Carer's are very good and understanding .I would like a copy off the list of times the carers are calling each day of the week please..... Overall I am very happy with this services and the carer's girls are given me...Thank you very much ...

The carers are generally very good and friendly. The only problem is that sometimes they are given slightly different time from my rota. We also still dont have our ideal time but I realuse its not easy to give everyone their time.

Todays carer i feel has done exactly what I asked of her.some of the carers do their job and some are not good enough for this job. Some of the carers are fantastic at what they do and some could do with a push to make them work better.

Very pleased with care they are doing and excellent job and very professional.. We are all able to relax knowing that my daughter is able to do anything she wants during her social calls and the little carer take such a good care of her after I'm so thankful with the company and care my daughter is having.. Thank you

We have carers every morning to support our son to get ready. They also take him to have breakfast before he goes to his day service. Our son likes all of his carers and waits for them coming to the house before he will start to get ready. They are an important part of his daily routine. They also pick him up from the day service to bring him home. This is a great support for us as we both work and means we can go to work knowing our son is cared for and happy.

I have been with SNE Care for more than one year. The carers are very very good. They are kind and gentle and have treated me with much dignity and respect. Very efficient in their works.I am very much satisfied with my carers .

Received first class attention and care from all staff from first visit up to and including to date ( May 2025 ) My Wife and Myself were surprised in the numbers of staff that you have! Too date we have been helped by over 20 carers and wish to thank you and all of your staff for your great and kind service Thank You.

I find all the carers provided to be, kind, considerate, diligent, professional, compassionate, understanding, caring, trustworthy, appreciative. I may add that I also find the management staff to be the same. I am more than happy with the service provided and would have no hesitation in recommending the provider.

All staff are verry good at what they do could not aske for better always on time and nice to get on with some times a bit late at night time call but i am not going any were i am sorry i am not to good at this never have been.

Carers are amazing and look after my mum as good as I would myself. All the girls are an absolute credit to the company. I have peace of mind, when I have to work that the girls look after my mum and her home. This peace of mind is priceless.

Staff are amazing and so caring and compassionate with me, I don't know where I would be without them. I wouldn't want any other girls looking after me, than those that I have. I am blessed and lucky xx

The care provided is usually of a good standard a few of the staff may struggle with English but are improving in their English language skills on a whole the staff are pleasant mad willing to help the office staff are always willing to listen and help sort things if any problems arise

SNE started looking after our elderly mother a couple of weeks ago after a bad experience with a different care company, and they have been absolutely fantastic. Every staff member has been kind to my mother and treat her with dignity and respect. My mother is really happy with the carers as well.

I couldn't have continued caring for my parents at home without the help of the carers. Their wish was to remain at home & with the dedication & kindness of the team my Dad was able to pass at home last year in the room he was born in 93 years ago & my mother continues to be cared for at home, as is her wish. Thank you to you all, you maybe don't realise how much I appreciate your support.

I've been asked to review your service for my parents. The staff l've met seem to be polite and engaging towards my parents, and the care of their needs. Changing the time for the morning visit was frustrating, because it's as though it wasn't taken serious enough. It was only when the NHS lady phoned about my mam's care package it ended up getting changed. Overall the service seems good, and my parents seem chilled to have the carers around.

I've been having carers for almost 4 years now and the care provided is above and beyond. Very friendly and kind. Treats you with respect and dignity. It's like having a friend pop in to make sure you're OK. I feel safe and my children also feel safe and like all the carers too.

SNE are a wonderful, caring company. Mum is enjoying having all the friendly, happy staff take care of her and supporting her daily.
