I would like to thank all the caring staff who looked after my wife Marion through her illness. Extra special thanks to Sindhu & Johnny who cared for Marion it was without a doubt a pleasure to have their caring attention to all her needs. They were the first & final people that attended to her. Many many thanks again.Your care and attention will not be forgotten. Regards.

My husband and I were both in the caring profession all our working lives, and I can honestly say I have never come across such lovely, kind, caring, and knowledgeable care staff as your company employs. I phoned you this morning to say this, as I felt so strongly that I wanted to say thank you to all the staff for all their care. They are real gems.

I am very happy with my carers. They are always friendly and cheerful. They are always very kind and patient. I really appreciate their attention to detail and how they remember what I need and what I don't like. They are reliable.

Very very happy with Prime Care and all of their staff. They are very kind, compassionate and patient with my dad and they always make sure to provide the highest level of care to him. Whenever we have to make last minute changes / adaptations, they're very accommodating and nothing is ever too much to ask for. Grateful for the best care team! I am reassured that my dad is well looked after each and every day.

Couldn't get in touch with my mum on her landline so was extremely worried. Got in touch with manager and she sent carers round straight away to have a look at mums phone and they got it sorted. They are so helpful and caring.

Great care for my grandma. She talks about them all the time, they help her so much. They are always polite, courteous and kind. Her favourite person is one particular staff member, he is lovely.

The care given to our mum has been excellent. Having the same carers regularly has provided a high level of continuity and the opportunity for carers to really get to know my mum and family and us to get to know them. Carers are patient and kind, always treating Mum with dignity and respect. They always leave her comfortable and cared for. In difficult times they brighten Mum's day. All carers are excellent and Mum's main two carers are exceptional. We are lucky to have such caring people sharing this difficult journey with us.

I cannot praise highly enough the support and effort the team has given myself and Mum at this difficult time. They were very respectful and thoughtful at every visit. Not only asking how Dad was and what he needed but also taking the time to speak to Mum and me. They worked in a very tidy and considerate way. Superb, and awesome are understatements.

I was requested to visit the client this evening due to an uneasy breathing issue, on arrival it was obvious the client had moved to an inappropriate position. Your carers arrived, I requested the correct position and they immediately performed the request, leaving the client and family more settled. Excellent service. Thank you.

The team provided wonderful care for Dad. They were kind to Dad and all the family, especially my mum. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They are the best of the best. Shortly after Dad died my brother was walking near where Mum and Dad live when two of the team saw him as they were driving to a client. They stopped and asked after all the family. They are what I think of as real Careers. Thank you so very much.

You have to be very proud of the super kind and helpful carers you have in your employment. Nothing is too much trouble and everything is done with dignity and the utmost professional care. If not for this my husband would not be able to stay in his own home for this we are grateful. Always on time, Always with a lovely smile. We thank you so much 10/10!

I have found Prime Care to be very reliable, polite and professional. The carers keep good time for appointments and will ask if I have forgotten to leave a flannel out or enquire as to where the body lotion may be kept. The morning visits in particular have been helpful to my father and give him something to focus on first thing. The early visits also remove some of the workload from my own shoulders. I have found the staff to be respectful and courteous and I would not hesitate to recommend the company. Thank you.

I cannot speak too highly or heap more praise upon the care my late wife received from Prime Care. Prime care arrived into our lives at a very difficult and emotional time in both my wife's and my own life, my wife received the most loving and sensitive care that I could have wished for, she was put at ease at all visits by the very caring staff, this with the occasional sprinkling of light humour and understanding made each visit a pleasant experience. May I and my family pass on our most grateful thanks to all the fine staff at Prime Care, thank you.

Once the decision was made to have my mother-in-law remain at home and the need for Palliative care was identified, Prime Care was brought on board. This happened at an accelerated rate due to the incredibly kind, efficient, thorough and dedicated tenacity of one of the team at our local GP, Caradoc of Frinton-on-Sea (the Paramedic). From day one Prime Care were exceptional in their; understanding, engagement and expectation management. This was to both my mother-in-law, for her immediate needs, and towards us, supporting her by her bedside until she passed. All members of the team were warm, caring and gentle as well as sensitive to the situation they were faced with thrice daily. This was extended too by the out of hours support provided by mobile phone (and at all hours). The service they provided and attentiveness went above and beyond in every sense of the word. We were blessed to have been given such support and we will be forever grateful.

We were most impressed with the level of service provided. Our carer was very conscientious in her work. She helped my Mum through a difficult period, I would highly recommend Prime Care and we would certainly use them again. Thank you Prime Care.

All my carers were so kind and professional. They treated my dad with respect and dignity even as he got weaker and less cooperative. They allowed him to be clean, and comfortable. peaceful and relaxed in the comfort of his own home in the last weeks of his life. It was a pleasure to have them in our home and I would highly recommend them.

I love that they enabled my mum to be at home, as this was very important to her. It was also great that they were friendly and calm and that they checked with and talked about what they were doing with the client, such as washing, rolling etc. I also really appreciate that they called me back while on annual leave (as I guess I rang the wrong number). They could have checked her position in bed a bit more, as occasionally her toes were touching the bed end. I found it stressful to find medication last minute at the weekend, due to the late notice of medications running out, but they did better at giving me better notice after that occasion. My main point for improvement is notification of bowel movement, as I feel her constipation could have been avoided or at least lessened. It may have been helpful if such suspicions were mentioned to me earlier, as it had not occurred to me. It could also have been beneficial to have a written record of her bowel movement kept at the house for use to refer to. Her constipation caused her a lot of pain and distress, but I can see that it was due to a number of different things including different groups of people focusing on different aspects of her care and her symptoms and medication changing. As such I do not wish to blame anyone, I just hope people learn from this and so prevent it happening to anyone else. Many thanks.
