.

For the past two years, Excellence Healthcare has provided exceptional care for my father, who has Alzheimer's. As his condition has progressed, he now requires dedicated support for his daily routine. Compassionate carers assist him in getting out of bed, showering, and eating - care that is thoughtfully repeated in reverse during the evening. Their unwavering kindness, professionalism, and attentiveness have made a profound difference in his life. Every visit brings him comfort, security, and a sense of trust, knowing he is in capable hands. Excellence Healthcare truly lives up to its name and motto, 'Bringing quality care to your home,' as they embody excellence in every aspect of their service. The carers don't just provide assistance-they bring warmth, dignity, and understanding. Their presence has become an essential part of his daily life, offering not only practical care but emotional support that gives him happiness and reassurance, which means the world to our family.

Excellent compassionate and genuinely caring carers. They supplied end-of-life care to my husband throughout his last weeks. They all went above and beyond for both my husband and our family unit. All my husband's care needs were met to a standard that exceeded expectations. They were genuine it felt as though we had known them for a very long time becoming friends was such an easy task for them with my husband and my small children alike. I can't praise them highly enough and would definitely recommend 100% to any family looking for a loved one's care needs to be met.

The carers from Excellence are absolutely amazing and I would recommend them to anyone. They looked after my husband with such care and respect at all times. They were always so friendly and took time with him to understand exactly what he needed as he couldn't really communicate. The whole team is absolutely brilliant and I am so grateful to them for all they did for us all.

I can only reiterate the previous comments. The excellent team are professional, and caring, treating my mom with kindness and dignity. They have always arrived on time, chatted with her and calmed her. It is/ has been a difficult time, but as a family, we feel reassured and supported by the team. Thank you all.

We are very gratefull to all the team especially the amazing carers who came out to look after my grandad we loved the service you provided outstanding lovely amazing fabulous team you are. I would always recommend you and future hope to see you in a better situation then we met this time.

Care provided was above and beyond that I expected. Carer's were very understanding of mum's specific needs and were very patient as she deteriorated and if we requested anything to be done differently it was addressed immediately. The team were very gentle and caring but professional. Always on Time and called to let us know if there was a change or problem. Highly recommended team and would use them again if need be.

My father was discharged from the hospital to home with end-of-life care in place. The care and respect that the Excellence Health Manager and his assistants have given to my father over the months since then has been consistently high. The manager has always been approachable should my sister or myself have concerns about my father's needs and capabilities. Consequently, my father has since recovered enough to return to independent living at home. We would not hesitate to contact Excellence Health Care if at some point my father (or mother for that matter) needs care in the future.
