My dad receives excellent personal care twice a day from Callquest. They have been reliable and punctual with all their calls and deliver a first-class service. It has also been a benefit to have the same person on each visit as my dad can get used to that person. My dad suffers from Dementia so
routine and consistency are very important. He feels at ease when they come which is due to their very caring nature and understanding.

Being disabled and 94 years old I found my recent bereavement devastating. My son and I considered agencies, since I did not wish to go into a care home but to remain in my own house. We were impressed by the attitudes of the proprietor of this organisation and his wife and our experience since has
justified this. They combine efficiency with a caring approach.
