We are incredibly grateful for the exceptional care and support provided to our mother. From the very beginning, the team showed genuine compassion, professionalism, and dedication, making a difficult time much easier for our entire family.
The carers were not only highly skilled and attentive but
also treated our mother with the utmost respect, kindness, and dignity. They took the time to understand her needs, routines, and preferences, creating a safe and comfortable environment where she felt truly cared for. Their warmth and empathy made a huge difference not just for Mum, but for us as a family too.
While I was at work communication was always clear and reassuring. We were kept informed and involved every step of the way, and it was evident that the staff genuinely cared about Mum's wellbeing. Knowing she was in such capable and compassionate hands gave us real peace of mind.

My dad was end of life and discharged from hospital on 11th June 2025. The carers were on hand the very same day we were so overwhelmed as we have never dealt with this type of life event before.. the carers were always so on hand done a thorough assessment on the same day and cared for my dad as if
he was their own father. They washed my dad everyday and changed him, turned him and cared for him properly.. I am very grateful for such good carers thankyou so much I will never forget what you did for my dad you are trustworthy, respected my dad, and genuinely cared for my dad.

Excellent compassionate and genuinely caring carers. They supplied end-of-life care to my husband throughout his last weeks. They all went above and beyond for both my husband and our family unit. All my husband's care needs were met to a standard that exceeded expectations. They were genuine it felt
as though we had known them for a very long time becoming friends was such an easy task for them with my husband and my small children alike. I can't praise them highly enough and would definitely recommend 100% to any family looking for a loved one's care needs to be met.

Care provided was above and beyond that I expected. Carer's were very understanding of mum's specific needs and were very patient as she deteriorated and if we requested anything to be done differently it was addressed immediately. The team were very gentle and caring but professional. Always on Time
and called to let us know if there was a change or problem. Highly recommended team and would use them again if need be.

My father was discharged from the hospital to home with end-of-life care in place. The care and respect that the Excellence Health Manager and his assistants have given to my father over the months since then has been consistently high. The manager has always been approachable should my sister or myself
have concerns about my father's needs and capabilities. Consequently, my father has since recovered enough to return to independent living at home. We would not hesitate to contact Excellence Health Care if at some point my father (or mother for that matter) needs care in the future.

Excellence Healthcare cared for my beloved with the utmost respect and dignity at all times.
At every visit, my beloved was treated with kindness.
They were gentle yet professional at all times speaking to him to make him feel at ease. They were extremely helpful and supportive.
His comfort was our
priority and the manager and his team went above and beyond for our family. I feel blessed that they were able to give my beloved the best.
