Excellence Healthcare the name speaks for the service we received for my father, my father received care from the team for his last month of life, the team was very considerate, respectful and caring nothing was impossible with the care of my Dad. As I was the main carer for my dad up until Excellence came in, I made sure main priority was dad's dignity, he was comfortable and independent as long as possible, however as my father's health deteriorated the team at Excellence where here to assist they went over and above to make sure dad was comfortable as possible, my dad was just over 81 and up until 10 days before he left this temporary world Dad was very independent, the manager and his team developed not just a caring relationship with my father but a highly respected relation my dad was very comfortable with the team. Me and my family will never forget how much the team at Excellence did for my dad they cared for him as the way I would myself. 5-star service from Excellence Healthcare.

The care that was given to my dad was dignified, professional, and so appreciated by all of my family at such a fragile time, nothing was too much trouble for the manager and the team and I can honestly say hand on heart recommend this health care provider to anyone that needs further support at home. The duty of care and comfort to my dad was the Manager's utmost priority and it showed, that my family cannot thank you enough for being there for my dad and also for all of the support you gave us as a family through a very difficult time. My dad was a proud independent man, who had such a big heart of gold to help others, I truly believe you have a big heart also because to care for the patients the way you do shows so much about the person you are - thank you we now class you as our friends.

I cannot thank the manager and his team enough for the wonderful care they gave my husband. Although only with us a short time, they provided excellent end-of-life care. I was especially pleased with how kindly they treated him being so gentle due to his frailty. It’s very hard to let someone come into your home and to trust them with your loved one but from our first meeting the manager and his team put us at ease and we had total confidence in them. They soon became like family. My family and I would highly recommend this wonderful company that really do put the care in their caring.

They came out several times a day and each time were so polite and caring towards my stepdad providing the best care possible for him. Cannot thank them enough for all they did.

Our experience was excellent with all of the carers. They have done more than we asked of them. They always tried to make my mother comfortable as much as they could do. They always maintained a friendly atmosphere with my mother and family members as well. We are very grateful and thankful for their efforts. May God give them long life and keep the teamwork that you are doing.

We have now had to make the decision to put Mom into full-time care due to her needs, however, we will be eternally grateful to the ladies from Excellence who were amazing. I would be the first to recommend this agency looking for care in the future.

After our father was diagnosed with terminal cancer, the manager and his team took over his care at home for the final 2 weeks of his life. After previously using a different care provider and being what can only be described as disappointing, Excellence came into our lives and were amazing; they definitely lived up to their name. So calm, caring and considerate, we couldn’t have asked for a better service. We were so lucky to be introduced to this agency and so happy that with their help, Dad's last few weeks were made so much more comfortable by the wonderful staff. I would highly recommend Excellence to anyone seeking a caregiving service.

Brilliant care is given to my husband. Very polite and thorough. Really understanding. We are very fortunate to have the owner of the company attend to my husband for his care. They have been attending since January 2023 and we have no issues to complain about.

Excellence Healthcare have been looking after our mom since September 2017. We couldn't have found a better company. They gave Mom the best care that they could and all of the staff were so kind and thoughtful. Mom always looked forward to seeing them every day. We have so much to be grateful for from the manager down to all the carers. They last cared for Mom on Wednesday 24th July 2019, as Mom passed away early morning on 25th July. The manager and each one of the carers came in to say goodbye, which was very kind and thoughtful. Excellence is the correct name for them.
